Finishing the discussion with Elder Song, it was soon decided that the sect would make use of the servant quarters or so to speak, the sect's intelligence network that had been established throughout the sect's territory and surrounding empires and kingdoms to spread information about the Star Shattering Sect being an ancient hidden sect that had just recently emerged to recruit new disciples.

Of course, to make the entire situation a bit more realistic and to not get found to be the ones behind the spread of the information in case the Blue Sea Empire or other forces wanted to investigate where the information had come from in the first place, Elder Song made sure that there wouldn't be any direct information about the Star Shattering Sect being an ancient hidden sect spreading from the sect's people.

Instead, most of the information spreading would be things that would normally cause someone knowledgeable about ancient hidden sects to come to their own conclusion that the Star Shattering Sect was an ancient hidden sect.

In the end, the information that ended up spreading throughout the territory of the Star Shattering Sect and surrounding territories was just more information about the Star Shattering Sect that made it sound more mysterious and powerful compared to before.

Luckily, because the Star Shattering Sect was already considered a mysterious and powerful sect following the past few years since the attacks from the demonic cultivators began, the new information didn't make anyone second guess and began to spread naturally after the first few weeks. Allowing the Star Shattering Sect to retract their people and allow the information to spread on its own. Removing any possible problems of being associated with the information that was spreading when someone from the Blue Sea Empire or other powers picked up on it.

Because of all of this, it didn't take long before a few attempts to probe the Star Shattering Sect came from the Blue Sea Empire in the form an Earth Immortal Realm (Dao Seed Realm) cultivator, who happened to pass by the Shattered Star Peaks on several occasions while trying to use his divine sense to investigate the internal situation of the mountain range to no avail.

In the end, it soon escalated to the point where a Celestial Immortal Realm Ancestor ended up silently appearing to probe the Shattered Star Peaks.

Unfortunately for that Celestial Immortal Realm Ancestor, it was to no avail, as the divine sense was still easily blocked without being able to investigate the internal situation of the Shattered Star Peaks.

However, to at least make it a bit more believable, Xuan Hao made use of the chaotic qi formation to attack the divine sense of the Celestial Immortal Realm Ancestor. Cutting it off the moment it came into contact with the chaotic qi formation.

Although this didn't directly harm the ancestor of the Blue Sea Empire, it was more than enough to cause the other party to back off, as it was clear that he had confirmed the thoughts he had about the Star Shattering Sect.

After all of this, the situation once again calmed down. The only difference from before being that it was clear that nobody from the Blue Sea Empire dared enter the territory of the Star Shattering Sect any longer.

Confirming the fact that they had indeed started to suspect that the Star Shattering Sect was an ancient hidden sect.

Although it wasn't really confirmed so to speak, as they had only ever interacted with the chaotic qi formation guarding the Shattered Star Peaks, it was clear that the Blue Sea Empire wasn't willing to go any further in probing the Star Shattering Sect.

The main reason for this being the demonic cultivators who were slowly increasing their attacks on the kingdoms bordering the Frozen Wastelands. Forcing them to turn their attention towards fighting off the demonic cultivators.

In a sense, the existence of the Star Shattering Sect at the borders of the Frozen Wastelands could be considered a good thing for the Blue Sea Empire, as it did provide them with an area that even the demonic cultivators wouldn't be able to easily invade and had to avoid.

In the head of the Celestial Immortal Realm Ancestor of the Blue Sea Empire, he might even be hoping that the demonic cultivators continued throwing demonic cultivators towards the Star Shattering Sect, as it would inevitably end up drawing this ancient hidden sect into the battle against the demonic cultivators. Potentially blocking the attacks of the demonic cultivators and preventing them from getting any closer to the Blue Sea Empire than they already were.

Unfortunately, everything wasn't that good, as the demonic cultivators also seemed to have picked up on the information regarding the Star Shattering Sect and seemed to have significantly lessened their attacks towards the sect.

Although normal demonic cultivators still continued trying to attack the borders of the Star Shattering Sect, it was only those below the True Demon Realm, as anyone in the True Demon Realm and above had pretty much abandoned any intentions of attacking the Star Shattering Sect's territory.

Even though this could be considered bad for the Blue Sea Empire, as it did lower the chance of the potential hidden ancient sect starting to fight seriously with the demonic cultivators of the Frozen Wastelands, it was perfect for the Star Shattering Sect, as it still allowed them to continue using the demonic cultivators to train their disciples without any problems.

Not just their disciples, but their elders who had recently broken through to the Domain Lord Realm could also continue fighting at the border and increase their combat experience without any issues.

Of course, even though most of these elders were only in the Domain Lord Realm and had long since been noticed by the Blue Sea Empire's people, it wasn't considered odd due to the young age of most of these elders and the fact that most of them seemed to have only recently been recruited by the Star Shattering Sect.

In the eyes of the Blue Sea Empire, these elders of the Star Shattering Sect were not real elders, but instead just some younger disciples recently recruited who were put in charge of managing the situation outside of the sect itself.

The true elders of the sect were most likely still hidden inside the Shattered Star Peaks and would only leave the place if something ended up happening that influenced the sect in a negative way, a normal thing for those ancient hidden sects, who didn't care about anything happing outside of their sect's as long as it didn't affect them and their continued development.

"A hidden ancient sect? And at the borders of the Frozen Wastelands as well… How interesting, I didn't expect one of those old relics to still be hidden inside my empire…"

As the news about the Star Shattering Sect began spreading throughout the Blue Sea Empire's higherups, it didn't take long before the true power holders of the old empire learnt about the news, causing a certain ancient existence inside the Blue Sea Empire's ancestral grounds to slowly open his eyes with a hint of surprise on his face.

"But… The Shattered Star Peaks… If I'm not wrong, it should be the place where that ancient sect stood in the past before being destroyed. This Star Shattering Sect, it might very well be the remnants of that ancient sect that managed to survive.

As for them recruiting new disciples, it should be that they have managed to recover enough to start rebuilding and wants to get new disciples to properly built up their old sect. If not for those demonic cultivators, I would really love to take a look myself. Unfortunately, I don't have the opportunity to do so at the moment."

As the ancient figure slowly muttered this to himself while staring into the distance, he soon sank back and focused his attention back on cultivating. Seemingly unaffected by the news outside a little surprise.

"So… It's true, it really is an ancient hidden sect!"

However, to the people who had come to deliver this news to that ancient existence, it was nothing short of a confirmation. The Star Shattering Sect was indeed an ancient sect.

Not just any ancient sect, but it seemed to be from one of the great sects of the past that had fallen during the ancient battle back then!

Even if it was just a few remnants that had survived a rebuilt the sect into an ancient hidden sect, it was still something far beyond what the Blue Sea Empire could compare to.

After all, the minimum cultivation of elders in those ancient sects surpassed that of the Profound Immortal Realm.

Even if only one elder had managed to survive, it was not something the Blue Sea Empire could fight against. Only their ancient ancestor had a chance to contend against someone like that, but… The ancestor was old and couldn't move around freely. Doing so might exhaust his remaining lifespan...
