Gacha Sovereign
chapter-796

Alex and Anya then returned where the leaders had gathered, waiting for him. None of them actually said anything even though he was late because they knew everything could go according to the plan because it was his plan.

"I am sorry for being late." Alex apologized with a smile.

"It's fine. The disciples are also still in the middle of cleaning the corpses. I think the city will also be razed to the ground to wash away the blood." Song Hun shook his head and eased the atmosphere.

Alex nodded and glanced at Atlas. "Are you going right now?"

"Yes. It's been a few thousand years since I last saw my home. It's the best for us to return immediately, lest we create more misunderstanding." Atlas nodded before taking out a Space Ring, handing it to Alex. "Inside this were the armors we used. It truly helped us in the battle, but I think it will be pointless to keep it."

Alex thought for a moment. He also felt the same as he didn't have a need for armor and such himself. But Atlas misunderstood him.

Even so, Alex still gratefully accepted and smiled. "Thank you. Although it's a brief moment, I am glad I met you."

"Same for us." Atlas nodded while glancing at his army, together with the two leaders. He then glanced at Song Hun, Licht, and Manness. "Then everyone… I am sorry for intruding and goodbye. I hope that we won't meet again."

The three completely agreed. It would be bad if they met again since it would mean that these people would invade this world again like last time, albeit it was also a misunderstanding.

Atlas then tapped the ground with his staff, summoning blue lines over the ground before it rose to the air and crumbled. When it fell down, the blue lines actually ripped the space, creating a Spatial Gate with Rune Version.

They, especially Aileen, watched this with awe. As expected from outside races, they had something weird that had the same wholesomeness.

The undeads, beastmen, and dwarves went through the Spatial Gate under the three leaders' command. The three leaders nodded their heads and went inside after nodding to Alex and the others.

The spaceship that was hovering above them suddenly shone as the ship gradually lifted up to space. That big ship slowly disappeared from their vision. Alex then let out a long breath of relief.

"I think this has wrapped it." Alex nodded before glancing at Nelson, who seemed to be waiting for him to notice. It wasn't he didn't notice, but he simply waited until the end. "Do you have something for me?"

"Yes." Nelson nodded and presented him a few rings. "These three are the loots for us."

Alex took the rings and checked each of them. "The Fire God Clan has really emptied their inventory. Even the Spirit Crystals seemed to have been taken."

"No. The Spirit Crystals are basically untouched. They are planning to use the Spirit Crystals to light up the arrays. Whether it's fortunate or unfortunate, we have foiled their plan, and the Spirit Crystals are untouched. This is the ring." Nelson handed him another ring.

Alex checked it again before tossing the first two rings he got from Nelson to Manness and Song Hun. "You can check whatever inside. Seeing that it's basically emptied, we will have a hard time splitting it among us."

"How about this… We both split the loot we got from the disciples on this battlefield. Seeing how they have been enhanced by the two influences, I believe that is enough." Song Hun suggested.

"Fair enough. Of course, I will split the Spirit Crystals according to our deal. As for the Snow White Mountain, they don't really bring much, so we can split normally there." Alex thought for a moment and glanced at Manness.

"I don't have a problem." Manness nodded.

"Then it's decided." Alex nodded. "We are going to wait, so the disciples can gather all of those items through the night. We shall attack the Snow White Mountain tomorrow. It won't be a problem anyway, since the Space Temple will transport us there. What do you think?"

Alex's gaze arrived at Licht and Aileen. What Alex prompted was not only tomorrow's attack but also the split. Considering that they never promised anything to Alex, he could take all the loot himself.

Alex, on the other hand, wanted to lower the strength of the Freedom Sect as much as he could. The first reason would be the power balance of this world. If they were truly power-hungry, especially with their strength, they would threaten the whole world, and the alliance in the past would appear again.

That was why Alex decided to do this even if the other party thought he was being shameless. It was to protect them and keep them in check. Luckily, Licht realized his intention and sent a thought transmission to Aileen.

As a result, Aileen nodded. Licht then looked at Alex and answered. "We will proceed according to your way."

"Alright then." Alex nodded with a smile. "It is decided as such. Everyone could rest first, and we shall go tomorrow."

They agreed and returned to their own camp. Alex didn't forget to give Song Hun and Manness both space rings containing the Spirit Crystals. The Fire God Clan was indeed a prosperous clan because they had the accumulation of almost thirty million Spirit Crystals. Even Blackwade Clan only had forty million Spirit Crystals despite being a merchant family.

Alex rounded it up to three million and six million for Song Hun and Manness respectively, while taking the twenty million himself.

Alex checked everyone again one by one before he retired for the day. Of course, with Leoz and Nelson. He wanted to see if they had another thought about the Spirit Crystals and planned to betray him. Fortunately, he didn't find a single clue at the moment and returned to his group.

The next day.

The Space Temple had their disciples to open the gate. For Freedom Sect, this might be a daily occurrence, and they had no problem passing through the Spatial Gate. However, the disciples from Blackwade Clan and Drunken Pavilion acted like a country bumpkin when they first came to the city.

They tried to look at the gate again and again, trying to ask whether the people around them knew some information or not. It became too loud, but neither cared about it.

As for the Freedom Sect, they were just confused by their actions.

Fortunately, those weird actions stopped the moment they arrived at Snow White Mountain. Awe started filling their heart, replacing all of the emotions in their heart. They were supposed to arrive at Snow White Mountain a few weeks from the Fire God Clan due to the size of the continents. Yet, it only took them an hour with Spatial Gate.

Even the two influences also had some thoughts regarding this matter. They knew how versatile and useful Space Elements were. The only problem would be whether they allied with an influence that hosted so many Space Element users, became their enemies and enslaved these people later, or befriended and made a marriage while trying to poach them into their own influences.

Unlike the Phantasm Sect and the Divine Kingdom, they had the advantage since they participated in this. If they moved early on, they had a high probability of success.

Alex saw this and ignored it. Unfortunate to them, the disciples from Freedom Sect actually had been brain… Ahem, taught since childhood their history. Most of them harbored hatred against these people while the fanatics were asked to standby in their territory under the sea.

As for those who were actually curious and wanted to see with their own eyes whether the people from the surface were scary as they thought or not, they had no chance. They didn't dare to approach them first while the other party didn't know if they wanted to have a talk with them. Hence, the misunderstanding was created despite not doing anything.

Alex shrugged and focused on the matter at hand. Letizia also seemed to have lost motivation to kill Snow White Mountain Disciples after seeing their sect master die, so Alex decided to not participate in the battle itself. Instead, he was planning to check the area where they did the ritual to revive their ancestor, trying to find anything that would become a potential threat.

Letizia was the one who accompanied him this time since she knew most of the places here. To his surprise, the pillars were already fixed as if it wasn't destroyed before. However, he realized that the array inside it was still broken to the point it was unrecognizable.

After destroying the pillar one more time and erased all traces of the array, he went back with Letizia.

"Master…"

"Hmm?" Alex glanced at her. They were floating in the sky not far from the platform before Letizia suddenly called him.

"I would like to request something."

"What is it?"

"I wish to see my mother and my clan say goodbye one last time. Will that be alright with you?" Letizia asked him first, afraid she would leave him for too long.

"I am fine. I have a plan to travel around the world to relax my mind, so I will drop you at Rainbow Flower Sect along the way. Is that alright with you? Well, I will also pay a visit to your mother."

"Yes. It's my honor to have Master visit my home." Letizia nodded with a smile.

"By the way, I am going to ask you again about this. Are you sure you want to follow me even after I leave this world?" Alex asked with a serious expression.

Letizia closed her eyes, took a deep breath, and said solemnly. "Yes. One thing that I am certain, it doesn't feel bad to follow you. And everyone is also very friendly. They never treated me like a slave like Snow White Mountain. Instead, they treat me like a family. Even my home, Rainbow Flower Sect, still has those people who are hungry for power… I…"

"It's fine. You don't need to say anything more. As long as you are happy with what you are doing, I won't stop you." Alex smiled. "After we return to the base, just check your belongings and choose what you want to bring and give to your mother and your sect. As you might already know, I think it won't be good to bring excessive items because it will disrupt the balance of this world, resulting in the Willow Continent being a target of the Nilis Continent or Northern Continent."

"Yes. I am aware. I shall bring anything I find safe to give. And probably, I will just teach them a few things to strengthen the sect."

"It's good then." Alex nodded. "It's lucky that the Fire God Clan didn't bare its fang toward the Willow Continent, or else it will be troublesome."

"I think it was because of the distance. The travel would take too long, and they didn't realize your position. Hence, they decided to stay instead of going."

"Fair enough. And there is one more thing I want to warn you about. Be careful of the remnants of these two influences. Although they have lost the influences, some experts of these two influences might still wander around the world.

"They might not be able to do anything when I am in charge of this world, but they will surely do something to you, Rose, or even Evelyn when I became a God Rank Expert," Alex warned with a serious expression.

"It's fine. I shall be careful, but they probably can't do anything to me since I don't need that long with all of these resources you gave me. Evelyn has a Drunken Pavilion anyway. Rose is the one that needs to be careful."

"Yeah. I will tell Rose about it later." Alex nodded.

"Master… I would like to apologize to you first."

"For what?"

"My Sacrificial Element… I can't give you my Sacrificial Element now." Letizia looked down with a sad expression. She realized that Alex spared her in the past due to her Sacrificial Element. So, when she thought about this, she was scared and couldn't bring it up until now.

However, Alex's reply was as expected. "It's fine. You don't need to say anything about that. I have lost that intention not long after I made that promise. Anyway, let's go back."

Letizia opened her eyes wide, surprised.
