Good Morning, Mister Dragon! (WN)

chapter-252
Su Qianxun’s attitude was very earnest. But Long Sijue’s facial expression turned awfully grim. He grabbed the young woman and dragged her out of the private lounge right away.
He was too strong. Su Qianxun staggered and knocked her legs on the coffee table. She gasped in pain.
Gu Mian watched Su Qianxun as Long Sijue dragged her away. Clueless and confused, she quickly chased after them.
She did not know anyone in the lounge. If Su Qianxun left, she had no reason to stay.
Si Mancheng could not make out what Su Qianxun had said to Long Sijue just now. ‘Now that Su Qianxun knows the truth behind Long Sijue’s injury and that he hurt his arm while trying to rescue her, why is Long Sijue mad?’Tang Zui watched Long Sijue storm off with Su Qianxun and immediately looked towards Si Mancheng. He shrugged, implying that he also did not know what was going on in Long Sijue’s head.
Long Sijue dragged Su Qianxun out of the hotel. Once they were outside, he shoved the young woman into the car.
“Wait a minute. Today is Gu Mian’s birthday. Can I celebrate with her before heading home?” Su Qianxun turned around to look at him nervously.
As the young woman spoke, Long Sijue was already pinning her down. Even though he was angry, he could not deny that after not being able to see her for a few days, he missed the scent of her body to death.
Su Qianxun wanted to say something, but Long Sijue had already bought his lips to hers. She did not even have the chance to say goodbye to Gu Mian.
…..
Gu Mian was not that worried, as she could sense that Long Sijue genuinely liked Su Qianxun and would not hurt her.As it seemed, she could only spend her birthday alone. But it was alright. She had received a gift from her best friend, and that was enough for her.
Just as Gu Mian was about to call a cab, she raised her head and caught sight of a familiar figure. In that very moment, Gu Mian felt as though her heart was struck by lightning!
‘Lu Ming!’
Gu Mian gazed at the man from afar. She felt that everything in the world was fading into the background, and that he was the only thing left in her field of vision.
Compared to the boy she knew four years ago, he appeared so much more mature. His demeanour gave an air of composure and manliness. However, his appearance was still the same. He still looked exactly like the skinny boy in white whom she remembered!
Lu Ming spotted Gu Mian as well. He froze for a moment, then he excused himself from the people around him before walking towards Gu Mian.
When Lu Ming finally stopped in front of Gu Mian, she suddenly snapped out of her reverie. Lu Ming seemed like he was hesitant to talk to her. “Mian Mian? It’s really you!”
“Lu Ming… where have you been all these years?” Gu Mian’s eyes watered and tears ran down her face.
“Mian Mian, don’t cry… I’m sorry. It was my fault. I should have told you before I left five years ago. I’m sorry.”
Lu Ming was flustered. He gazed at the young woman before her. He raised his hand clumsily and tried to wipe the tears off her cheek.
“Lu Ming, why did you leave? Why did you leave without saying goodbye?”
All Gu Mian could feel was a terrible ache in her chest. She suddenly crouched down and started bawling like a lost child.
He was back, but she was already married!
She had held her ground. She went against her family’s wishes. But she eventually gave in to her fate.
It was only a month ago. If she knew that she could reunite with him a month later, she would never ever marry Tang Zui!
“Mian Mian, please don’t cry, okay?” Lu Ming crouched down beside her and tried to calm her down. He was rather astonished by her reaction.
Gu Mian kept shaking her head. She was still having a breakdown and was bawling her eyes out. She was truly upset. ‘Why is this happening? Why did my life turn out like this!’
She eventually stumbled onto the ground as she cried. When Lu Ming saw how flustered she was, he quickly took off his vest and draped it around her shoulders.
On the stairs at the hotel entrance, Tang Zui watched them coldly from a distance. There seemed to be a storm brewing in his black eyes.
