The gargantuan mountain shattered as a monster with an extremely fearsome aura jumped out from the mountain.

This was a monster with three heads and six arms as well as a pair of huge bony wings that allowed it to soar through the sky.

The near-indestructible metal encapsulating the research institute also had a hole blasted into it by some sort of power.

Bai Ling held a white ball in her hand, which exuded a light that enshrouded and protected An Lin and the others as they flew toward the foot of the mountain.

Fei Ying, Bai Pengzi, and Duan Hunzi were in a far worse off state. There was a long gash on Fei Ying’s delicate cheek as well as a series of wounds all over her body. She looked like she was in an extremely sorry state.

One of Bai Pengzi’s arms had been blown into oblivion by the rainbow light before he even had a chance to react.

One of Duan Hunzi’s legs had also been disfigured, and he hastily fled into the distance atop his comical face.

The three-headed monster stood in the air while exuding a suffocating aura, which gave all the Return to Void Stage mighty figures a sense of crushing asphyxiation.

“Phew, hahaha… The air outside is so fresh!” The human head chortled with glee.

“I’ve been trapped for over ten thousand years, but now, I can finally return to this world! I really didn’t expect the seal to become so brittle. Look at all these delicious food around us, which we can feast to replenish our energy…” The dragon head was ecstatic.

“This is fate. We were meant to come out at the time, and so we did,” the phoenix head said in a slow and measured voice.

A scorching light appeared in the human head’s eyes as it looked around at the fleeing Return to Void Stage mighty figures around them. “Hehehe… Is it also fate that all these Return to Void Stage mighty figures have appeared before us?”

“Of course.” The phoenix head nodded.

Boom!

Heaven and earth rumbled as the space within a radius of a hundred and fifty kilometers was instantly sealed solid.

When the phoenix head opened its scintillating eyes, a golden light instantly enshrouded an area within a radius of over fifty kilometers, thus instantly immobilizing all the living beings within this area!

Fei Ying, Bai Pengzi, and Duan Hunzi were all dumbstruck as their bodies froze in mid-air. The monstrous aura sweeping toward them had them on the brink of sh*tting themselves!

Su Wenjun and the others were also dumbstruck as they arrived near the gargantuan mountain, which had been razed to the ground.

Su Qianyun’s body trembled as she said in a mellow voice, “It seems like… we came at a bad time?”

Liu Qianhuan took a deep breath. “I’ve just graduated from the noob level, and you throw a super BOSS at me? F*ck off!”

Daoist Yu Lang was also dumbstruck as he fled from Long Kui. He was going to hide in the mountain, but where the f*ck was the mountain?!

And what was that terrifying monster with the devastating aura? Why did it look like it was staring at him with a sinister grin…

Daoist Yu Lang felt like he was escaping from a certain death toward a death that was even more certain.

Upon seeing the monster with three heads and six arms, Long Kui faltered momentarily before abandoning her pursuit of Daoist Yu Lang. She then flew away into the distance. At the same time, she was cursing Yu Lang for being a sly old fox who had led her to such a terrifying creature!

Fate worked in strange ways sometimes, and this was exemplified by all the mighty figures who had coincidentally gathered near this gargantuan mountain, just in time to become the meals of this terrifying monster.

Su Wenjun unleashed his most powerful attack toward the golden barrier around him, only to send a faint ripple running through the barrier with no signs of it even cracking open.

He was in despair. Was this really a spell technique that could be unleashed by a Return to Void Stage mighty figure?

Could it be… that the creature was at the Dao Integration Stage?!

Bai Ling led An Lin and the others to the foot of the mountain while maintaining a technique to conceal their auras the entire time. Perhaps it was because her spell technique was quite advanced, but the monster did not seem to have taken notice of them.

“Holy f*ck! Three heads and six arms? Is this Nezha1?!” An Lin was shocked.

Bai Ling snapped as she rolled her eyes, “You’re still making jokes at a time like this?”

“Speaking of which, Black Spirit Snake asked you to relinquish your control to her just so she could release this monster?” An Lin questioned.

Bai Ling: “…”

“Alright, I’m gathering that her intentions are to actually restrict this monster? But what is she doing now? Why isn’t she doing anything with the control you handed over to her?” An Lin continued to ask.

“She’s most likely preparing some sort of spell technique…” Bai Ling paused for a moment before replying, “I do have some recollection of this monster. This is a failed Dao Integration experimental subject of the phoenix known as the Holy Trinity Fiendcelestial. It was created using the bloodlines of a Divine Phoenix, a Dao Integration Stage True Dragon, and a True God. Unfortunately, the experiment was a failure, and the subject went on a frenzied rampage, upon which it had to be sealed away here…”

“Gasp…” Dong Guo drew a sharp intake of breath as he stuttered from shock, “E-even Dao Integration creatures can be created?!”

An Lin and Da Bai also faltered upon hearing this, and An Lin said in a hesitant voice, “I recall Shen Yin also mentioned something about the Godfiend of Six Paths, which was also a failed Purple Star Dao Integration experimental subject…”

“Oh, that’s also one of the dark chapters of Purple Star history. The Godfiend of Six Paths brought a disastrous calamity to this continent, for which I am greatly apologetic. Sigh…” A hint of guilt appeared on Bai Ling’s face as she heaved a forlorn sigh.

Waves of shock surged through An Lin’s heart upon hearing this. The Purple Star civilization was way too terrifying!

Just a failed experimental subject almost wiped out the entire Dragon Court!

And now there was another one? Just how many of these monsters existed?!

Bai Ling continued, “Black Spirit Snake is a Dao Integration Stage super mighty figure herself, but she doesn’t seem to want to subdue the Holy Trinity Fiendcelestial by force. She clearly wants to use her power to seal the Holy Trinity Fiendcelestial into the mountain again in order to conduct further research on it!”

An Lin scratched his head. “This world is going to be yours, so how is she going to conduct research on the Holy Trinity Fiendcelestial?”

Bai Ling slammed a delicate fist into her palm. “You’re right!”

An Lin: “…”

Bai Ling: “…”

“Is there something wrong?” Bai Ling asked with an aggrieved expression.

“It’s ok, Big Sister Bai, I think Black Spirit Snake will keep her promise…” An Lin offered up some words of consolation.

However, any words of consolation he could provide now simply appeared extremely pointless and empty in this situation.

An Lin didn’t even believe those words himself…

Right at this moment, a black figure slowly appeared at an extremely high altitude.

Black Spirit Snake wore a golden crown on her head and a frosty expression on her perfect features. She extended a slender arm, and a spatial ripple surged as she produced a golden sword from thin air.

Divine tool—Realm Creation Evil Vanquishing Sword!

“It’s going to take some time to activate this divine tool. I hope you all can hold on until then.”

She spoke in a light voice as she turned toward Bai Ling. Each and every syllable she uttered was like the most heavenly music drifting through the air.

The golden sword in her hand slowly began to crack open, and the cracks seemed to form an image that possessed a peculiar sense of beauty.

“That human has an aura that I like a lot! It’s the taste of darkness!” The human head’s crimson eyes shone with excitement as it turned toward the fleeing Daoist Yu Lang.
