Rudra did not have a special skill to nullify his opponents taunts, however, he did have the mental strength to look past them as he drew his sword and focused on his fight ahead.

" So do we start the fight? Or do we need to perform some ritual to invoke the right to fight first?" Rudra asked, trying to be sarcastic as he activated [ Omniscient Future Sight ] at the same time.

—----- reality break—-----

In his future sight, this is how different iterations of the fight played out.

" How about you spin on your heels thrice and bark? That can be considered a ritual-" the perfect warrior said, as Rudra unleashed the [ Elite Blast ] towards him, jumpstarting the fight.

From start to finish, the activation time needed for him to use the elite blast was only 0.1 seconds and yet in that small activation time, the perfect warrior stepped-in, teleported before him, and sliced his upper torso using a special energy blast that was effective on his energy body and somehow sliced him up in half and killing him.

Iteration-2.

After insulting him with the same comment twice, Rudra now changed his approach and rushed in for a sword strike.

Unfortunately, as he took two steps forward he stepped on a suspension type trap that restricted his spatial movement which he had no idea when the perfect warrior planted or how was he to detect it?

Nonetheless, using the strength of the seed of space, he broke through the spatial trap and intercepted an incoming attack from the perfect warrior, which although was a normal sword slice, was so damn powerful, that it sent even Rudra back flying, making him lose his posture and making himself vulnerable to counterattacks.

The perfect warrior, not missing a perfect chance, capitalised on Rudra's momentary imbalance as a few exchanges later both Rudra's swords flew out of his hand as the perfect warrior stomped on his chest and carved the seed of chaos out of his temple.

Iteration-3

In the third iteration, the comment made at the start regarding the ritual to start the fight surprisingly changed as the perfect warrior said " Have you learnt tap dance? It's a native dance of your home planet and I think it's beautiful"

It was a big difference from his previous comment and it threw Rudra off-guard as this wasn't how future sight was supposed to work.

If he saw a future once, it was supposed to remain consistent throughout, but just now it changed and not on a later stage of the fight depending on the decisions he made but rather on the very first stage at the start of the loop.

In his shock, Rudra was left exposed and an easy prey for the perfect warrior to defeat as he lost his head this time around to his careless behaviour.

Never in his entire life had Rudra been schooled this hard, however, against the perfect warrior he was almost powerless.

Iteration- 4

" Oh come on Shakuni, I thought you were the smart one? How many iterations will it take for you to understand that your skill doesn't work on me?

I control these iterations and the outcome will always be random!

[ Object Of Destiny ] ( Unique ) - It's a unique item that helps me exist outside the influence of threads of fate.

No matter how many times you try to peer into the future, you will never find me repeating my actions. I'm beyond such basic nonsense" the perfect warrior said as Rudra's eyes widened in disbelief.

Just the aura of his opponent as he scolded him was almost too suffocating for Rudra to handle as he finally began realising the true chasm between himself and the perfect warrior.

Naturally he died in iteration-4 and also in iteration 5..6…7…8.

In the two and a half minutes skill duration that he had, he died a total of 11 times and by the time he returned to reality, he knew that the best option that he had was to decisively retreat.

—------ reality resume —-----

The second reality resumed, Rudra activated his karmic essence and jumped straight off the perfect warrior's cliff even before the match officially started.

If Max's master Kremeth were watching this cowardly retreat, he would have held up both his turtle thumbs and appreciated the great manoeuvre as the perfect warrior was left clicking his tongue at his misfortune.

Rudra was too decisive, had he engaged in a fight stubbornly against the perfect warrior not only would he have died, but there was a 60% chance that he would have lost the seed of chaos too as by retreating he made sure that at least the seed did not fall into the wrong hands.

Drenched in sweat from head to toe, Rudra only gasped and tried to collect his thoughts over what the fuck did he just witness as for a long time he could not even recover his composure.

Coming from the mortal universe as the first supreme lord, Rudra was full of confidence that if nothing else he was strong enough to exchange a few moves with the perfect warrior and suffer an honourable defeat, but apparently that wasn't true.

The perfect warrior was too strong and Rudra was unfortunately nowhere near his level.

He understood that [ Future Sight ] did activate as the iterations were very much real.

If the skill itself failed and it failed to drag the perfect warrior into an alternative reality, Rudra would not have died and came back 11 times to the same starting point, which meant that the skill did work.

However, apparently, it did not work as intended, meaning the perfect warrior could also think independently and change his actions in every iteration making it an endless reality battle.

There could be a lot of possibilities of why this was the case and with the seed of knowledge inside him, Rudra knew he could find the correct answers and remedy the situation if needed as he knew that the very first step to defeating the perfect warrior had to start with getting him in a loop where his actions could be predicted.
