'Here we are.'

'The center of the east quadrant.'

Whoosh!

Deactivating [Traceless Slither], Valyr stood on top of one of the many tall buildings that formed the east quadrant.

Then, pushing [Hunter's Tracking Eyes] to its very limits, Valyr eventually found the east quadrant leader within his vision, being denoted by his sight as a considerably larger black circle than the others.

Though he could sense the connection the quadrant leader had made with the ambient mana in its surroundings, its appearance was more or less the same when compared to the other quadrant leaders.

Staring at the gaping hole on the quadrant leader where a human's heart would normally lie, Valyr thought back to the part of the memory he had viewed last night.

'I'll think about that later.' Shaking his head back and forth as visions of the quadrant leaders in large glass tubes entered his mind, Valyr took in a deep breath as he shifted his attention towards the other parts of his surroundings.

"Though this is the center of the east quadrant, the quadrant leader is currently positioned a bit closer to the quadrant's periphery."

Utilizing the vision [Hunter's Tracking Eyes] had given him, the young man quickly had a rough idea on how many primitive humanoids he would have to move away to be able to fight the quadrant leader freely.

"Hup!"

Thud.

Directly making his way to the streets by jumping off the building, Valyr cushioned his fall with a quick burst of wind before focusing his sights on the primitive humanoids in his vicinity.

"Grraaaagghhh!!!"

Though they were surprised that he had appeared out of nowhere, the primitive humanoids in the area swiftly set their sights on Valyr, hoping to make use of their advantage in numbers to defeat him.

Seeing how a considerable number of primitive humanoids had started to surround him, rather than feel a hint of fear from being surrounded, a faint smirk could instead be seen on the edge of his lips.

"Guess now's a good time to test that part of [Hunter's Tracking Eyes]."

"[Hunter's Aura]."

Whoosh!

Without hesitation, Valyr flared his aura in its entirety as its nature was slightly modified by the skill, enveloping all of the primitive humanoids that had malicious intent towards him in less than an instant.

Surprisingly, these primitive humanoids seemed to have become frozen in place under this aura, causing Valyr's eyes to briefly widen in surprise.

Noticing how all of the primitive humanoids were staring at him with fear in their eyes, the young man nodded in understanding. "I see."

"It takes the difference in stats into consideration rather than level."

Satisfied with the results of the impromptu experiment he had done, Valyr then proceeded to kill all of the petrified primitive humanoids before moving their corpses out of the way with the help of magic.

Taking a look at the road before him, the young man took in a deep breath before slamming both hands to the ground as he infused both of them with mana.

"Ih pyn'ah tt'wagg k'ahn haap nmal'kas at meht'tagg!"

"[Intermediate Shamanic Summoning Arts]…"

"[Growth Summon Arx'has Boar]!"

Whoosh!

Within seconds, a large magic circle filled to the brim with runes swiftly appeared to cover a great portion of the road Valyr was on.

Glowing with the mana the young man had infused it with, the magic circle soon directed all of its energy towards the center, transforming into a figure that reminded Valyr of simpler times.

"Gork!"

Hearing the greeting the boar had given him, Valyr looked at it and smiled. "I hope you and your comrades can help me clear the area of primitive humanoids."

"Gork! Gork!"

Nodding back in response, Valyr proceeded to activate the skill four more times, causing five boars over four meters in length to stand in front of him with subservience.

Whilst looking at these five boars, the young man was reminded of the five other boars he had summoned back then while he was at the Shadow Plane.

'It's a shame their stats are lacking compared to the boars in front of me,' muttered Valyr to himself inwardly. 'If they were as strong as these boars, I would've summoned them instead.'

'In any case, I'll help those five achieve freedom in the future. It's the least I owe them for the help they've given me in the Shadow Plane.'

After he was finished reminiscing over the past, Valyr took in a deep breath and he looked at the boars with a solemn expression.

After that, he explained to the boars the goals he wanted them to achieve, which was to move the primitive humanoids away from where the quadrant leader was.

Thankfully, with the five of them obtaining a higher INT stat thanks to Valyr's high INT, the five boars more or less understood what they needed to do, setting off in two groups in order to compensate for their lower stats.

With that, the young man made his way back up the building he had jumped down from, allowing to get a better view of the boars' progress.

Though the boars still needed a ton more stats to truly be on par with the primitive humanoids they had to corral, the fact that the boars were working together allowed the primitive humanoids to gradually move away from the quadrant leader.

Making use of taunting and loud sounds to attract the primitive humanoids' attention, the boars were eventually able to move all of the primitive humanoids away from the center of the east quadrant, taking about an hour to do so.

"Keep them at bay for the meantime." Sensing the connection he had in his mind towards the five boars, Valyr sent a message to the five before focusing his attention on the quadrant leader.

"[Superior Analysis]."

"The only difference to keep in mind is the Intent." Nodding as he looked at the quadrant leader's status screen, Valyr took out the arquebus from his spatial bracelet.

Gradually going through the process of arming the arquebus for firing, the young man continued to keep an eye on the quadrant leader's movements, inwardly thankful for the fact that it did not notice what the boars had done.

"Here goes nothing…" With the arquebus ready to take a shot, Valyr positioned himself in a way that allowed him to clearly see the quadrant leader.

Then, aiming directly for the quadrant leader's forehead, the young man made his move.
