Swoosh!

Continuing to maintain the small wisp of Void Energy he'd conjured, Valyr then began to manipulate it with his thoughts, moving it in various ways.

At first, he would move this wisp in singular directions, familiarizing himself with every sensation that came along with every movement.

Then, the more confident he became in controlling the wisp of energy, the more complex the movements became, eventually turning into a mesmerizing dance of sorts.

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

Wanting to see the limits of his control, he conjured a few more wisps of Void Energy after feeling like he hadn't reached his limit yet.

Surprisingly, even those additional wisps posed no issue to the young man as the various wisps moved around him in many different ways, turning into a sight that would leave even a veteran mage at a slight loss for words.

'[Originator of the Prime Azure] is definitely helping me adjust to this new energy so easily.' Briefly thinking about the upgrade the Serpent Maiden and the Overseer had given to one of his titles, Valyr soon dispelled almost all of the wisps he conjured, only leaving one.

Moving that one wisp back above his palm, he then willed it to discard some of the sensations it contained as Void Energy, wanting to do something similar to what Noel did before his introspection.

Fwoosh!

Fortunately, the energy understood what he wanted to achieve, discarding all of the sensations that involved the Void as the small wisp of energy above his palms turned into a dark gray ball.

'Good to know that I still have control over Shadow Energy.' Feeling the intimate connection he had to the wisp of Shadow Energy above his palm, a satisfied smile appeared on Valyr's face as he reintroduced the sensation of the Void back to it.

Watching it return to the state of being Void Energy, the young man then returned the wisp back to his body, turning his head to look at Sellifer with a smile after that. "So, what do you think?"

"I'm surprised you could already control it so well," said Sellifer in slight disbelief. "Let me guess... did she have something to do with this?"

"Just a side effect of one of her rewards," said Valyr in response, letting out a slight chuckle after that. "In any case, transforming Shadow Energy to Void Energy is just the first step."

"I know." Sellifer nodded back. "You did say you planned on incorporating Void Energy into that Prime Azure Energy of yours."

"Yeah." Valyr nodded in agreement.

"To be honest, I'm quite curious as to what kind of form Azure Energy would take once Void Energy is incorporated into it," Sellifer continued after Valyr gave his confirmation. "After all, I've only created Azure Energy through fusing mana with Shadow Energy."

Seeing Valyr look at her with a raised eyebrow, Sellifer shrugged her shoulders in slight nonchalance. "Of course, we both know that the Prime Azure Energy you created is different from the Azure Energy I've created."

"However, that doesn't stop me from being curious," she added. "What if your infusion of Void Energy into Prime Azure Energy is actually a sign that it's possible for me to do the same thing?"

"Or what if I could fuse Abyssal Energy and mana together to create a better version of Azure Energy?"

Listening to Sellifer's words filled with imagination, Valyr could not help but admit that he was curious as to what would happen if he were to do the same thing.

After all, the system had personally told him that the energy he created had the ability to assimilate and incorporate higher-tiered energies like Void Energy and Abyssal Energy into it without a problem.

However, rather than stop his sights at just the higher forms of Shadow Energy, Valyr also began to wonder what would happen to his Prime Azure Energy if he were to incorporate the higher-tiered versions of mana into it.

'Arcana would be simple to obtain as long as I make my way to the elven territories,' thought Valyr to himself. 'After all, almost every elf would work with Arcana rather than just pure mana.'

'On the other hand, getting my hands on Essentia would be way more difficult.' Valyr wryly smiled at the thought. 'I don't even know how to get my hands on the type of energy that comes after Abyssal Energy, much less Quintessentia.'

'Well, I'll get there when I get there.'

Of course, aside from incorporating the higher forms of mana into his Prime Azure Energy, Valyr also wondered what would happen if he were to incorporate other energies into his Prime Azure Energy.

Such as Mystic Energy.

'I should really meet up with Mystia or Vera at some point,' thought Valyr to himself as the idea came to mind.

Letting out a low exhale after that, the young man talked with Sellifer a bit more after that on the experiences the latter had when going through the various stages of Azure Energy, hoping that her experience would serve as inspiration for him.

Committing all of her words to mind, Valyr soon closed his eyes as he redirected his senses inward yet again.

Whoosh!

Returning himself to the depths of his inner self once more, the young man took his time in making sure his mind and spirit were both in their best condition.

Taking a few deep breaths after that, he then utilized his total control over the vast space before him to proceed with the creation of Prime Azure Energy.

Whoosh! Whoosh!

Willing both Shadow Energy and mana to form within the dark space, he then activated the Intents of the respective energies, as well as the Intent of the Four Elements as he intertwined all of them into one cohesive unit.

Swoosh!

Incorporating the weaving concept that the [Truth Weaver Scripture] had taught him, it did not take long for him to form the Prime Azure Energy he had come to know, taking on the form of dark blue pearls that glistened within the lightless void.

'Now, how do I go about infusing Void Energy into it?' Looking at the wide sea of blue pearls before him, the gears in Valyr's mind began to turn as he pondered over the question.

After some time, he thought about incorporating the Void Energy as another strand in the braid, willing some of it to appear within his inner depths as he tested his idea out.

Bang!

However, before the energies and Intents could even start intertwining with one another, the mix of energies had exploded into nothingness, causing a bit of backlash within Valyr as a

result.

Taking some time to recuperate from the backlash, Valyr then proceeded to approach the problem from a different angle, wondering if incorporating the sensation of the Void within the already intertwined Shadow Energy would be enough.

Feeling that the idea has merit, the young man went ahead and conjured a large sea of blue pearls once more, only to infuse the sensation of the Void into the part of his Prime Azure

Energy that tackled Shadow Energy.

Swoosh...

Surprisingly, the sea of blue pearls began to take on a darker shade as a result, causing excitement to appear on Valyr's face as he waited for it to eventually become successful. Yet, just like his first approach, the whole thing eventually ended up in failure. Though fortunately, unlike the first approach, the sea of pearls disappeared with less of a bang, instead destabilizing into the base energies that made up Prime Azure Energy in the

first place.

'...' Staring at the clouds of Shadow Energy and mana that filled the depths of his inner self, the young man went silent for a bit as one of the approaches he discarded at first soon

surfaced in his mind.

After all, with how obvious the idea was, he felt that the chances of it working were unlikely.

'Surely it's not as simple as just replacing Shadow Energy with Void Energy during the

formation process for it to be successful, right?'

Nevertheless, even though he was doubtful of its success, Valyr eventually went ahead and tried the idea out, replacing Shadow Energy with Void Energy as he began to intertwine it with

mana.

Swoosh!

Seeing no problems with the formation process thus far, the young man then activated the Intents of Shadow Energy, mana, and the Four Elements before infusing their energies into

the braid not long after.

Whoosh!

Feeling the strength of the braid reach a higher level compared to his Prime Azure Energy from before, a hint of excitement soon began to appear on Valyr's face.

However, reminding himself of the two previous failures, that excitement soon turned into doubt as he watched the formation process continue as usual.

Because of that, Valyr remained dubious of the idea's success even after he'd incorporated the

concepts of the [Truth Weaver Scripture] into it, truly transforming his Prime Azure into a sea

of pearls that were an even deeper blue than before.

Ding!

Hearing a couple notification sounds resound in his mind after he'd successfully incorporate

Void Energy into his Prime Azure Energy, Valyr stared at the sight before him at a complete

loss for words.

Eventually, the young man began to let out mocking laughter, targeting that mockery towards himself as he opened up his notification screen.

"To think it would be that simple... I really should've tried that idea first instead of

proceeding with any of the other ideas I had."

"Either way, this situation has reminded me that that saying still stands true in some cases.'

"The third time really is the charm."
