“Its not ours,” Rhea said with great disappointment seeing the gate. A second ago, all of us had turned very excited seeing the gate, not daring to believe our luck, but as Rhea had said, its not ours.

It had been eight hours since I had killed the thunder hog, and right after that, we began exploring.

The three fights with the Grandmasters have made me quite tired, but I do not want to rest. The first priority is to find an exit for home; I could rest as much as I want once we have returned back home.

It would not be easy as there is no place we could go to; the exits are random, popping out any place, any time without any pattern.

Though I am not bored, in fact, I am quite excited. For the past five hours, my avatar has been working on the puzzle, which is much harder than I had imagined as it had stuck on just the third level.

I rarely get stuck; in all the formations I have solved, I did not get stuck for more than ten minutes, and here my avatar had gotten stuck for nearly an hour but still seeing no way forward.

This is a very good thing; if it had been an easy puzzle, I would have found no interest in it, but this puzzle is extremly hard as only the third level had stopped me, and there are ten thousand levels inside this clay puzzle.

It would be good training before I attempt the Hermes library, which I still think I am not ready for.

The library and its vast knowledge are very important to me, and I plan to make a visit there very soon. Not to attempt to get its ownership but to read from its vast collections, as I now I felt I have something which would give me a week or two in the library.

“Man, this is frustrating and tiring. I wish we could just find the exit quickly and get out of here,” Jim said frustratingly a few hours later.

He had been complaining every few hours; he is not the only one who is frustrated we all are. We want to get out of this realm as soon as possible before it breaks my resolve not to actively hunt for treasures.

There are treasures everywhere, and every moment, some and some treasure would attract my runes.

Most of these treasures are in buildings where I could not go as it would waste a lot of time. Currently, I am only harvesting the resources that strings could reach, and there are more of these resources than one might expect.

70% are useless to me, but they are very useful to my mentees and other people, and I am harvesting them because they are not costing me anything other than filling the space in my storage which I am more than willing to give.

Soon, a day had passed since we had walked out of the melody garden and only come across one gate which was not ours.

We have also come across a lone Grimm Monster which did not have a bloodline. Rhea defeated it while I have turned it into the essence rose; other than that, nothing much interesting has happened.

A couple of more hours passed by without us seeing the single sign of gate when all three of us stopped, not because of the gate but because of the resources that are precious enough to make all three stop.

“My dear friend Micheal, will you be able to fetch a small piece for me? I do not need a big piece; just small palm-size would be more than enough for this little friend of yours,” Jim said while looking at me flatteringly.

Rhea did not say anything, but I could see she also wanted this thing desperately; they are not the only ones; I also want a piece.

The thing in front of me could be used in many things, from alchemy to artifice, but most powerhouses would keep the small piece on themselves or in their room.

The resources in front of us radaia jade, which used to be a statue that now lay broken protected by the dangerous broken formations. It is the same statue of jade; I had seen a few days ago and wanted a piece of it but did not have the strength to take it.

Even now, I am hesitating to take it these broken formations are stacked upon each other, and the slightest shake might activate them, and seeing how dangerous they are, I don’t think I would survive these formations.

This is why I did not go for the dangerous pieces but the few small and big ones, which I am quite confident to take without triggering the formation.

Tens of my strings moved toward the pieces of the statue. I went for every piece, from small as a thumbnail to a broken arm of the statue. Even the smallest part of radaia jade is precious, and many would pay a high price for it.

Most importantly, it could be helped in awakening one of Grandmaster who is sleeping in the hall of sleep.

A few minutes later, my strings have brought out all the pieces I could, and as I touched them, I felt like all the tiredness I was feeling from deep within me slowly disappearing.

It is really disappearing; the effect of radaia jade is near good as sleep. There are other important benefits of it as well, which came after remaining in its prolonged contact.

I shared the 30% jade with my friends while keeping the 70% myself. The 30% is far more than they are asked far and happy to get it, seeing the usages it has.

“Thank you, Micheal, this radaia jade is going to hel” Jim was saying when he suddenly stopped with eyes wide. He seemed to have seen something behind me, which seemed to have surprised him greatly.

I turned back, and my eyes couldn’t help but widen up in surprise as well.. Anyone would be surprised, as a literal gate just materialized behind me.
