My shields continue to get attacked by the Dark Water Apeman, whose attacks are getting stronger by the second.

I do not care how strong its attacks get; even it is attacked with its peak strength, I would not be worried. The only thing that will worry me is if it is able to bring out higher power than the nine waves, but that is not going to happen.

I am currently more focused on harvesting the three Grimms in front of me than any other things, as other things that are happening on the battlefield are beyond my control.

Even in the weakened state, the Dark Water Apeman is strong enough to beat me into pulp in a couple of seconds. If it had not been for my defensive method, I would have been finished up.

'Good,'

The harvest begins on all three Grimm Grandmasters; my seeds have made it quite easy for my strings to spread inside the Grandmasters, especially the mid-level ones, which usually took an awful lot of time, but I finished within three minutes.

While the harvest was happening, I diverted some of my focus and did the other thing; collecting the energy of all the Grimm Monsters fighting in the field.

Currently, I could not place my seed on any Grimm Monsters in fighting on the battlefield; all of them are above my league, but I could make sure, when I have power and come against them, I will have a much easier time in seeping my seed inside them.

I will imprint their energy signature into my seed, and with the time I have, I will be able to do much more; the only thing I have to do is survive.

Both Grandmaster Atkins and Lord Saraf are fighting intensely; it is not a simple battle, there are clear killing intentions in their attacks. Every move of them is not for stopping the enemy attack but to kill them.

From little what I could see from Lord Saraf's battle, both he and the Frost Chimpman seemed equally matched. On the other hand, Grandmaster Atkins is dominating the two Peak Grandmasters but is unsuccessful in seriously injuring them.

Before I knew it, fifteen minutes passed, and there were no signs of battle end; instead, they have become even more intense. Though I have finished harvesting the last Grimm Monster, the silver Rhinoman.

I had gone a little slow on it as I wanted to get as much data from its ghost constitution. My seed has collected a lot of it, and the rest I will get after studying its essence rose.

Still, I wish I could have kept in my core for a few days and had gotten every bit of data I had needed from it, but that is impossible.

My core would not be able to bear the constant pressure of Grimm Monster of such power, not to mention the Grimm Monster would kill itself with the primal switch rather than remain the prisoner.

Gasp Gasp!

A couple of gasps rang out behind me as the essence roses were revealed. These essence roses are beautiful and filled with the Grandmaster's level of power. The power in them is securely contained but still emits the supression that is powerful enough to make a Master kneel.

I stored the essence roses after letting my colleagues look at them for a few seconds before focusing on the battle in front of us.

"How long do you think the battle would last, Grandmaster Rhyden?" I asked the women. She is powerful enough and has enough experience and access to know how the true high-level battle went.

"It is hard to say, but it won't last more than an hour; such level of battles have the eyes of the whole world, and if they did not end quickly, they could spiral out of control," She replied.

Things getting out of control, such things happen more often than one thinks, especially in the war. If this battle did not end within an hour as Grandmaster Rhyden had said, it is very likely that another Royal would join the battle.

I really hope that does not happen; as for them, our survival became even more difficult, a simple shockwave of their attack would be enough to blast us into pieces, and if their attack had landed on us, then we could forget surviving even by a miracle.

I could tell everyone was hoping the battle would end quickly as possible, including Grandmaster Rhyden.

These people do not fear death; what they fear is dying like an ant, becoming a laughing stock. They want to etch their name in history, and they would not have that if they died by the shockwave of the powerhouses battle.

Forty more minutes passed, and there was no change in the battle except for them becoming even more intense.

The battle between Lord Saraf and the Grimm Royal had become so fast that we could barely see their figure. Though, the shockwaves and the noise of their battle are more than loud enough for us to hear.

It is fortunate that Lord Saraf took the battle away from us; otherwise, those space-rolling shockwaves would have been the death of us.

The battle of Grandmaster Atkins is also intense, but the one we could see; she is still fighting against the two, and this time, she had truly tried to kill them and not to try to hold them back against coming to aid of Apeman in killing me.

I had talked to Grandmaster Atkins half an hour ago, telling her to not care about me. If even three of them managed to land a strike or two, I would be fine; as long attacks of three are not coordinated, I will be fine.

BOOOOM!

A few more minutes had passed when a loud boom rang out across the battlefield with a shockwave powerful enough to stress my shields.

Lord Saraf and Frost Chimpman stopped fighting, and now Front Chimpman is looking at Lord Saraf with such anger that it is literally shaking.

Lord Saraf is able to land a big hit on the Frost Chimpman, and it makes it very angry. It seemed like my wish of battle coming to an end quickly would not be realized quickly, seeing how things are looking right now.
