Puch!

"There is no use in running," I said and appeared behind the Chimpman and pierced my sword into its chest, before pulling into my storage.

I didn't waste any time and moved toward another enemy.

It hadn't been even a minute since I had killed Tigerman, and I had already killed two Grimm. This one had a bloodline; both of them weren't my target, but they were in my way, and I had killed them.

I could feel the eyes of many powerful Grimms on me; many wanted to kill me but hesitated.

They did not hesitate because I had killed Tigerman, who was a pretty strong Grimm, but the way I had killed it and most other Grimms.

They see me fighting all defensively against any sufficiently powerful Grimm, before suddenly, my opponent would slow down, and I would kill it.

Many of them saw the horror on the Tigerman's face and how it tried to run away at the end before I had killed it.

I don't like the attention, but I am glad that powerful Grimms are only looking at me and not coming. Though it won't last long, some will come, and some want to come but are busy fighting.

There are very few people, Grimm or native, that aren't fighting.

It is the last phase of fighting, where the leaders of both sides have ordered them to use everything. They have to kill the enemies they fighting and people are following the command.

I didn't have the chance to do it. Since I didn't hold back my strength from the beginning.

If I wanted, I could have kept fighting the first enemy I have come across, like so many are doing, but I went for the kill, and it benefited me a lot.

I was not only able to take all my plants to the Earth-Sovereigns but also reached pretty close to the physical limit.

Still, I have to remain careful; even with all my strength, there are people who could kill me in a single move. Many are powerful enough to bear even attacks of Sky Sovereign.

Half of them, be it native or Grimms, are hiding their power and wouldn't reveal it, unless they were forced.

As I finished the kill, I moved toward my target. It is fighting against a native, which is nearly at the limit. I wouldn't have been in a much better state if I had been attacked by the three Grimms.

Buzz!

I was a few hundred meters away from them when my core buzzed, and a smile appeared on my face.

The thickest and the most powerful strengthening essence ever begins to flow into my body. This is the essence of the Tigerman, and it is especially beneficial to me; the curse element in it, helps in a small way to my constitution.

The curse constitution comes from the Grimms, and the bloodline energy of the curse element helps in a small way.

My body begins to absorb the strengthening energy, and immediately, I know that it will take me close to the physical limit. I might even reach the physical/soul limit, by the time all the strengthening energies inside me vanished.

Even if they left some small hole, it would be filled by the strengthening energy released by the newest Grimm, I had killed.

It is great news with a small caveat, and I immediately activated the formation to fix it. That small formation lit up and began to absorb some strengthening energy.

I will need it, to keep that healing energy occupied. If the healing energy stopped, the weakness would come crashing down and I couldn't afford that.

It is a good thing; I had created the formation; despite the massive amount of forbidden power it uses. I knew I might need to use the healing formation, and I needed to be ready to deal with all the risks that came with it.

I reached my target and went for it; I would have liked to watch and trap it in my strings, but the black-horned man might die, if I continue to let the Grimm attack me.

"Jsur with me!" said the Purple Scale Lizardman and a bloodline aura blasted out of its body; the increase was not much, seeing it was already using everything it had against the native.

The same with the other Purple Scale Lizardman. It didn't have a bloodline, but it harnessed every bit of power. Its inheritance is providing it.

"This bastard is fucking strange; let's kill it as it as soon as possible," said the second Purple Scale Lizardman, while the ones with the bloodline nodded and attacked me with its white crystal curved sword.

The second one thrust its spear from behind.

It is great teamwork, but isn't enough if they want to kill me.

CLANNNG!

My sword clashed hard against the sword of the Purple Scale Lizardman, and its bloodline energy covered me densely. Forming a cocoon that restricted my movements.

It was a clever attack. A moment later; it disappeared as I opened my armor and, like all the energies; it went inside and I moved, dodging the spear, by inches.

I had just done that when the first Purple Scale Lizardman attacked me again with the blade and spear came at me like a viper.

Both of them are extremely cautious, creating powerful soul spheres around their bodies to sense any hidden attack, but they are not holding back in their attacks, and now I am.

I am using everything I have. Every second, I would harness more power that my body had absorbed with strengthening essence.

CLANNNG!

Once again, I had defended and dodged the spear, with inches of difference as before, and they attacked me again.

They had launched the third attack, and I was able to defend against it when something happened that surprised the three of us.

The black-horned native killed the Purple Scale Lizardman, he was fighting. Cut it into two from the waist; it seemed like he had been hiding some power and she used it, the moment these two came at me.

CLANNNG!

I clashed and dodged their attack, this time, rather easily; they got faintly distracted by the kill.

"Bastard!"

They cursed, and the native grinned, before coming toward us. Toward the second Grimms, with a spear, while I moved at the one with the bloodline.

CLANNNG!

It defended my attack effortlessly.

"You will die," it said and attacked me again. I don't know whether it said that to assure itself or me; I could clearly see it was thoughts of escaping, but where it will escape?

It is a damn battlefield. There will be enemies where it will go and I might kill as it tried, as I did with the Tigerman earlier.

A minute and seven seconds passed when suddenly something shocking happened. It was so shocking that the whole battlefield stopped.

The Grimms died, killed by the natives. Not ordinary Grimms, but the leader of the Grimms, and it was killed by our Sky Sovereign.

Even I was surprised at the suddenness because it is a not common Sky Sovereign, but the most powerful one; the leader.

A Peak Sky Sovereign, whose next stage of advancement is Prime.

The sudden death of it shook the whole battlefield.
