'Seventeen minutes,' I counted.

It had been seven minutes since everything had fallen into the silence. There was no fluctuation of the energy, not even the slightest; it is like they had disappeared.

I looked at the graph in front of me and the two lines. There is not a slightest lift in them.

I want to know the outcome of the battle, but there was nothing, and it was eating me alive. I couldn't concentrate on anything, not even my core.

I had entered my core and tried to work on things, but I couldn't concentrate at all. I need to know the result of the battle; my survival depends on it.

Minutes passed until an hour was over.

I was losing my mind over the worry and was glad, that I had opened the channels. Most of the people are calm enough, but some are panicking, hitting the protective shields, over and over.

There is nothing I could do to make it unconscious using the roots. Which I had open not to do.

Hun!

It was eleven more minutes, before I felt something familiar against the domes and immediately opened it.

A moment later, the familiar woman flew inside.

She looked pale and tired. Her aura is contained, so I couldn't sense her energies, but it should be in the same state as her body.

"The danger of cultists has been solved, at least temporarily," she announced and immediately thousands took a sigh of relief with some starting crying.

I react like the people around me, before bringing down the shields. Including those over the cultists, which are now unconscious.

With the two gens under my control, I could do a lot of things. Including making the cultist unconscious, using the roots. I could have even been able to kill them, except for two, but I decided not to.

Alkaz could handle them, including the two-cultist staring at her.

The hunter looks at us, before appearing beside the two cultists.

"Don't," she said and touched them. Stopping them from whatever they were doing.

I had darkened the screen around the cultist. So, there weren't even able to see what was happening, including her coming back to the dome, which is wise, before they were clearly planning to self-destruct.

The hunter removed her hands, and the two fell unconscious.

"Thank you for saving us, hunter," said stone-skin Sky Sovereign, to which she shook her head. "I didn't save you; the one who truly saved you be the one who stalled the sacrificial attempt,"

"If it had continued on time; all of you had been dead by the time, I had arrived," she replied and looked around.

I have no intention of revealing myself; I like to be one of thousands of Sky Sovereigns. She only glanced at us, most of her focus on Sky Sovereign; it was who she thought had stopped the ritual.

I am more than happy. If she is thinking that.

I felt her walking toward the tree, before seeping her soul sense into the controls. She tried for the gems but repelled.

She didn't try it again.

I am grateful for the rescue, but she won't have control over the gems. It will remain in my control till I leave this place.

"Can we leave, hunter?" asked half-elf.

"You can, but you will have to wait for a few hours. My group will be coming in an hour or two. After we make sure there is no cultist among you, we will let you go," she replied, surprising many.

I am not surprised, but worried. I don't know if I could hide my abilities from her.

I began to make the preparations, while some people argued. She didn't reply to them; she just remained floating on her spot, and nobody tried to get past her.

Even the cultists hiding among the people would never try to escape with her standing there. They know their limitation and even with her tired state, she wouldn't have any problem in stopping any of them.

Even if they went at her as the group; she would be able to deal with them, one hand behind her back.

Two hours and twenty-one minutes; two groups appeared. One group had thirteen people and was led by a crystal skin man and the other by beastwomen of the red panther tribe.

"Everyone lines up," said crystal skin man as he laid out the tool.

It is more like a huge circle, with four artifacts attached to them and they are releasing a pretty powerful aura.

I lined up with the many Earth Sovereigns and the line moved. In a few seconds, the first person walked inside, and the circle lit up and four artifacts scanned him.

There was no reaction when he reached the other side, where the hunter was waiting. She tapped him for a moment with her finger.

"You can go," she said and the man visibly relaxed, before flying away.

'They are not taking any chances,' I thought, seeing them using the artifact and the hunter herself taking part.

I am scared, but fear wouldn't help. I will need to face her and hope the preparations I have made are enough.

Hun!

Soon, over fifty people went through it without a problem and flew over the dome, when a change occurred.

The circle turned red, and the man inside froze in fear, before leaping toward the dome, but become he could move even a meter, the energies of the hunter gripped him.

"Not so fast, a friend from Arar De," said Hunter, while he watched in horror.

A moment later, she touched him, making him unconscious, before putting him with the cultists of the beast god cult.

The leaving resumed a second later and a few more people passed through it, till the circle lit up again. This time, it is a woman, and she tried to self-destruct but stopped before she could succeed.

The cultists of the beast god cult hadn't chosen the cultists intentionally.

If they come across one, they would kill them; these are ones who were smart and didn't reveal themselves, but now they are getting captured.

Soon it was my turn, and I entered the circle; immediately, I felt the energies of the four artifacts on me. Scanning every part of me and I have to say, they are really good; capable of looking at every cell and soul particle of Earth Sovereign.

No wonder they were able to catch the cultists.

I walked to the other side without alarming it and stopped in front of the hunter. I was never worried about the artifact; it was a hunter that scared me.

She tapped on my hand, and I could feel a wave of energy moving fast into me. It was so powerful that I could not resist and nor did I let it do, what it wants to do.

It took a second for it to return, and she nodded at me.

Seeing that, I relaxed from my very soul, and it was not an act. I have been really worried. If I had been caught, the bad things would have happened to me.

Forbidden power is a thing that could entice even a saint.
