I appeared in the sky with a different skin and aura.

"Fuck, it's sand raiders!" cursed the woman beside me. There is fear on her face, but not terror, as one would have if they had been cultists.

I didn't take a moment to remember all the details about this group. It is in the information, I had brought.

The sand raiders; it is a thousand of years old group. They are looters, mainly, but sometimes even kidnap the people that will interest them.

It is a group of unknown individuals. Nobody knows who they are, but it is said that this group didn't belong to any single organization but to different organizations across the desert.

They are violent and dangerous, but only when there is resistance. If the people do what they are told, they will leave them alone.

The storages I prepared for such occasions appeared on me. They had all the things; a person of my level would have.

A few minutes later, sand waves covered the whole city like a blanket and people came out of them. There are twenty-eight people, all of them are Sky Sovereigns.

"These bastards came prepared," I thought.

There are a lot of Sky Sovereigns in the city. Seventeen from the last, I had sensed through my soul sense. They will be able to deal with such numbers much more easily.

If we had near equal numbers, I might have joined holding back one, but now there is no chance.

The twenty-eight of them appeared above us. All of them are wearing the sandy cloaks that hide their bodies and figures; it even filters their aura.

So, one could sense their level and nothing else.

"Hello everyone, we are sand raiders. We have come here to loot you, but it didn't have to be a bloody affair. Give us all your storages as soul sense touches you and you will be fine, resist and only death awaits you," said the leader.

Even the voice seemed to filter. I couldn't even see the sex of them. Though, I know what it is.

She is a woman, a Hare Beastwomen. She is the most powerful of them all, Peak Sky Sovereign.

Nobody said anything, but a second later, from the northern side, the storage rings and bands began to move in the sky. I could see, as the soul sense, touches the people, they are letting go of their storages.

"No cheating, we had said!" the leader said, and the lancer appeared in her hand, which she threw down.

A moment later, the lancer pieced through the chest of the woman. Killing her in an instant. It is fine for Sky Sovereigns, but Sovereign and Earth Sovereigns shouldn't push their luck.

Seconds passed and thousands of storage devices moved toward them.

Hun!

It was at the twelfth second. Something strange happened. A man, the Initial Earth Sovereign, flew up.

The man tried to resist, but it was the Earth Sovereign that was pulling him. There was no chance that he could resist her, and he didn't.

He appeared beside her, and she touched his head. Immediately, making him unconscious before sending him back to her people.

'The information says, they sometimes kidnap people and it is one of those times,' I thought.

They didn't kidnap a large amount of people. The information says, they didn't have more than a hundred from a city of this size, which made me feel a little relieved.

A few seconds later, she took another man and then another.

For a while, I thought it was random, but I took the risk and decided to investigate a little deeply and found it was not random at all.

Her soul sense is vibrating at a unique frequency. Most of the time, it remains unchanged, but changes occur sometimes when it touches some people.

She pulls those people who bring out the change.

It made me quite curious, but not curious enough to investigate more deeply. I am already taking a huge risk, in using my soul waves in the presence of Peak Sky Sovereign, I don't want to take any more of them.

Soon, the soul wave finished taking the storage of half of the city. Including the governor of the city.

He is Sky Sovereign, a mid-one.

He must be really cursing his luck right now. This small city had the Earth Sovereign governor, but due to the spatial disturbance and the traffic of the Sky Sovereign, they had sent him here temporarily.

Now, he had lost his storage to the looters, which likely contained his whole wealth. I hope he had backup somewhere; I hope everyone has it or they will truly be fucked, which is likely the case.

Despite understanding it, less than half of the people kept their backup storage devices hidden somewhere.

They didn't trust any place. The only thing they trust is themselves.

I am the same, but my condition is different. My wealth is in a place that only I had access to. If I didn't want it, then no matter how powerful the Sky Sovereigns are, they wouldn't be able to get what I have in my core.

Hun!

I was thinking that, when twelve Sky Sovereigns moved. They flew in different directions.

'A mistake,' I thought, shaking my head.

First, they should understand that the sand barrier isn't for a show. It could stop the strongest of them for several seconds. It is enough time for the enemies to catch up, even if they have the lead.

The second, they only have one Peak Sky Sovereign, while the enemy has four. They wouldn't have any problem in dealing with them.

As I had expected, the enemies moved. Two had of peak Sky Sovereign went after the one and began to catch up to him rapidly.

Hun!

They were just ten some meters away from him when he revealed a surprise. His speed suddenly increased, so much so that it surprised even the leader.

He appeared by the sand curtain within a second and purple energy covered him, and he passed through it, without any resistance.

'It seemed like, I was wrong in my assessment,' I thought.
