Bang Bang Bang!

Powerful waves crashed against the ship, and a few bolts of lightning struck it, but there was barely a shake from it.

It is a glorious scene, that I am watching with a big smile on my face.

It had been twelve days since the start of the voyage, and it was the second storm. The last one was smaller than this; this one was bigger and more powerful.

One woman, a couple of suits down, is painting the whole scene; she seemed quite engrossed in it, seeing nothing but canvas and storm around me.

"Amazing, isn't it?" asked the blue crystal-skin middle-aged man on the balcony beside mine. "It is that I wish I could go outside," I replied and the smile on my face became bigger.

"I really wish, we could," he said, with a hint of regret.

I have important things to do. Like to participate in the forging of the breakthrough formation. It is the last day of forging; I had not helped once in the past three weeks and I wanted to do it today, but my feet were not moving away from the balcony.

It is too amazing, especially watching those wolf shark monsters leaping out of the sea and eating those massive bolts of lightning.

Those sharks are at the Sky Sovereigns stage and even they are getting a little singed eating those powerful lightning bolts. Still, they are eating it and if I had been at their place, I would have done it too.

The bolts might be dangerous, but they also contain powerful energies. It is nutritious for these monsters.

The storm lasted for an hour and a half more before the sky began to clear. I watched it until then, I even got struck inspiration and it is good enough, that I would work on it after I finished with the inheritance.

I didn't immediately go back to the core. instead, I ate the lunch, that my clone had cooked before finally entering the core.

Bang Bang Bang

In my core, loud sounds are ringing. Two of my clones are working on the song of Sar, in the radiating power of nine elements with origin power.

The formation is taking more origin than I had expected, but I am not worried. I have more than enough of it.

Instead, I am happy; this power will make the artifact even better.

It was the first time, my second clone had joined the forging and, after watching for a few seconds, I lifted the tools and began.

It is a very delicate step if I make a mistake. I would have days to fix it and I don't have days. I want to forge the artifact as soon as possible. So, the clones could help me with the things related to the inheritance.

The breakthrough formation is important too, and it is the reason why, I had spent so many resources and time of my clones on it.

I hope it will work as I am expecting. I need it to do its job successfully. The breakthrough is going to be very delicate, and I want it to help me with it.

Hours passed, and we continued to forge, without caring for the time.

Soon it was midnight, and we were at the last leg of the forging. In less than an hour, we will be finished, but we are also at the most delicate step.

So, much so that I had called all my clones.

Now the clones and I are doing it because a mistake would burn the whole thing. It will waste the resources and as well as the time, I had spent on it.

I didn't expect the things would turn this delicate, and I should have given the energies it had absorbed during the forging. They are enough to even make Prime jealous.

Seconds passed, and my whole body became sweaty outside because of the sheer stress I was feeling. I didn't even wipe that sweat away; I couldn't spare even the slightest focus on that task.

I need to be fully concentrated on what I am doing, or I will have my clone work on it for months, which I couldn't afford.

Tang!

Finally, we finished, and a moment later, a sonorous chime rang out while I watched in bated breath as all the thousands of pieces began to meld with each other.

Buzz!

Seconds passed, and it finally buzzed and shone in a radiant light.

It kept shining for over ten minutes, before the shine dimmed, till it completely disappeared, revealing a ring.

Hun!

I couldn't help, but be surprised before I took the ring in my hand and scanned it. What I saw couldn't help, but lit up the big smile across my face.

The ring is similar to what it was before, an irony blue ring. The only change that had occurred, was the bluishness, which had become a little darker, turning it less ugly than before.

It is still ugly, but I didn't care.

I only care about what it could do and from what I am seeing, it could do amazing things. That I wish, I could make a breakthrough right now to test this ring.

Unfortunately, I am far from ready to make a breakthrough. The only thing, I could do was to test the ring thoroughly, to make sure, it was perfect to make the breakthrough.

Testing on the person would be best, but I can't do that here, with Prime watching everything.

It seemed like, I would be the only person, I will be testing this ring.

I looked at it for a few minutes, before handing it to my clones to run a few tests while I got out of my core.

From tomorrow, me and my clones will completely focus on the inheritance and the things that will take me to the limit quickly. I would postpone, all the projects that are necessary to my breakthrough.

With that thought, I closed my eyes and fell asleep.
