I stopped a hundred meters away from the oyster. It is big, bigger than me and it is hiding.

I am too hiding, I am just a step away from its faint soul sphere, which is very detectable even for the Sky Sovereign, but it is clear as the day to me.

I looked at it, with my abilities and moved my strings.

It didn't discover them, which isn't surprising. The people couldn't discover the string, it would be hard for the monster to do that, and even if it had done that; it wouldn't have found it being part of the flora of the ocean.

Completely non-threatening.

Soon my strings reached it and entered inside. It didn't take them long to find its core, which is different from the pearl.

As they reached it; they sent a burst of energy and a small formation.

A moment later, the oyster becomes visible before turning invisible again. I don't want to kill it, nor do I want to make it visible to others to kill it to hunt for the pearls.

A few seconds later, I achieved what I wanted and moved toward the pearl. It is a tiny pearl, white with a silver shine.

My strings removed it expertly and sent it to my core before replacing it with the nucleus, which my clone had prepared.

A second later, the strings came out, and I swam away. Though not before leaving a marker. If anyone reaches close; it will inform them, that the oyster has been already harvested by its pearl.

There is no need to kill the oyster when I could get what I want without it.

There are a lot of them going to get killed in these three hours, and I want to add mine to the list. Though, I won't hesitate to kill it, if I don't see any other any other.

I am only giving the mercy because there is a choice.

The nucleus, I had left behind will turn into a peal in a few years and its quality would be much better than the one I had harvested.

It will also help, the oyster in its growth.

A minute and a half later, I reached another oyster and did the same, before moving to another. Some of these oysters were stronger than me, but not a single one had discovered me.

I sent my string and took their pearl, without them knowing, and they wouldn't for quite a while.

Soon an hour passed, and I had raked a good number of pearls and there were more oysters here to keep me busy for hours. I wish I had more than three hours to harvest; these shiny little pearls sell for quite a price.

Hun!

I had harvested another pearl, and I was moving to my next target when I suddenly stopped and turned.

'It is the black pearl oyster,' it said, showing me the projection of the oyster in front of me. It looked like any other oyster, but it also had a faint distinction, which is very hard to notice.

I hadn't noticed at all, despite scanning it multiple times with my soul sense. It was my clone that noticed.

The black pearls are considered top-grade ekari pearls. Hundreds of times more expensive, than the white ones.

They are also the peals, that could be eaten tiredly. It provides amazing benefits. I have no intention of doing such wasteful things. I am going to use it, in crafting a solution for the talaras constitution.

If what I read about is right, it would work well with the seven elements of the constitution. A single black pearl would be enough to last me through the whole practice of the second level.

I pushed those thoughts away and moved toward it. I need to get my hands on it before I can think about how I am going to use it.

Burst 100%.

I was halfway toward it when suddenly my eyes widened, and I brought out my sword, while the power of the burst filled me.

Clang!

I defended, before moving another attack of the monster.

"Fuck!" I cursed as I looked at the tentacles of the steely rusty octopus coming toward me. I had noticed the octopus monster, like a hundred other monsters, but didn't think, it would discover me with my stealth.

None of the monsters have discovered me till now, but this one did.

Clang Clang Clang!

"You really shouldn't have," I said and defended against its stacks, with my sword. It had twelve tentacles, and it was attacking me from all sides.

It is fast and powerful, and those tentacles have a sharp metallic blades, rusted with the poison that will give anyone a painful death.

I have no intention of dying in its hand. I will kill it.

I defended against its attacks and tried to move toward it, but the monster bastard was smart, and its tentacles were fast.

They are stopping me from reaching close to it.

I could see in its eyes that it wanted to eat me, and there was extreme hunger in there.

It had sensed the power, I have, and it wants it. It made me serious because this monster had sensed the forbidden power in me. There are extremely few who could do that; they gained the power through special circumstances or birth.

My seeds have already entered inside it, to find out what factors have made it discover the forbidden power.

I do this whenever monsters discover me and fix those things. It is why, after every upgrade, fewer and fewer monsters discover me, because I am fixing those things that make them discover me.

I will do the same with the octopus after I find out what made it discover me.

Till then, I will keep fighting it. It's been two months since, I had fought anyone challenging and it is a good opponent to satiate my thirst for battle, I have been having for quite a while.
