I opened my eyes and got up and found a lot of people looking at me.

'It seemed like everybody knew, I was the one who finished both challenges first,' I thought as I moved toward the gate that had finally opened.

It had been over four hours since I had finished the challenge.

I am well-rested and ready for the next one.

I wonder what it will be? I do not care about the challenge, what I care about comes first.

I have already finished two challenges. Completing a third of the mission; four more and I will be able to get what Prime Volsnorth wants.

I have already got my reward. The energies from the two challenges were amazing.

My body and soul had strengthened by a lot. Along with the small mist, changes, completely dissolving.

I hope the third one will provide similar benefits as well.

With that thought, I stepped inside the gate.

Hun!

I appeared on the other side, and it was a familiar place. It is the same hall, I had appeared when I entered the castle.

However, there is a change.

There is a text floating, which says 'Challenge of Knowledge,'

The bronze gates now, instead of having numbers, have emblems. There are familiar emblems, anyone with a bit of brain would be able to understand them.

It is a test of knowledge.

It had appeared a few times; though much less than a challenge of body and soul.

I looked at doors and saw an emblem of alchemy, artifice, arts, music, culinary, and other things.

I looked and my eyes stopped at the emblem of the crossed sword. Those who have a profession can choose that.

It is a normal fight, but a test of knowledge.

Here are the challenges that test one's technique. There are a lot of good things written about these challenges and I really want to go there.

Instead, I just shook my head and walked toward the gate with the runes.

Runes are my strength.

If I had not been on the mission of Prime Volsnorth; I would have moved toward the combat, but now, I am moving toward the thing, I am most confident of.

The runes.

I could see, all eight hundred and two people looking at me.

The second challenge passed by more people than the first. It is the same as people without a key; they have come here after finishing two challenges, instead of one like us.

Many of them looked extremely tired. I hope they will get some rest in this challenge.

I could feel the eyes like before; many looked surprised. They didn't think I would choose something like the runes.

I reached the bronze door and stepped inside.

Step!

The next second, I appeared in a room made of energy. I could see, others similar to mine, through a blurry energy screen.

I shook my head and focused on the challenge. The time had started.

There is white a stone board in front of me with a single-line runic equation.

My eyes turned serious seeing it and unconsciously tried to contact my clones, but they were sealed.

I don't mind. I would love to finish off the challenge on my own.

At first glance, it is simple. Many people would be tricked by this small equation.

I realized it quickly because I had fallen fool into them many times. In the past year, the

teacher started giving me equations and they are tricky.

I studied it for nearly ten minutes before picking up the pen.

I have the answer to this equation.

I touched the pen to the board and started solving it when I suddenly stopped.

'What would happen?' I asked myself.

I shouldn't do it, but now that I thought about it. I want to do it, despite the risk, it might

pose.

I close my eyes and think, opening them over ten minutes later.

As I did, the pen in my hand began to move.

If people were to see the board now, they would be shocked.

Soon the board filled 50% and it extended on its own, without changing the size. I didn't think about it and focused completely on the equation.

Minutes passed, and the pen kept moving. It stopped now and then for a few seconds to a minute before moving again.

A few minutes passed, and the pen stopped again but didn't go back to the board, but to the space it had been.

I looked at the board with the bated breath.

I had taken an enormous risk. I used ancient runes, along with common runes, to solve this equation. If I hadn't, it would have taken thrice a time.

Buzz!

For a few seconds, there was nothing and it scared me when suddenly light covered the board

with a buzz.

"Congratulations challenger. You are first to pass the challenge of knowledge,"

The voice said, and I heaved a sigh of relief. For a while, I thought it wouldn't get accepted at

all.

"Congratulations Challenger for earning the bonus points,"

I was sighing in relief when the voice rang out again. Shocking me.

I had read about the bonus points. It had happened only once. So, it was taken with a grain of

salt, but it seemed like it was a truth.

I wonder how many bonus points I will get.

This challenge keeps the score hidden until the last challenge is finished. It reveals them

along with the list of the rewards.

It would be really great to know the points. It would help me plan things, but it's not possible

in this challenge.

I just sighed and shook my head before walking away from the room.

I finished the challenge in less than an hour, which means I have eleven hours to do whatever I

want.

There is nothing much to do than meditate and eat, but I cannot eat here. My storage is

locked; bringing out the food isn't possible.

I shook my head and walked toward the door, before stepping inside it.
