Re-Birth Of A Genius. Creator/Destroyer

chapter-1840
Sam arrived in the nearest city within twenty minutes.
He didn't hide himself and he didn't hide the harbinger. He came into the city as if he owned it. He didn't even hide his aura.
He let his cultivation show off.
He went to the richest bar there is and sat at the bar counter. He placed a spatial ring on top of it as he asked the bartender.
"Get me your finest drink and food."Everyone looked at him calmly. Even the waiters from other tables froze at his words. The bartender looked at him and asked.
"Are you sure? You might be new here. But our finest food and drink are not cheap."
Sam looked at him with a smile.
"Don't worry. I can afford it."
"You must think carefully. It will cost you a mine just for one bottle and one plate."
Sam raised an eyebrow and said.
"Its fine. I can afford it."Sam pointed at the spatial ring.
Bartender checked the contents inside and he raised an eyebrow in surprise.
"You sure can."
He brough the wine and the food after about an hour. Sam tasted it and felt like it is not really that bad, but it is not really worth the hype either. The best thing about is the recovery aspect about it.
Anyone who is injured will definitely get some massive help from this.
As he ate, Sam asked some questions to the bartender.
"So, can you tell me a bit more about the Dark Sea Sect?"
"The Sect? What do you want to know?"
"Anything about the sect is fine."
"Well, the Dark Sea Sect is basically the ruler of the continent and they have branch offices that handle the administrations in different places. The area you are currently in is governed by White Sand Coast Branch. I am sure you don't need me to tell why it is."
Sam chuckled and replied.
"Of course, you don't have to. So, who is in charge of the White Sand Coast. What kind of person is that guy?"
"Well, he is actually considered the next in line to be the sect leader. He is one of the contenders of the sect as far as I know. He is a fair guy. He treats us well, He took over a couple of decades ago and he established a bunch of laws that kind of granted us a relatively safe environment."
"Really?"
"Yes. In fact, the cities in the White Sand Coast are the safest cities all over the planet."
"Seems like you have been all over the planet."
"Yeah man, I have been the Three Sun Continent that's on the other side of the sea. That place is barbarious compared to this. Then there is the Northern Ice Continent. That is not really open to outsiders.
Dark Sea Continent, is basically a haven for all kinds of people to prosper. They also open trade routes to other planets and other realms."
"That is great to know. Anyway."
"Yeah, not just that. The person in charge of the White Sand Coast is called Ervin. He has been selected as a soldier of the god and went to serve in God's divine army. He seemed to have made great achievements there.
He came back with a lot of resources as his rewards. One of them is actually a system. Like how the Tri Sun continent has the spatial transfer detection system, the White Sand Coast has a system our own. But this is to ensure public safety.
Every city, town and even a village, as long as it is considered an official administrative establishment of the Dark Sea Sect, they have a special formation.
They pick on all the life forms within the formation and if one of them suddenly dies, the alarm will be triggered within the guards and the official person in charge's location. They will be able to identify on what location the life was gone and who are all the people there at that time.
They also mark the energy signatures that might have caused the deaths.
The establishment will go on a lockdown immediately and the person in charge has every right to investigate.
With just this alone, the cities in the White Sand Coast became some of the most peaceful establishments.
Any dispute anyone has with anyone can be resolved in two ways, one of them to is to take them to a court where the whole trial will be recorded and sent directly to the headquarters of the White Sand Coast, or they can take the dispute to the arena.
Tickets will be sold for the fights and they can agree on a set of rules and conditions to settle the dispute.
The revenue collected from these fights are completely used for development of the city of town they are taking place in.
There is even a betting system."
The bartender went on and on as Sam asked different questions. That night, Sam went to the richest inn and took some rest.
The next day, he came to the bar once again and ordered another serving before he started talking up with the bartender.
He is lucky the that bartender knows almost everything about the White Sand Coast's general situation. The people in charge, the power dynamic, the people that he can and cannot piss off, etc.
So, Sam slowly started getting the information that he needed. By the end of the second day, he asked a question.
"I want to talk to Ervin, do you think it is possible?"
The Bartender stopped what he was doing and went into some thought.
"It will be too hard. It might vary on the requirement though."
"I need to discuss a collaboration with him."
"That would be nigh impossible. I had a very rich friend who came from a different planet that came to talk about a collaboration with Ervin, but he didn't even get a proper appointment for a long time.
Ervin is busy and most of the people that came for a collaboration are all trying to mooch off of his resources that he brought from Divine Army.
There are mostly person deals, so he doesn't really welcome any unsolicited business offers."
"Then why don't you solicit me?"
The bartender looked at Sam with an amused expression.
"What makes you think I can do that?"
"You seem to know an awful lot for a bartender, I just took a wild shot."
Bartender sighed as he wiped the nonexistent stains on the table.
"Well, your shot wasn't that far off. If it is a couple of years ago, I might have a chance to, but not anymore. Anyway, what makes you think I will solicit you even if I can. Even though you are great to talk to, that doesn't mean, I trust you enough to do that."
"As I said, it is a wildshot. Anyway, I don't think I can get a soliciting. Is there any other way to get to talk to him?"
"No, a normal appointment. If you were in Dark Sea Sect headquarters, you might have had a better chance with bribing. The sect members will do anything for money and sell out an appointment with Ervin easily.
But here the subordinates of Ervin are pretty loyal. So, it is not going to be easy."
"Alright. I will think of something else."
Sam sighed as he left. He didn't really like the situation he is in, but he knew that it wouldn't even take a couple of days to change it.
As he walked away, a black shadow came out of nowhere and climbed on to his shoulder.
He extended his hand and the shadow moved to his palm revealed the shadow mouse.
It waved its front limb and a scroll came out.
[I got it Sam.]
Sam smiled as he took the scroll.
"Great job. Good to have you back buddy."
He let the shadow mouse go out once again as he opened the scroll while walking to the inn.
The scroll is list of all the crimes and the criminal procedure that takes place once someone commits a crime. He must say that the whole thing is pretty much detailed and structured well. He hasn't seen such a proper structure since he came here from earth.
He looked through the whole thing and his gaze landed on one particular crime.
He went to the bar the next day once again and looked at the Bartender.
"Can you tell me who is the richest and most influential merchant in this whole city?"
"That would be the Darin from the Naval Armory. Their organization is specialized in crafting the customizable armors for people. They are really great and they have some pretty deep connections with all of their branches spread across the continent."
"That's great. Thank you."
He finished his usual order and went to the Naval Armory.
He went to the receptionist and asked.
"Can I meeting with Mr Darin, I have a business deal for him that he would very interested in."
The receptionist nodded and went into call Darin, while Sam looked at various expensive armors put out for display.
