Chapter 317 - "Okay, let's start out interview now." (3)

The girl was a little surprised. “Oh, sure.” She then asked softly, “Are you sure about it though?”

Her tapering face looked baffled; obviously confused why Fang Tian would want that. Anyone with half a brain could see that the woman next to her was not a good person and her boy was even more of a trouble-maker.

Fang Tian’s eyes flickered and her smile became even sweeter. “It’s alright. I am very curious about her thought on child-rearing and would love to have a chat with her.”

She waved the cellphone in her hand at her.

Fang JunRong had an idea of what the brat was trying to do but had no intention of interfering.

The girl finally switched seats with Fang Tian.

Sitting down at the girl’s spot, Fang Tian couldn’t wait to initiate a conversation with the woman. “I have been streaming lately and need material. Will you and your son be interested in participating?” She then added, “I’ll pay you for it.” Was she the type who’d not have all angles covered when she did something? Of course she would not invade their privacy but would purchase the rights and have a contract signed.

As soon as she heard money, the woman who was reluctant before was now interested. “How much are we talking about?”

“Hmm, 2,000 yuan.”

The woman’s mouth cracked into a smile. “That works. You are such a generous child.”

Fang Tian’s lips curved upward and she said, “Okay. Let’s start with our interview now.

“Tell me, what would you say to him if your relative is visiting and your son snatched your relative’s child’s toy?”

The woman’s voice was anything but soft. “What educating? Kids bond better when they get into small fights in their childhood. Isn’t that how we all grew up? We are all relatives. I am sure they will understand. My Bao is a nice kid. He just didn’t have a lot of toys at home. That was the reason why he liked to borrow others to play with when he came across them. Letting him play for a little while is no big deal.”

Fang Tian asked, “What if your Bao is hit, and by someone younger than him?”

The woman’s brows rose immediately. “Oh my gosh. You bringing that up just made my blood boil. The daughter of my sister-in-law was a little tramp through and through. My Bao had accidentally shattered her jigsaw puzzle a couple of days ago. It was just a jigsaw puzzle. What was the big deal? Couldn’t she just put it back together again? She even hit my Bao. Just look at the mark that she had left on his face.”

The woman pointed at her son’s cheek as she talked. “Look. It was still fresh, right?”

Fang Tian stuck her head over and all she could see was a very, very light mark. One would not even have noticed that if one wasn’t looking carefully. It would heal in 2-3 days. Putting herself in the girl’s shoes. Yup, if a bear child had shattered the puzzle that she had spent a lot of time on, for sure she would want to beat him up too! And not just the child, the parents too! Everybody is a little princess, alright!

She felt for the little girl.

“Did you say she is younger than Bao?”

“Yeah! But just by 1 year. It’s not that much, really. She is so vicious at such a young age, targeting his face specifically. What if he was scarred? Did she think she is some sort of a princess? I was so upset that I gave her a beat. Welp! If her mother isn’t going to do the parenting, I guess I will just have to do it for her!

“The beating worked. I don’t think she will ever do that again.”

Fang Tian was speechless. She knew that the woman was a bad parent, but the extent of it had well exceeded her imagination. In addition, she was happy when she recounted the incident. She showed no remorse but was very proud of herself. She did not feel that she had done anything wrong.

Fang Tian asked again, “What if someone else beat your child?”

The woman went off immediately, “What? Who could possibly beat such a small child? What kind of an evil person would do such a thing? I never even hit him. At most maybe a couple of smacks on his back. I need to others to parent my kid for me. I will do that myself.”

“But you just said you’ve gave your niece a beating?”

“That is different. I’m her elder. I only did that to educate her.”

Fang Tian, “……em……alright.”
