Mei Ling walked over to Bi Ling and hugged her, pressing her face into the nap of Bi Ling's neck. She let out a long sigh as she said: "I wonder if we will ever be able to grow up…."

Bi Ling's heart ached. She hugged Mei Ling tightly. She knew Mei Ling had issues with their age restriction. But without building new bodies, it would be impossible. Their mama even said that because their souls are interconnected and they share the same soul, their bodies can not get any bigger or older, or the body created would end up weak and unable to support them. Their mama had apologized so many times for this, but there was nothing any of them could do about it.

Bi Ling gently rubbed Mei Ling's back. "Mei, I will stay by your side forever."

"Mm…" Mei Ling nodded and hugged Bi Ling tighter. Her sister was someone who always stuck to her promises.

That day the two ended up just walking around the academy hand in hand. Bi Ling did her best to try to cheer Mei Ling up. As they sat on a bench, a thing of skewers from a certain street stall appeared in between the two. Bi Ling and Mei Ling looked down at the package that had a note on it that read: 'You will always be my baby girls. I will support you with whatever you decide.'

"Mama was peeking again…." Bi Ling said with a warm smile as she reached down and opened the skewer box. These skewers were bought by Nancy, who made sure Kana did not touch them at all, even though she almost collapsed in tears after she had sent them away.

"Mama will always worry about us, that is for sure. But that is fine. Her love is what keeps us from really losing ourselves. Our family is truly amazing. They shower us with love and care and are always on our side." Mei Ling's heart was filled with warmth.

"Mmm… So let's not worry about whether or not we can grow older. Or whether or not we one day get married. We are who we are, thanks to those around us. We are one soul in two bodies. We do not need to worry about other things. We should just worry about spending our days enjoying the moment with each other and those who love us for who we are." Bi Ling leaned her head against Mei Ling's shoulder as she softly continued: "I would not mind if it was just us for all eternity…."

Mei Ling smiled and leaned her head against Bi Ling's. "You are right. The person we get along with the best was each other." The two held hands as they at the skewers while looking up at the clear blue skies. Their hearts seemed to have settled, and the worries that had been weighing heavily on their minds had washed away.

Kana watched with a smile as her daughters seemed to have overcome their own insecurities. She was glad they could work things out on their own. That in itself showed just how much they were growing. "Maybe there is still hope yet…."

Kana hoped their souls would slowly grow stronger over time. Angelica had been looking into ways to strengthen souls without the side effects of losing themselves. But so far, there was not much they could do but their current cultivation. But this seemed to only strengthen the soul bond between the two. While this was still good, it did not allow for them to be separated at all. She could only hope they could come up with a solution to allow the girls to age accordingly. Of course, anything they decide from now until that time does arrive will be completely their decision. And she would respect it fully.

In another world, much like that of ancient Egypt on Earth, a certain young woman was sitting on a bed reading a scroll. "Hmmm, to think the people of this world have a power similar to magic."

"Miss…. Miss… Angelica…. The Pharaoh would like to see you…. " A servant girl around ten years of age shuttered slightly as she called out to the woman on the cushioned couch. She did not even dare lift her head to gaze upon the ethereal beauty that had appeared in the capital one day.

"Tell him to leave me alone. I do not wish to see him." Angelica replied with a wave of her hand. She would never harm a servant girl who was just doing her job.

The young girl felt troubled. She feared she would be killed if she went back with such words. She hesitated for a moment before biting her lower lip with tears in her eyes as she went to walk out of the room. But she only took two steps before a voice from behind her called out to her. "Wait…."

The girl turned with hope filled eyes. She had not meant to look at the young woman, but when she did, she could not help but be taken in by her beauty. She saw the young woman smile at her and then say: "You stay here. Call in one of the guards outside. You can help me with minor tasks from now on."

The young servant girl's eyes widened even more. She wanted to cry because this meant she would be safe from harm. She would be able to serve the goddess who had descended from above. This was how the people truly saw Angelica. Due to her appearance, which she did not hide in the slightest, she was seen as a goddess.

Bowing her head, the young girl replied with much emotion in her voice: "I will do as you command…."

The poor guard who heard what angelica had to say turned pale as he walked towards where the Pharaoh was. He had a feeling he must have angered the goddess inside, or else she would not send him on a suicide mission like this. As for Angelica, she did not know what would happen, but she did not want the little girl to be held responsible for her not wanting to see the one in charge of this place.

Angelica put down her scroll and looked at the girl who was standing there with her head lowered and asked: "Lift your head and tell me your name."

The young girl slowly looked up to see Angelica smiling at her. It took her a moment to answer as she said: "I do not have a name…."

"Hmmm…. No name, huh? Then Your name will be Ishtar from now on."
