Creige chuckled and wiped Kana's hand off as well. "I ummm… Can you let me just tou… Ow! Kana, why did you hit me!? Ow! Quit it! Ow! Dammit, why did uncle reduce my stats as well!? Her punches hurt!"

"Don't look at my handsome husband, you perverted goddess!" Kana answered while pinching Yuthia's cheeks.

"Kana, can I ask why you were more violent towards the young girl than the man?" Sei asked.

"Hmm? A woman's intuition?" Kana did even need the girl to say anything before smashing her face in. The human girl was very beautiful, but now on the ground, after being hit twice in the face by Kana, there were teeth scattered all over.

As the group was joking around, a group of guards made their way over with weapons drawn. "How dare a bunch of filthy beasts make a scene in front of our empire's capital! Who is your master, and where are your slave brands!?"

"Kana, can I flood the city now?" Aoi asked, her little beady eyes staring holes into the group of guards. She could feel the hate these humans had for Kana. Aoi's fingers were becoming itchy to rain destruction down on to every human here.

"Not yet. But if you wish to play with these people, you can just don't ruin the city." Kana knew Aoi was already holding it in, so she decided to just let Aoi go play a bit. Since Kiliffia was safe, she was not worried about any repercussions.

Aoi jumped for joy in the air as she flew forward and stood in front of the lead guard with a big bright smile on her face. She put one hand on her hip and, with her other hand, she pointed at the lead guard and said: "Ugly people shouldn't speak!"

"You! Damn insect!" The guard yelled out. He raised his hand and went to swat at Aoi, but to his surprise, the little insect in front of him stood there smiling away. She reached out with her little hand and easily slapped the guard's hand away, causing the guard to spin around in the circle and fall to the ground.

"I said ugly people shouldn't speak!" Aoi yelled with puffed out cheeks. She hated being called an insect. "Aoi is an elemental, not an insect, remember this!"

With a wave of her hand, dark clouds began to form overhead. "Kana said I couldn't destroy the city, but she didn't say I couldn't send all of you outside the city to your deaths."

Aoi's little body began turning red as she began speaking in a strange language that none of the humans could understand. At the same time, she began making hand signs with her little hands. The dark clouds overhead began to rumble and turned a shade of red. "Kana, gather around. I need to put up a shield. That little friend of yours is about to turn this whole area into a wasteland."

This was Kana's first time seeing Aoi's true strength. It was also the first time Aoi had a chance to show her true strength. As a water elemental, she had the power over all fluid no matter what kind of fluid it was. Although when she became Kana's elemental, she was only able to give Kana the use of water, but for herself, she could summon any kind of fluid imaginable. Kana, Creige, Sei, and Yuthia all gathered together. Sei, Yuthia, and Cregie set up a twenty layer barrier to protect them from what was about to come. "Kana, although you may not come to harm due to fire not being able to harm you, your clothes will not be able to withstand it."

Kana nodded her head as she watched the show that was about to happen. The humans in the long line and the guards all stared at the strange reddish clouds overhead. "Is it just me, or is it starting to get very hot?" A young human girl asked. She looked no more than fifteen.

Kana turned her head and saw many kids in line and felt it was a pity that they were about to die, but she held this in. She knew the path she chose. The path of destruction that she had chosen for herself after she graduated was going to be riddled with the lives of these human children. She remembered the towns that were ravaged by the humans during the war how they spared no one in their path, killing and enslaving beastkin. She remembered her past life as a street rat where she was beaten by people who did not care how old she was. She remembered the first time she came to this world where she was so happy about being something other than a human. The personality that was hidden in her timid mindset back on earth had finally been released.

She also knew not all humans were bad. Babies and young children were not to blame, but when going to war, weapons and spells had no eyes. She could only hope to avoid any innocent lives, although it would never be possible. No matter how much innocent blood she had on her hands, she would unify this continent so all humans, beastkin, and demi humans could all live together. She had already decided this. She knew it was possible for all sides to live in peace and harmony. She had seen it in Rural where humans and beastkin lived together happily. From what she knew of Stone Hammer, it was the same there. She knew hatred would still persist after the war was over, but after time went by, that hatred would diminish, and the races would begin to live together in peace.

"Kana, you okay?" Creige asked, pulling her into his arms.

"Mmm… I was just thinking. Now that I have a goal for the future. Scenes like this will be an everyday thing until I accomplish my goal. I just do not understand why humans feel the need to feel superior to the other races. They are no better than them, nor are the other races better than humans. Like today, I stand by while kids are about to be killed… But I know in five years, some of these kids will be on the battlefield pointing swords at me, wanting to kill me. I may be stupid at times and naive, but even this scene will leave a bitter taste in my mouth. But as you can see, I am not in any way willing to stop Aoi either. Does this make me a horrible person?" Kana asked.
