"There are tens of thousands of them." Kiliffia's whole body shook. She never thought that underground there would be this many humans, and each one of them was training to be a soldier. "If that book we were given was right, then all the other underground facilities..."

Kiliffia's face paled so did Tia's. This was a major issue. Their country could not hold back such a large army. "We have to hurry back and report to the king."

"I can help you get across the border with ease. We have a tunnel system that leads there. We only stay here to try to help as many beastkin as we can in this town. But with how things are going, we will need to leave soon. I hate doing this, leaving my brethren here, but the things that are about to happen I can not risk my daughter being caught again. It has taken her so long to reach her current state again.." Pepelt's expression was bitter. He truly did not wish to see his daughter in such a state ever again. She was completely scarred for life.

"Hmm… Pepelt… How about you and your people come with us right now? I can ask the king to settle you down someplace." Kiliffia knew the king would help those who had been enslaved. He had done so for the ones from the empire. Allowing them to get help from doctors to overcome their traumas.

"This… It will be a while before most can get their things together. But I do have a request for the time being, can you take my daughter with you? I would feel more at ease knowing she is far from this place." Pepelt lowered his head as he asked this. He truly wished for his daughter to be someplace safe.

"I can and will." Kiliffia said, helping him up. "I hate to rush you, but we do not have time to be hanging around. Can you show us where we need to go?"

"Yes, of course." Pepelt nodded and led the girls back to his office. He then called Tintin in. "Tintin, you lead Kiliffia and Tia here across the border and then follow them back to the capital of Rural. Once I get everyone here ready to go, I will be following along after you."

Tintin suddenly began to panic as her body began shaking. Tears filled her eyes as she held onto her father's arm. "Father! I do not want to leave your side. What if..."

"Tintin, you need to do this and help these girls. They have important information that must reach the capital. I want you to help them all the way, do you understand?" Pepelt said as he peeled his daughter's arm off him.

"But..." Tintin wanted to argue but shrank back when Pepelt glared at her.

"Do as I say and go now we don't have time to waste!" Pepelt yelled. He knew this was unfair to his daughter, but it was the only way he could get her to go with Kiliffia and Tia.

Tintin nodded her head as she pouted her lower lip and turned to Kiliffia and Tia: "F-Follow me..."

"I'm sorry." Kiliffia apologized as she walked over and gave Tintin a hug. Tintin froze for a second before nodding then pushed away.

"Let's go..." Tintin whispered as she walked out of the office.

Kiliffia looked at Pepelt and said: "I will see you in the capital. Do not take too much time here. They are still looking for Tia and me."

"We will try to hurry," Pepelt said, sending them off. Kiliffia and Tia left the office and followed Tintin, who led them to a tunnel hidden behind a bunch of fallen rocks.

After they left, Pepelt let out a long sigh as a young man entered the room. "Everything has been prepared. Are you sure about this?"

"Yeah, we need to do something that will lower the number of humans who wish to overrun Rural. What about the other kids?" Pepelt asked.

"They have been handed over to our connection in Rural. They will be well taken care of. All that is left here are us adults, and each one of us is willing to die to get our revenge." The young man said.

"I see… I myself only have a few months left to live. I was worried how I was going to get Tintin to go but then those two showed up and gave me the chance I needed to send her away. If it was not for your keen eyesight spotting those rings…. I am glad she remembered our promise." Pepelt smiled softly. The day he first gave Princess Tilia that ring to disguise herself he had asked her if she ever turned it over to the rural kingdom to make more to please keep the same design so he could recognize it while he was out. She promised him she would. And thanks to that and the keen eyesight of the young man standing across from him he was able to meet Kiliffia and Tia.

"I was just doing what you asked sir. When shall we begin?" The young man asked.

"In three hours have your people spread out and in three hours make the whole town collapse. I hate to think how many of our kind will die in this bloodshed but we must do something that will hinder the humans." Pepelt replied.

"I will go order it now."

On the first day of the fifth month in the Elurean Kingdom, the town of Triefil exploded and collapsed in on itself causing the death of hundreds of thousands soldiers living underground and the death of all those leaving above ground. The humans who investigated the matter had no idea what had caused this. Only a few beastkin who sacrificed themselves to set off this massive explosion knew.

The Gods Realm…

"Sigh… To think that man would go this far for our kind. " Fox High God Methiesee watched the entire town collapse on the water screen and sighed. "But to cause their own magic power to condense and then go out of control like that to create such an explosion this is the first I have ever heard of such a technique. Then again it comes at the cost of your own life. I will have to look more into it later."
