Tilia cut through the woods with the seven men following behind her. One of her skills was an area of effect invisibility spell [Area Conceal]. It allowed those in a five meter radius to be concealed along with her. Along with her new [Air Walk] spell, which allows her to move extremely fast, it was not easy for an enemy to catch or detect her.

As they came up to the left flank of the enemy near the rear of the enemy line Tilia and the seven soldiers following her halted their steps and hid in a line of bushes. "This seems to the main supply point. Wrap the arrows the dwarves gave you with the special charges, fire two volleys, and pull out. Do you all understand?"

In a low voice, all seven answered: "Yes, Princess."

In a matter of seconds, two volleys of arrows shot up into the air, and Tilia and the seven soldiers disappeared from sight. The arrows landed on the supplies crates and tents. Seconds later, loud explosions could be heard coming from behind Tilia and her group. "Move to the next point. We will hit the gunners in the back next now that we got the enemy commanders running around."

That they did, Tilia had no idea how effective her plan was. As soon as the supply area was set ablaze due to the unique energy their weapons used, a chain reaction occurred, blowing everything they had sky high. "Damn it!? What happened!?"

"We are not sure, sir. The whole area began to explode all of a sudden." There was no warning and no visible detection of an enemy, meaning it had to be something with their supplies.

"Sir, it seems all the magi fuel has gone up in flames. As it stands now, we will not be able to supply our soldiers with more fuel for the weapons."

"Then there is only one thing to do, fight normally. Have those who still have fuel stop using their weapons and only use them when needed until then, keep pushing forward. We still have the numbers."

"Yes, sir!"

The battle soon took a turn in favor of the world alliance as the insectoids were not accustomed to fighting normally. They began to push back, reclaiming some of the lost lands. At the same time, the insectoids were having issues not only on the front lines but the rear lines as well. Their backline was being blown away by the hundreds at a time.

"Princess, I am out."

"Same here."

"Meto!"

"Then we head back. There is not much we can continue to do if we have no ammo. We will go back, restock up, and continue our assault. It seems we are able to keep this up, we will be able to regain a lot of what we lost" Tilia was happy with these results but whether or not they can keep this up was another story. She also noticed whatever blew up before had kept the enemy from using their technology which was a good thing. If they could keep them from using it, it keeps their side at an advantage.

Deep underground within the insectoid city, Mergot was looking over the reports, and his expressions as not good. "What is the meaning of this!? You are saying our fuel supply was all destroyed!? How is this even possible!? Just those that we sent were ninety percent of our supply!"

"Sir, we are not sure how they did it, but before we knew it, our entire supply area was destroyed. There was no sign of the enemy either." the soldier reporting replied with his head lowered.

"Damn it! That was enough fuel to last three years! That was all we had. The rest needs to be used to keep our city running…" Mergot held his head and spun his chair around. He looked out over the massive city that was running on full power and sighed. "We have no other choice. Pull back those who are important and leave the rest to keep the enemy busy. We will need to restock up on fuel. It may take another hundred years, but we can always try again. Have them blow up the tunnels as the last of the generals and commanders make it through."

"Sir, our men..." The soldier did not wish to leave his people to die for no reason!

"Did you not hear me!? Leave those useless trash there to keep the enemy busy. We need our generals and commanders. The rest can be replaced. Why the fuck are you stalling? Hurry up!" Mergot stood up and picked up his desk, and tossed it at the soldier, causing the soldier to tumble backwards. He quickly bowed his head and said: "As you have ordered..."

Back above ground, Tilia noticed a change in the enemy movements. "Princess, it seems the higher ups are retreating. What should we do?"

"We follow and watch where they are going. They had to come from somewhere, so if we follow them, they will lead us to where they came from. That way, if they are truly retreating, then we can be prepared. Since I doubt this will be the last time we have seen them." Tilia quickly led the way as they quietly followed the generals. After half a day, they arrived at a large dirt mound in the middle of the forest. The generals and commanders jumped in the whole, and minutes later, a loud explosion was heard sealing off the entrance.

"Underground?" Tilia frowned. She had never heard of any races living underground, even the insectoids that lived in her kingdom never lived underground. "Let's head back. We will fire off what we have at the backline, then head back to base camp."

In a short time after Tilia initiated her plan, three days passed, and the enemy was finally pushed back into a full retreat and then captured except a few escapees. Although the enemy had advanced weapons, with Tilia's decision to attack their supplies first caused the enemy to lose the fuel they needed for their weapons. And when she returned to the Rural Kingdom, Tilia was forced to stand before her father who seemed very upset with her.
