"I will go check it out first." Kana said as she went to step forward only to be pulled back by Creige.

"I will go this time. You stay here and watch the kids." Creige said as she kissed Kana's lips and walked forward.

Kana pursed her lips, not wanting Creige to put himself in danger, but since he said he wanted to go first, then she could only take a step back. She would not go against the man she loved decision. Creige paused his steps and turned back towards Kana and smiled as he said reassuringly: "It will be fine, trust me."

"Mmm…." Kanan hummed as she nodded her head. She could only watch as Creige went first.

Creige did not hesitate in the slightest as he walked up to the portal and walked through it. Just seeing this caused Camlia to feel something was strange. She walked over and poked Kana's side. "Kana is it just me, or does your husband seem a little mysterious."

"How so?" Kana asked. She did not understand what Camlia meant.

"Well, think about it. Your husband shows no signs of fear in anything he does. In the mortal realm, he was the most powerful mortal. Now in the realm of gods, he stays around the house forging weapons, but have you noticed that he always uses some of the most precious metals that most could not find easily or be able to get easily within the realm of gods? I think he is hiding his power." Camlia had been keeping a close eye on Creige during her stay thus far. She had always found this demon to be very mysterious. But she could never lay her finger one what it was. But just recently, she had felt an extremely powerful aura radiating off of him one day when he suddenly disappeared from where he was standing. Seconds later, he was back with a large chunk of ore in his hand.

"Big Sister, I do not understand what you are getting at." Camlia was only making Kana more confused with every word. Creige was just Creige to Kana. She could care less if he was hiding things from her or not as long as it was nothing that would hurt her feelings. If he was hiding his power, then let him hide his power.

"I am saying that I do not think your husband is originally from one of the eighteen realms. I think he may be from a much higher plane and is also much more powerful than you or I." Camlia explained. This was only her assumption. But she still didn't understand. If she was correct, then why was he always letting Kana go out and fight? Why didn't he properly protect her when she was stabbed by that evil woman? Did he know what the future held? Did he know Kana needed to undergo certain circumstances for her to grow? And why did he always seem to act as if he was helpless to do anything?

Camlia had so many questions in her mind but no answers to any of them. She only knew from what she had seen that unless Kana was on the verge of death, Creige would not step in. If what was happening would allow her to grow stronger, if it meant to sacrifice something, he would allow her to endure the pain and sorrow that followed. But even still, that made no sense since she heard from Kana that Creige was very worried about her when she was in her dream state, during her last trial of the black tower. If he was all powerful, then why did he endure all that worry if he could help her through it? "Ahhh! I don't get it!"

"Big Sister, what is there to get worked up about? Creige is just Creige. He is the man I love and the father of my children." Kana patted Camlia on the head as she said this.

"That brings up more questions too!" Camlia pouted. She knows that the two girls are the children between Creige and Kana, but one thing that she finds strange is the halos! Why did they have halos!?

"Creige said it is safe!" Eie interrupted Camlia's thoughts. Camlia only knew one thing. And that was that Creige would never hurt Kana in any way. That man truly loved his wife and his children.

"Mama, are we going through the portal now!?" Rain asked. She was very excited to see a new world.

"Mmm! We will go and explore a new place and learn all kinds of new things." Kana was also hoping she could find a source of elemental power to allow her to unlock a new element. But as she was going to walk up towards the portal, Aoi and Naru appeared in front of her. "Aoi? Naru?"

"Kana, you forgot about us!" Aoi pouted. "We have been waiting for you to show up at the Dong family for a month!"

Kana froze as she realized she really did forget! She had been so busy this past month forging parts for Eie and helping Eie build things that she had completely forgotten she sent Aoi and Naru off to the Dong clan. Scratching her head, she reached out and patted Aoi on the head. "Sorry..."

"Humph!" Aoi snorted. "Anyway, when you are ready, you can speak to the Dong Clan at any time they are willing to serve under you."

"Alright, I will visit them after we return. Both of you return to your summon space for the time being until I pass through the gate." Kana did not know the effects on elementals when it came to this gate, so she wanted to be careful. Aoi pursed her lips but didn't say anything before turning into a stream of light and entering Kana's body.

"Kana, please don't forget about us again. Aoi cried..." Naru said in a low voice before returning to his summon space.

His words made Kana feel even worse. She had to do something to make it up to them later on.
