Everyone had gathered inside Eie's lab to see the new elemental detection system that Eie had been working on with Naur and Aoi's help. "So this thing will really detect elementals?"

"Yep! All we have to do is find a location and then send a drone through to check it out. The new device will then take about fifteen minutes to scan the planet for high levels of elements, checking each kind of element." Eie explained. "Here, let's try one of the planets I just recently discovered."

Eie went right to work firing up the star hopper. Once it connected to the new world, she sent a drone through to get the readings. "Now we wait."

Everyone stared intently at the screen that showed elemental levels, each element bar set to a certain color. Dark blue water, light blue ice, red fire, brown earth, yellow lightning, dark green wood, light green wind, black dark, dark grey death, white light, and the last color Eie stuck in because in RPGs, there was always a holy element. Its color was gold.

The meters began to rise and fall, but surprisingly enough, the one that was rising the fastest was gold! "Oh? I wonder if this is a bug..." Eie said as she rubbed her little chin. She was just messing around with numbers based on the elemental data of this world to come up with one that seemed to be holy magic.

"These numbers are a bit too high though, no? I mean, they would need to be!" Camlia said as she looked at the readings.

"Only one way to find out." Kana said. "Eie, keep this portal open. I will go get ready."

"Mama, we will go with you!" The girls all spoke up at the same time.

"No. You three have your trials to finish." Kana said, then looked up at Creige. "I did not forget you for before, but I understand the need for them to grow stronger. You will keep an eye on them. Just promise me you will never let any of them die."

"I swear my life on it." Creige replied. He knew they would not come to any harm since he created the trial himself. Plus, he would be watching over them the entire time as well.

"Awe! We can't go with you?" Rain pouted. She knew how to fight!

"Not this time. Once you have finished your trials, I promise to take you with me wherever I go, okay?" Kana said as she walked over and hugged her babies.

"Okay!" The girls all had looks of determination in their eyes. Angelica looked up at her mama and hoped things would go smoothly for her from now on. She had lived through so many hardships. "Mama..."

"Hmm? What is it, baby?" Kana asked.

"Be careful." Angelica replied softly.

"Mm! I will. You girls go get ready. Make sure you have a few supplies with you. I need to talk to this evil man." Kana was still calling Creige, evil man.

After the girls ran off to get ready, Kana took creige by the hand and walked out of the lab to their bedroom. As soon as the door closed, she wrapped her arms around him, giving him a hug. "Take care of our children. I do not know how long I will be gone for."

"I will. I will be sure that they are ready to follow you anywhere soon." Creige rested his chin on the top of her head. "Sorry for before. I should have thought more before acting."

"Mm… stupid evil man..." Kana said as she rubbed her nose into his chest. "Give me a kiss. I need to get ready. Take care of the kids. Make sure they got enough to give them a good start. Don't push them too hard."

"I know. If I find they are not doing well in part of the trial, I will make them start from the beginning to reassess their mistakes. This is supposed to be a learning and growth experience for them, making it so they are more aware of their surroundings. But I also won't be too easy, or they will not learn." Creige said. "You be careful as well. If you run into something, you can not handle teleport back here."

"Mmm… I will. I can't die until I see my daughters off on their wedding days. " Kana was firm in this resolve. Of course, this meant she would never get to die since both Creige and herself would never let their daughters marry.

Creige frowned, hearing the word daughters and wedding in the same sentence. "That's right… So be ready to live forever."

"Mmm!" Kana smiled and stood on her tiptoes, and kissed Creige's lips. This turned into a small frenzy since she had not kissed him in quite a long time.

Two hours later, Kana sent her babies off to finish their trials before heading to Eie's lab. Eie flew over to her and handed her a small device. "Use this to get a general location of the element. It will point you in the right direction. The more beeps it makes, the higher density of the element in that direction."

"Thanks, Eie." Kana took the device and tucked it into her pouch. "Then I guess I am off. Close the portal after I leave. We don't want any unexpected visitors."

"Alright, I will. You be safe." Eie said as she began preparation to send Kana through.

"Kana, I will keep an eye on things here. When you get back Dandan should also be back from the training exercise I sent her on." Camlia walked over and gave Kana a hug.

"Mm… I will be back as soon as I find the element over there." Kana was getting excited. It had been a long time since she had gone out on an actual adventure.

She stepped through the portal and felt the scene around here instantly change. She looked around to see she was high in the sky. But when she looked down her face fell. Big monsters the size of skyscrapers everywhere!
