"While it is true not everyone comes with evil intentions; it is also good to keep your guard up against those you do not know well." Ceilie came over, joining in on the conversation.

Princess Tilia sat up and smiled. "I know. Right now, there are only 2 people I can fully trust, and they are standing in front of me."

"Oh? What about Pepelt?" Kana asked.

"While Pepelt is trustworthy, I mean otherwise, I wouldn't have trusted him to bring me to the Rural Kingdom. He still treats me like a princess. Someone who he only respects and shows concern for because I hold such a title. I do not see such a person as fully trustworthy, unlike you two, who have treated me like a normal person. " Princess Tilia explained.

"I see. I am quite surprised that you easily trust us." Ceilie felt that Princess Tilia trusted people too easily. "At any rate, as long as you are with us, I can promise we will do our best to protect you."

Kana looked at Princess Tilia as if she was trying to decide something. "Lysairth, what do you think of Tilia?"

"Hard to say. She is young and naive, but this also makes her trustworthy. Along with her pride that she has from being a royal, her words are something she will not give easily. For now, I say she is trustworthy. Now say she was older around Ceilie's age, I would not trust her in the slightest. But she is not even of marriageable age yet, which is why I had not said anything against helping her." Lysarith knew that things were not always like this. Most nobles, no matter what race they are, their children will begin taking after their parents at a young age. If the parents are good, they will be good. If their parents are bad they will be bad. But for someone like Princess Tilia, her situation is different since she is not raised by her parents but by the maids assigned to her.

"Then I will help her as much as I can." Kana decided. She liked Princess Tilia; she was someone she got along with well. Just like Ceilie, she felt comfortable around her.

"If you wish to help her, then you must be careful. We should enter the Rural Kingdom just before the night of the full moon. At that time, no one can disturb you. Only then can you truly begin your growth to become strong and cast 'cool' spells. So Kana, make sure you put your life before everyone else's." Lysairth was really worried. Kana seemed to be one to never let those she sees as friends behind, not caring for her own life. Although Lysairth respected this aspect of Kana's, but she also disliked it as well. Kana was most likely the last of her kind. If she were to die, then there would be no one left to keep the dragon race going. Even if the dragon race's bloodline were to become diluted, it would still be better than their race's bloodline dying out altogether.

"Mmm." Kana agreed without much thought. She, of course, did not want to lose her own life, but she was also someone who could not abandon her friends. Kana kicked her feet, sliding her body a little further out of the back of the wagon.

"Kana, careful you will end up falling if we hi…." Ceilie went to warn Kana, but it was already too late. The wagon hit a protruding rock, and Kana went tumbling out the back, landing right on her face before rolling to a complete stop.

"Ahh! Kana!" Princess Tilia yelled out as she went to jump out the back of the wagon. Only for the wagon to once again hit a rock, knocking her off balance and sending her flying out the back of the wagon. She did a marvelous face plant and rolled over a few times before stopping. Her arms and legs were spread out as she laid face down, not moving.

Ceilie was not sure if she should laugh or cry at this situation. But she did know one thing was for sure. "Pepelt, you bastard, stop the damn wagon and learn how to drive!"

Pepelt, who was zoned out as he drove after hearing how Princess Tilia did not fully trust him, snapped back to his senses after hearing Ceilie yell at him. "What!? What happened!?"

"You is what happened! Do you not know how to avoid the large rocks!? You sent both Kana and Tilia flying!" Ceilie yelled as she jumped out of the back of the wagon to see if the two were okay.

Kana sneezed a few times, her snout full of dirt and dust. She slowly got up and shocked her body. "Now that was scary!"

"Kana, are you okay!?" Ceilie yelled out as she ran over.

"Mmm! I am fine. But why is Tilia lying like that?" Kana asked as she noticed Tilia face first on the road as well.

"I swear the two of you are so similar!" Ceilie let out a sigh as she walked over to Tilia. She carefully rolled her over, and it was evident that Tilia was knocked for a loop. She had dirt all over her face, along with scratches.

"Princess! Who could have done this to you!?" Pepelt came running over and was going to push Ceilie away from Tilia when Celie stood up and kicked him square in the chest, knocking him on his butt.

"The one who did this to her was you!"
