--AN: Bonus Chapter 6/10--

"You leave my mama alone!" Kana yelled. Her eyes were red with tears. She would never let anyone bad mouth her new mother. Lysairth saved her off the streets. Saved her from being homeless. Gave her a new life. She had no way of repaying such a great favor. But she knew she wouldn't stand for it when people bad mouth and say hateful things to her new mother that would hurt her new mother's feelings!

"You! Your nothing more than a dirty street rat that was picked up! You have no right… Ahh!" Mrs. Burksley let out a horrific yell and held the side of her face. Her eyes stared at Lysairth in disbelief. "You! You! Hit me!?"

"You dared to say such things to my daughter, of course, I would hit you!" Lysairth yelled in anger. She had never been so angry before. She could let things slide if it was about her, but Kana was different. She was her daughter. They were not related by blood, but that did not mean she would let anyone say mean things to her. She would protect her daughter no matter what. Plus… Kana finally called her mama! The cute puffed out cheeks with red, watery eyes as she yelled out, 'You Leave my mama alone!' Ahh! Lysairth was dying of moe… The cuteness was too much!

"You!" Mrs. Burksley took a step back in fear as she repeated the same word over and over. She had never seen Lysairth like this. The look in Lysairth's eyes made her feel fear for the first time! "Just you wait!" Mrs. Burksley yelled out as she turned and waddled away.

When Mrs. Burksley was gone, Lysairth finally let out a sigh of relief and pulled Kana into a hug. "Kana, my dear, mama is so sorry! Don't ever let the words of others get you down. You are now my, Lysairth Williams's, daughter!"

"Mmm…" Kana nodded as she buried her face into Lysairth's stomach. Lysairth's scent calmed her emotions.

"But Kana… Can you call me mama again?" Lysairth asked. Her eyes round in anticipation. She wanted to hear it once more!

Kana blushed and mumbled softly: "Mama…" She had already decided to accept Lysairth after seeing how sincere she was. So she did not mind calling her mama.

At some point, without them noticing, Kiliffia had disappeared. She had secretly followed behind Mrs. Burksley. She followed her all the way to a small coffee shop not far from where Lysairth and Kana were shopping. She watched as Mrs. Burksley took out her phone and dialed a number. "It's me… I need you to do something. Price five million. Your targets are Lysarith Williams and her new daughter. Have your men destroy Lysarith. Videotape it so I can send it to her husband, and as for the little girl, just sell her off to someone. I do not care for the money so keep it as a bonus. They are currently at…"

Kiliffia did not need to hear anymore. She took out a phone and messaged Ceilie. The two girls were more than just maids but also bodyguards. Almost all the maids within the Williams estate were trained in combat. Pepelt wanted his wife to be safe at all times without her knowing. So each one was trained in combat from a young age. This was why each girl was more than willing to work for the Williams. They got a high salary, and they were also never mistreated. If they wished to quit, they could also do that.

On Kana's side, Ceilie looked at her phone and frowned. She sent a message back to Killifia before walking over to the maid that came to be Lysairth's support and whispered into her ear. "Stay on guard. We will not let anything happen to them. Tell Killiffia to capture that woman."

"She is just waiting for the right moment." Ceilie answered. The two kept their voices so low that only the two of them could hear it. The old maid nodded at Ceilie, and two moved in to set positions so they could be ready at any time without alerting their masters.

Lysairth was having the time of her life dressing up her new daughter in all kinds of cute outfits, making her do different poses. "Now spin around and say lyrical, magical soap soap!"

Kana had no idea why Lysairth wanted her to do such things, but because she did not wish to disappoint her, she did them without question.

As Kana and Lysairth shopped, the two became more and more familiar with each other. It was a perfect way to bond as Kana was someone who was not very good at expressing herself. Her earlier outburst was unlike her as she would never want to get involved with others unless necessary.

An hour went by, and Lysairth was still not done buying clothes for Kana even though the counter already had piles and piles of dresses and other kinds of clothing piled up on it. Since it was getting near noon Lysairth's maid walked over and notified her of the time. "Madam, it is getting close to lunchtime."

"Ah! I guess it is…" Lysairth looked at the time and was surprised to see that it was already so late. "Have them deliver everything to the house." After saying this, she turned to Kana and said: "Kana, let's go have lunch. Is there anything you wish to have?"

Kana looked at Lysairth and, without hesitation, said: "Meat!"

Lysairth chuckled and thought for a moment before saying: "Haha! Why don't we get something with meat then? How about pizza? We can get pizza with lots of meat?"
