"Elder Ning! Elder Ning! Come out and play!" Elder Ning, who was sitting in the pavilion outside his immortal cave sipping on tea, spat it out when he heard Kana yelling out at him. For some reason, he felt like he was going to end up bleeding soon. Why he felt this way, he did not know why. He only had this feeling deep in his gut that he should run away.

Elder Ning wiped his beard and slowly stood up. He was going to turn and flash away when a hand suddenly grabbed his shoulder. "Where do you think you are going, old man?"

Sweat dripped from Elder Ning's brow as he looked at the fair dainty hand gripping his shoulder. He turned to see Yana's beautiful smiling face staring at him. He did not even sense her move. He had no idea how she even appeared behind him! "I-I was just going to go change my robes…."

Yana sniffed and tilted her head to the side. "I don't smell anything, so let's go have a chat with Mama she says you owe her something called contribution points. One hundred for her mission and one hundred that my sister won."

Suddenly Elder Ning wanted to cry. He wanted to know why Kana's family was so scary even without cultivation. He looked down at the young girl who was gripping her sword and remembered the fight she had with Qiao Song, where she barely drew her sword and almost shaved the poor boy completely bald and gulped. "Ahahaha! Yes, let's go talk with Kana. I almost forgot. Hahaha!"

Elder Ning's nervous laughter did not escape Yana's ears. She knew this old goat was trying to run away. "Mmm… Then you shouldn't mind a bit of interest, right? One thousand percent? So that would be ten times one hundred two times, making it two thousand of these contribution points."

"This…." Elder Ning wanted to cry. Why was he suddenly being extorted!?

When Elder Ning got outside, he saw Kana drawing in the dirt with Rain. No matter how old her daughters got, she would always treat them like her babies. Or she could be unknowingly trying to make up for the childhood she missed out on.

"Kana, you need me to go with you to turn in the mission at the mission pavilion?" Elder Ning asked.

"Yeah. I was unable to get the evidence needed to complete the mission." Kana answered.

"Alright, then let's head out. But before that, let me see your sect token." Kana paused for a moment and scratched her head. She began patting her body down and even pulled her shirt out to see if it was hiding there, causing Elder Ning to quickly turn his head. When she couldn't find it on her person, she took out her storage box and began digging through it. "Ah, found it!"

Kana yelled out, her butt sticking up in the air as her tail wagged back and forth. Her feet were kicking all over the place as she tried to right herself. "Creige, a little help!"

Creige smiled and helped Kana out of the box. Kana adjusted herself and put away her storage box before handing the token over to Elder Ning. Elder Ning gritted his teeth as he transferred over one thousand nine hundred contribution points. Once he was done, he forced a smile and said: "Now, let's head over to the mission pavilion, shall we?"

"Okay, let's go!" Kana said happily, not realizing that her own daughter had swindled the old man into giving her one thousand eight hundred more contribution points.

The group walked towards the mission pavilion and only got halfway there when Elder Ning realized he really did not need to give all those points! He realized no one said anything about compensation if he did not pay in time. Elder Ning suddenly felt very gloomy. He couldn't ask Kana back for the points, his pride wouldn't allow it. He had planned to buy more spirit tea from the sect master but now…. All his spare funds were gone just like that.

While some were in high spirits, one was gloomy. The disciples who walked by looked over, feeling the atmosphere in the group was very strange. Once Kana stepped foot into the mission pavilion, the old man behind the counter yelled out: "You are alive!?"

"Was I supposed to die?" Kana looked at the old man as if he had three heads. Was he trying to curse her!? She doesn't remember angering the old man! "Was it because I took the mission?"

"What? No! I just never thought you would come back alive. Every other disciple who went to kill it never returned. It is good that you are back." The old man answered while stroking his beard.

"Ahh yeah. Well, see, I have to have elder Ning vouch for me in killing the ape. There was actually nothing left to bring back after it was killed." Kana did not explain about the man in black who suddenly appeared and pewpew'd the Wind King Ape to death.

"Is this true? You actually killed that thing!?" The old man looked at Elder Ning, who nodded his head, causing the old man's eyes to widen more. "To think you really pulled it off. Quickly pass me your token. I will add the points for the mission onto it."

"Okay, thank you." Kana passed her token over. When the old man saw that there were three thousand contribution points on it, he was stunned. He looked up at Elder Ning, who was not paying attention in shock. He wondered what Kana had done to receive so many points in a short time. Not even elders like himself could get so many so easily.

What none of them knew was that the sect master, at some point, did give Kasna a bunch of contribution points without her knowing. The old man quickly added the one hundred contribution points before handing it back to Kana. "I wish you good luck. But next time, take an easier mission, do not let this old man worry about you."

Hearing this, Kana smiled and nodded. "I will be sure to do something more on my level next time."
