Rain sat in front of her cauldron, moving her hands slightly as she carefully injected her spiritual qi into the cauldron to finish the last step of creating a rank 6 supreme qi pill. It was a pill that could greatly enhance one's cultivation for a short amount of time.

Rain's master watched on with a smile but soon felt multiple presences making their way toward her mountain peak, causing her to frown. "In all this old woman's years, no one has ever dared to enter my territory without so much as sending notice first. Now someone dares to come here with such strong killing intent?"

Rain's master was no fool. She knew who the killing intent was directed towards and quickly waved her hand, causing a stronger barrier array to form around the refining room Rain was in. It would still take time for Rain to finish refining her pill, and did not want her disciple to be disturbed.

Rain's master body flashed as she appeared in the sky, looking at the six men in black that suddenly appeared. "It seems you came here for my disciple. Did you think you would be able to get close to her without dealing with her master first? You are all immortal kings, while I am a peak, immortal emperor. You were fools to come here."

Rain's master's killing intent spread out and slammed into the six men in black. But they did not budge as one of them cupped their hands and stepped forward. "Pill Priestess, we do not wish to fight with you, but we must take your disciple today. Even if it means to use force."

Yes, the master Rain had taken was known throughout the immortal plane as the pill priestess, one of the few great grandmaster pill refiners. "Are you all stupid? Do you really think just because I am old and refine pills that I am weak? Let me tell you now that….. Oh?"

"Master, no need to talk to people who will only be lost in the void." Rain's voice entered her master's ears, causing her master to watch in silence as the men in front of her were sucked into a black void and disappeared without a trace. "Ummm… Master, I am sorry, but I failed. Can you show me the process once more?"

Rain's master looked down at the young woman standing there with her hands behind her back, looking back up at her, and smiled. "Of course, I will show you as many times as you wish."

Creige was currently staring at the group of twenty men in front of him with a raised eyebrow. He then let out a chuckle as he felt his little wifey was able to cause trouble without trying hard. He then stretched his arms a few times before waving his hand, causing a sword to appear in it. But the sword he was currently holding seemed very strange as it was covered in a black mist.

"I will not ask why you came. But I do know that you are trying to harm my wife by using me as bait, so there is only one solution to this current situation."

Creige lips curled up into a sinister grin. He wondered when was the last time he felt like this. He swung his sword and stabbed it into the ground, causing an explosion of black mist to suddenly flood out in all directions. This mist was not only traveling above ground but underground as well, because as the men in black felt something was terribly wrong, it was already too late. Their bodies began to melt into puddles of blood on the ground while Creige stayed standing in the same spot the entire time without moving even an inch.

"Tch… not even worthy of benign test subjects." Creige frowned before pulling his sword out of the ground and putting it away. He then turned around, picked up his pickaxe, and began working again with mining for ore.

Kana, who was watching everything, nodded her head in satisfaction before turning her eyes towards the mountain peaks in her view. She turned to Yu Ling, who was sitting next to her watching everything on the water screens Kana had made with wide eyes. "It seems this sect will soon be reborn."

"Sect Master…." Kana turned and looked at the old man who was also standing there. With a complex look on his face.

"Do you have proof of who it was?" The sect master asked.

Kana smiled and stood up and dusted off her butt and tail before asking: "Do I need proof? I already know who would send people out to all my family members and so quickly at that. I think you also know who I am talking about as well… I only called out to you to have you call a meeting of all elders. Each elder will have their soul ripped out of their body and be forced to tell the truth. Those who are innocent will be free to leave while the rest will become door ornaments for my immortal cave. What do you think?"

The sect master shivered at the thought. He never thought Kana would be so ruthless with how kind she was to her master and Elder Lim as well as himself. When he looked into Kana's eyes, he knew the best action now was to follow Kana's decision. While he did wish to protect his old friend, he knew that his old friend had crossed the line this time. Going after a disciple's family to hold them hostage as an elder is not something that should ever happen. Not to mention it seemed there was some kind of hidden army within his own sect which did not sit right with him.

Letting out a long sigh, the sect master finally spoke: "I will do as you ask and gather all Elders for a meeting. But promise me not to harm the souls of the innocent."

Kana smiled and said: "I promise." She had no desire to harm those who had nothing to do with any of these. But she felt that most of the old men were involved.
