Damien's figure flashed as he employed his movement skill, Mirage of Myriad Phantasms, to split himself into three clones that moved in three different directions at lightning speed!

Yohr frowned since all three had the same aura, and he was shockingly unable to differentiate between them despite the fact that Damien was just a mortal.

These kinds of arts can never be possessed or even comprehended by a mortal, but then he realized that the Ethereal One must have taught Damien for his own protection.

'Damn it! Why him?!' Yohr inwardly became even angrier though he pushed away those thoughts to first deal with this tricky mortal.

He immediately brought forward his large long tail and lashed at all three Damien's, hoping to smack down the real one.

However, suddenly one of Damien's clones flickered as another Damien emerged from it and jumped towards Yohr's upper body while brandishing his Crimson Death sword to strike at one of Yohr's heads.

The other three clones dissipated away the moment Yohr's tail smashed at all three of them, but the fourth Damien, which was the true one, managed to cut off Yohr's fifth head, clean and precise as he zoomed towards the other side in mid-air.

"Aarghh!!" Yohr's eyes widened and shook as he couldn't believe that one of his heads got cut off by a mortal! In fact, he didn't even see it coming since he didn't expect Damien to suddenly make another clone instantaneously to deal a surprise attack at him.

His speed was so fast that it seemed as if not even lightning could catch up with him. And because of his speed, the damage his rusty sword gave him multiplied, letting him cut off one of his heads like butter.

However, Yohr wasn't perturbed since his regeneration was on another level, and Damien also realized it when he was shocked to sense two fleshy muscles growing from the large bleeding hole on one of Yohr's heads, only to become even more shocked when he sensed two heads rise from the same spot.

Since his eyes were closed, he could only use his spiritual senses to continuously 'see' what was going on around in his surroundings. Because of being forced to use this method to 'see' his surroundings, Damien was finding it very taxing on his soul and his body as well because of his Undying Wrath ability that was continuously burning away at his muscles and bones, to the point he had already started to hurt his own internal organs.

He knew he only had a few more minutes to maintain Undying Wrath before he surfers its consequences dearly.

"Boy, you only dug yourself an even bigger grave by cutting off one of my heads, haha!" Yohr enjoyed the look of despair on Damien's face as he turned around. He had complete confidence in his own special regenerative abilities, especially when facing a mortal.

This was why he had put his complete focus on attacking Damien instead of protecting himself since he didn't believe Damien could truly hurt him even if he had the ability to cut him.

However, the injuries Luna had inflicted on him hadn't healed in the slightest, though he wasn't surprised since she was after all the Ethereal One, and none of her attacks would be ordinary in the least. This fact only made him shudder in fright inwardly, wondering what would have happened if she even had 1% of her true strength.

"Did I?" Damien asked with a narrowed gaze as he tilted his head and cleaned the blood on his sword by wiping it on his sleeves over the elbow. Damien's expression became grim since if cutting off Yohr's heads would only make him stronger, then how was he going to even defeat him?

He even wondered if Yohr was truly the legendary sea monster he had heard of from legends named Hydra that had the ability to grow two heads when one of its heads was cut off.

He knew fighting a god would be very difficult, but he didn't know it could make one feel despair like this as well despite the fact that Luna had weakened Yohr by a lot compared to his power level just a while ago.

"Master, don't worry. This time…." Kalypso suddenly gave him some instructions, lighting up Damien's previously dark eyes.

Yohr obviously noticed this change in Damien's eyes and felt that this fellow was up to no good.

However, he scoffed since no matter the number of tricks this guy had up his sleeve, he couldn't hurt him for real.

If he had the choice, he could have sacrificed some of his cultivation to instantly kill Damien right here and now, but then he would also lose the only way to get his Origin Seed. He needed him alive to take over his soul, and that was why he was finding it a bit difficult to take him down without killing him.

Still, another factor that was stopping him from using any flashy moves was the fact that he had to account for the possibility of needing a large amount of ethereal and soul energy to take over the Ethereal One's powers. After all, it wouldn't definitely be as simple as taking over a mortal.

"Submit to me already, boy!" Yohr was getting even more restless since he had patiently waited all these years that he had lost count of how many centuries he had been rotting in here, licking his wounds.

He charged forward with his powerful legs as all ten of his heads surrounded Damien from all sides.

But this time, instead of running away, Damien gathered all his Anti-Energy towards his Crimson Death as jet black lightning began to dance around it.

'Searing Strike Rendering Worlds!'

*CRACKLE!*

A terrifying large blackish crimson lighting bolt manifested around the Crimson Death as streaks of lightning crackled around the sword.

Yohr was taken aback seeing such a powerful lightning bolt that sent chills through his blood and soul.

And before he knew it, the lighting bolt took the shape of the Crimson Death before shooting towards him!
