*Thud!*

The giant body of Yohr collapsed on the icy ground, and Damien had a stupefied look since Yohr had all his heads severed except for one, and he seemed to be dead.

But no…on closer look, Damien sensed that he was not dead but was dying and unconscious.

"What the…what's going on?" Damien somehow gathered some energy in his legs and got up slowly, though he was feeling dizzy and the sharp stinging pain in his head was not going away.

"Master, be careful! It's better to not go near this despicable god," Kalypso warned as she continued to vigilantly observe Yohr see if he was faking it or not to fool her master.

Damien listened to her and decided not to approach him, but he then slowly walked over to the icy pool, feeling worried for Luna while Kalypso was constantly observing Yohr for Damien.

Damien could see that Luna defeated Yohr, but what happened to her? Why was she not coming back? Or did she pay a huge price in defeating Yohr that caused her to…No! That can't be…if she died, there would no longer be a universe.

Damien could feel how cold this icy pool was, enough to even freeze him to death if he got submerged for just a few seconds, and not even his ethereal energy at his strongest would be able to buy him much time.

And right now, he wanted to jump and look for Luna himself, but he was feeling too weak and dizzy, he didn't want to risk Valentina's life as well by freezing himself to death.

He tried to spread his senses to search inside the water but…

"Ugh!" Damien clutched his head as the stinging pain exacerbated when he tried to exert his spiritual senses, making him realize that he would have to let his soul heal before being able to use even a tiny wisp of his soul energy.

After all, using the Shadows of Time ability came with grave consequences, not that he felt like complaining.

"Master, don't worry. That little goddess should be perfectly fine. I don't think anything bad can happen to someone like her," Kalypso could feel Damien's turbulent emotions and felt worried as she tried to reassure him, even though she herself had no idea what was going on with Luna.

Damien nodded softly, sharing the same sentiments though he was getting more restless and worried as moments passed.

His vision was getting blurry in and out, and he had to muster all his willpower to stay awake and think straight.

His eyes then suddenly brightened up when he noticed ripples on the icy pool and knew that it was coming from within.

"Luna…" Damien mumbled in a worried manner when he saw a snowy body slowly floating from the depths of the icy pool, and the next moment a slender figure had surfaced up, floating on the surface as if she was sleeping on it.

However, Damien's expression became dazed and stupefied since the girl he was looking at was not exactly looking like the Luna he knew!

"I can't believe this…did she get her shard back?" Kalypso mumbled in a tone of disbelief, sharing the same surprise as Damien.

But the reason Damien's expression froze was that the unconscious girl floating on the surface of the pool looked like that of an eighteen-year-old girl, both body and face. She was clothed in a snowy white elegant gown that suited her otherworldly noble features with a thin white ribbon along her slender waist.

Upon looking at her face closely, Damien could see that she was indeed Luna but with a body and face that looked way more mature than before. Her snowy white skin looked so smooth and flawless without the slightest imperfection, just like her mesmerizing face, which even made the surrounding azure glimmer of the icy cave pale before her divine beauty.

Her bosom seemed to have grown bigger as well by at least a few inches to the point that the fabric over her chest made her look quite alluring, teasing a sneak peek of her tantalizing cleavage while her previously black bob style hair had grown even more to the point Damien was sure it would reach at least till her waist.

Just a glance at her face was enough to make Damien feel as if she was the most beautiful woman in the entire universe. He never thought someone could be so beautiful enough to mesmerize one's soul to the point he was even feeling a soothing sensation in his injured soul just by looking at her.

The wetness on her supple body only made her skin gleam under the shimmering azure light of the cave, reflecting off the surrounding ice.

"Ahem, master. Shouldn't you at least bring her over here before admiring her beauty?" Kalypso said with an awkward cough to bring Damien out of his daze though inwardly she was feeling envy that this so-called supreme goddess was stealing all her master's attention so easily.

Was she that beautiful? Hmph, wait till I get my true body and show master how beautiful someone from the Nether dimension could be.

"Uh..right!" Damiens somehow gathered some ethereal energy to nudge Luna's body towards him so that she would float towards his direction while feeling relieved to see that she was merely unconscious and no kind of injuries were present, at least on the outside. But on second thought, he wondered if she could even get injured physically since even the body he was looking at now looked quite ethereal, and even if it looked real, he knew it was just a spirit body formed from the power of her soul.

But seeing that her features had become more mature along with the growth of her body, he deduced that she must have indeed regained the 2nd shard of her soul, making her one step closer to regaining her entire self, including her powers.

To his surprise, as he held her supple and soft body in his arms, he had to gather more willpower to not fall under a dazed state because of her mesmerizing and otherworldly beauty.

Still, after he laid her down gently on the icy ground, she wasn't waking up, making him ask Kalypso, "Is she alright? How do I wake her up, or should I wait?" Damien asked in a restless and worried tone.

Kalypso inwardly harrumphed, seeing how this supreme goddess was stealing all the spotlight, looking so noble and lofty even while sleeping, and suddenly she got an idea that made her eyes sparkle.

"Master, her spirit body seems to have run out of ethereal energy. You have to give some to her for her to wake up faster."

Damien was confused as he asked, "But…how do I do that? Can a mortal like me even do something like that?"

Kalypso eagerly nodded as she said with a glint in her eyes, "Of course, you can, Master. She is still connected to your soul, so the situation is different. All you have to do is transfer a tiny amount of your ethereal energy to her the fastest and most direct way possible."

"And what way is that?"

"Of course…through her mouth," Kalypso said in a serious tone though inwardly she couldn't help but smile as she glanced at the sleeping beauty.
