Damien yawned, hearing his arrogant words, and said in a lazy tone, "Did you know that pigs squeal the most when they are afraid? I didn't expect this from you."

"You dare!" Soran didn't expect this bastard to still remain unfazed even after learning about not only his imperial identity but also his cultivation. Was he trying to fake some bravado to fool everyone? Heh, it isn't going to save him from getting crushed like an ant anyway.

But fake or not, Soran felt his veins pulse in anger to see that someone weaker than him had no qualms in humiliating him before everybody. He can't let somebody step on him like that even if it was a bug.

He had dreamed of this day for years…where he would finally be able to reveal his existence and bask in the admiration of everyone since he surely was the strongest genius on the continent, or so he thought.

He had endured many procedures to boost his cultivation to this level for all these years and even had to make some sacrifices on the way. But in the end, it was all worth it to him. And if his grand reveal was going to end with a bang, then it surely would be by crushing this upstart scholar and getting the girl.

The others were also surprised that this scholar with no background had the gall to humiliate a prince that was coming from the strongest empire.

However, Ruthren had the same calm expression on the outside, though on the inside, he surely was feeling more confident about his decision to crush this genius before he could spread his wings further.

The Gale Emperor's expression became a bit taut upon seeing that Ruthren pulled one on him. But he could only click his tongue in frustration since there was no way he could counter this, and surely he knew Tristen's friend had no way of escaping this no matter how confident he tried to act.

The Lancaster Emperor sighed in pity, knowing that Ruthren was trying to crush this heavenly genius before he could grow even more. He wanted to save Godnim, but he knew that Godnim didn't seem like someone who would back down and felt that he should learn when to back down.

But after knowing countless young geniuses, he knew that their pride and ego would always cloud their minds.

As for Olivia, who was silently watching everything, couldn't help but nudge Tristen, who was standing behind her, "You…how did you come upon this idiot friend of yours? He surely has a death wish."

Tristen scoffed as he suddenly grabbed her buttocks and squeezed them, "Slut, you don't get to ask questions around here. As for my friend, I don't give a crap if he dies or not."

Olivia's face reddened, and she tried to shake off Tristen's hand before anybody saw them, but her efforts were in vain, and she couldn't help but wonder where he was getting all this courage from.

However, her body was heating up as his finger slipped into her buttcrack, making her involuntarily remember what happened yesterday night, making her shake her head, 'No…why the hell am I remembering those things…'

In the arena, Soran scoffed as he cracked his knuckles and said with a shifty smile, "Try to last at least more than one move of mine."

Damien shook his head with a smile and said, "I will make it easier for you. I will stand still here, and you can try your best move on me, after which I will make one move and so on till one of us dies. Even though I won't defend myself against your attacks, you are free to defend against mine. Of course, this is against the standard sparring rules, but if you are willing to accept, then I am sure it is all fine."

Godnim's words made everyone's breath get stuck in their throats, wondering if they heard him right.

Kill the strongest genius in the continent who was also a prince of the Xeton Empire? Was he really blind to not see the Xeton Emperor himself sitting a couple of meters away?

Which emperor would sit still while someone blatantly announces that they want to kill one of their sons?

However, some of them were also wondering why Godnim seemed so confident about this and speculated that he was probably trying to save face and use reverse psychology to make Soran back down.

Soran also thought the same and couldn't help but feel wary for a moment, wondering if this bastard had some kind of trump card he was depending on.

Still, he couldn't think of anything, especially when Godnim proclaimed that he would only be standing still and wouldn't attack back. And so, Soran scoffed, thinking that he was getting worried for nothing, and decided to break Godnim's bluff by saying, "You are too good at digging a grave for yourself. Of course…I accept. At least I don't have to worry about holding back."

The Elder who was overseeing this match couldn't help but look at the Xeton Emperor, who gave a slight nod to him, much to his surprise. He sighed and clapped as he said, "Let the match begin!"

"Ha! Die to my fist!" Soran let out a crazed shout as he charged forward, his fingers closing into a big fist and smashing right at Godnim's chest.

Everyone was surprised that Godnim wasn't bluffing about not making a single move and wondered if he was brain dead to stand still and take on the attack of someone at the Heaven Ethereal Realm.

"Oh no!" Lily unconsciously closed her eyes as if she didn't want to see anything bad happening to Godnim, though Yuria smirked as she shook her head.

*BOOM!*

The sound of a dozen bombs exploding boomed in the hall, making even the ethereal barrier surrounding the arena ripple slightly.

*CRAK!*

"AARGH!!*

However, the sound of the explosion was followed by the sound of something akin to bones shattering and then followed by a man's shout of agony.
