Rise of The Anti God (Web Novel)
chapter-692-30041322

"Oh my god…Is that really the Valentina we know?" Irene mumbled in astonishment as she saw hundreds of soldiers dying every second as Valentina simply stomped over them while using her wings to blast more away.

"Their attacks aren't even hitting her…What in the heaven's name am I seeing?" Elor had lived through so many centuries, yet he had never seen something like this, and it made him question his own knowledge of the ethereal way. In fact, after seeing what Damien, Reva, Lily, and Yuria can do, he definitely felt that he was still ignorant about a lot of things.

"How interesting…Half human, half ethereal beast. This is something we have only heard in myths. But she definitely seems more special than any human or ethereal beast out there," Leon said as he caressed his beard.

Lily, Yuria, and Reva had already rushed toward Damien to help him up since he was too injured to fight.

"Damien, hold on!" Lily frantically said while Damien was barely holding on to his consciousness.

Lily was exhausted, but she still placed her palms on Damien's chest and began to use her ethereal light to rejuvenate his body. She could sense that Damien's body had returned to normal, and her healing powers would work on his body.

Damien, who was feeling like thousands of needles were piercing every inch of his body, suddenly felt a soothing, warm sensation spreading across his body.

And to Lily's surprise, Damien's injuries were healing faster than she expected, and then she remembered that his body indeed possessed enhanced healing abilities. She realized it was no wonder that he was still breathing despite taking on so many attacks from powerful enemies.

If it was any other cultivator, they would have fallen ages ago.

The fractures on his bones were rapidly fading away; his muscle fibers were stitching themselves back together, and his internal organs were becoming healthy again.

Yuria and Reva were guarding Lily as she was busy healing Damien. They weren't too worried about Damien since they realized that he wasn't in a life-threatening situation despite taking on so many attacks. However, the two were looking at the battlefield with looks of awe, seeing Valentina wreaking havoc all on her own.

"I…I think she not only got way bigger but…even more frightening and wild…Don't you think?" Yuria asked as she saw Valentina crush dozens of men in her mouth as her fangs cut through them like they were nothing and their blood gushed out of her mouth before spitting it out as if she was disgusted to taste their blood.

"Doesn't this also mean that her human form must have also changed?" Reva asked with a look of contemplation.

"She must have fully matured then. We know how ethereal beasts mature way faster than us. Oh god, I am excited to see her human form," Yuria said with a smile.

"Do you think she needs our help?" Reva asked since she was worried Valentina was fighting all on her own, but at the same time, it didn't seem like she needed help. The men of the Xeton Army were continuously getting stunned and disoriented by her thunderous roars while she used that to her advantage to crush them to death.

"Nah, a super beast like her doesn't need our help now. We also exhausted ourselves too much to help her. Let's use this time to recover and help her if necessary. Till then, let her enjoy herself," Yuria said with a cold smirk as she saw Ruthren's men get massacred.

"ROARRR!!" Valentina's earth-shaking roar made the eardrums of the men standing near her explode as they howled in pain.

The Xeton Army did land a few of their ethereal attacks on her body using their powerful ethereal formations. But even if they managed to injure her, she was rapidly healing within seconds to the point they were put into despair.

Valentina got bored of simply crushing them and opened her maw wide as a ball of blood-red energy began to manifest between her jaws.

The ball of blood-red energy was emanating a dark light, and it just seemed to get bigger, looking slightly blood-chilling as well.

The men of the Xeton Army used this time to her advantage to attack and strike her down, but all their attacks were simply passing through her and instead struck their own men on the other side, killing thousands and thousands of them in one go.

They were now even afraid to launch another attack lest they kill their own chances of beating this giant ethereal beast.

The blood-red ball of energy was now at least as big as thousands of basketballs put together. Valentina's feet slowly began to leave the ground as she flapped her wings, lifting herself into the air.

Everybody looked up with a slacked jaw as they saw her go very high up into the air. It didn't take a genius to figure out what she was about to do, making the men of the Xeton Army quickly charge up the ethereal defensive formations.

But unfortunately for them, Valentina had no plans on giving them time to put their shields up and immediately launched the bloody ball of energy onto them as she stayed hundreds of meters high up in the air.

*BOOOOM!!!*

An ear-deafening explosion sounded out as an overwhelming blast of ethereal blood energy channeled outwards towards all sides, vaporizing thousands and thousands near the blast radius immediately.

Craters formed on the ground as shockwaves passed through it, and everybody felt as if the earth was going to split into two. Even Irene, Leon, and Elor, who were up in the air, could feel the earth shaking.

But their eyes widened as they realized the shockwaves might strike them and quickly used their ethereal manifestations to put up a combined barrier to protect Damien and the others.

By now, Damien was up on his feet, but when his vision cleared up and he saw the battlefield, he was stunned by what he was looking at.
