Chapter 1876: The Solution! The Milky Way Galaxy!

As the source of all heat for the world, constantly radiating light and heat, the sun was more difficult for Psychic Energy practitioners to create than any other object, and it also required several dozen times more Psychic Energy than usual.

The High Priest had believed that Wang Chong had reached his limit after enduring the barrage for so long. This remaining strength was truly surprising!

“Give up! No matter how many suns you create, it’s pointless! It’s about time for this battle to end…”

The High Priest hastened his pace across the dark ocean and raised his staff. A moment later, the violet-black lightning in the sky blazed to life once more and began to target Wang Chong and the three suns around him.

“Heh, is that so? It’s not as certain as you think it is!”

Wang Chong spoke in a cold and composed voice. The High Priest was undoubtedly the most terrifying opponent he had yet encountered, but was still underestimating him. A moment later, another burst of light appeared next to Wang Chong. Out of the dark void appeared several massive spheres with rings around them.

These were not stars, nor were they suns. They were also massive objects, but they did not radiate light or heat. Despite the High Priest’s vast knowledge, he knew nothing about this object. At this moment, these spheres began to circle around the three suns in a systematic fashion.

This was only the beginning, as after these massive spheres appeared, countless ‘bits of stone’ appeared around these spheres, transforming into ‘belts of stone’. After a motionless moment, these belts of stone began to revolve around the massive spheres.

“What is this?”

The High Priest’s eyes twitched, and he finally voiced his curiosity.

This scene piled mystery upon mystery. It was unlike any psychic art, and not even the Forbidden Art Sea had knowledge about it. Not even in the High Priest’s nearly one thousand years in this world had he encountered such a bizarre scene.

“The sun, celestial bodies, stars…”

Wang Chong smiled as he gave a short reply. He took a step back, and his body rapidly darkened, leaving behind a black and indistinct silhouette.

It was obvious that creating these celestial bodies had placed a significant burden on Wang Chong’s body.

The High Priest instantly turned grim. Even though he didn’t understand what Wang Chong was saying, his instinct told him that something was wrong. Those objects Wang Chong had created around himself seemed independent, yet linked… Whether it was the suns, the celestial bodies, or the stars, when they formed, the High Priest had felt the Forbidden Art Sea tremble.

It was not the High Priest, but the entire Forbidden Art Sea that felt threatened by Wang Chong!

Rumble! The world darkened as countless bolts of lightning, black flames, and weapons shot forward with astonishing speed toward Wang Chong’s suns, celestial bodies, and belts of stone, the attacks so numerous that they blotted out the sky.

This was no longer a simple Psychic Energy art! They contained the full power of the Forbidden Art Sea!

The High Priest had evidently changed his attitude toward Wang Chong.

Boom!

As the lightning crashed against the suns, celestial bodies, and belts of stone, the unthinkable happened. The three massive suns, those large celestial bodies, and those belts of stone that were howling around… vanished together with Wang Chong’s body.

Where Wang Chong had been standing was now a miniature silver whirlpool, softly glowing. This whirlpool spun and spun, and even though it was only the size of a palm, it gave off a sense of boundless majesty, seeming to contain infinite energy. It was a miniature world that contained innumerable secrets and mysteries.

Rumble!

The violet-black lightning converged, pounding the area for more than ten seconds. Let alone an ordinary Psychic Energy practitioner, even a Subtle realm Psychic Energy practitioner would have been obliterated.

Even Wang Chong at his peak form might not have been able to hold out.

But once all the lightning had dissipated, tens of thousands of feet above the black ocean, a silver light flashed. The High Priest looked up in shock and saw that the slowly turning silver whirlpool had reappeared.

Not only that, it had increased in size and somehow seemed to contain even greater power. Not only had the lightning failed to damage the silver whirlpool, it had only fed its growth.

“This is impossible!”

The High Priest’s robe rustled. Everything that was happening made no sense, and there was no knowledge that could explain it.

At least, there was nothing within the High Priest’s vast store of knowledge.

More importantly, the mental domain was the most important symbol of a Psychic Energy master, and the Forbidden Art Sea was the strongest mental domain. He was the Forbidden Art Sea, and the Forbidden Art Sea was him. Everything here should have been under his control.

No one could threaten him until they destroyed the Forbidden Art Sea.

Yet this was really happening.

Buzz!

After this new grant of energy, a fourth sun soon blazed to life in the sky, followed by a fifth, a sixth. Just like the other three suns, they rapidly miniaturized to the size of sesame seeds and entered that beautiful and mysterious silver whirlpool.

And with their addition, the silver whirlpool grew even more powerful and began to create invisible ripples. The High Priest could even sense that an energy was constantly clashing with the Forbidden Art Sea, repelling it.

Not even the High Priest had ever heard of a phenomenon like this.

The High Priest was the master of the mental domain, someone who had reached the apex. In comparison, Wang Chong was just a stubborn child who insisted on walking a different path.

The past knowledge and abilities created by generations of Psychic Energy practitioners, the High Priest included, were of no use against Wang Chong’s new path.

That silver whirlpool in the sky was the new path Wang Chong had forged.

Through the experience he had accumulated over his many years, the High Priest was able to tell at a glance that Wang Chong’s silver whirlpool belonged to an entirely different system of energy. It was created on the basis of a series of complex principles and contained countless secrets that were completely unknown to the current system.

For even the High Priest, these secrets had an enormous pull, an even greater attraction!

“What is this?”

The High Priest’s eyes widened. He knew that Wang Chong wouldn’t tell him, but he still couldn’t help but ask. New knowledge and new systems were more attractive to the High Priest than anything else.

“You wouldn’t understand, even if I told you!”

Wang Chong chuckled, his voice coming from the silver whirlpool.

“This is the real world… the Milky Way Galaxy!”

The High Priest was left dumbstruck. He had never heard about some ‘Milky Way Galaxy’ before. In this world, there were domains and worlds, but there were no such things as ‘galaxies’.

The High Priest was clueless about its meaning.

“It doesn’t matter what you say. When I’ve seized your soul and taken your secrets, I’ll see for myself what it is!” the High Priest coldly said, his face turning solemn.

Wang Chong had defeated Masil, but to the High Priest, he was still just an extremely young junior. Their masteries of the mental domain simply weren’t on the same level. Even though Wang Chong had managed to create the sun, the High Priest still did not take him very seriously.

But now, he was facing an entirely new ability, one that could reject and even devour his own attacks. This made the situation completely different.

From a certain perspective, the High Priest was treating him as an equal opponent.

Rumble!

As his attitude changed, so did the Forbidden Art Sea. The dark world crisscrossed by violet-black lightning began to shift, cold scarlet appearing in the violet-black bolts of lightning.

The High Priest aimed his staff into the air, and a moment later, boom! Boom! A sun manifested above the Forbidden Art Sea, with the corona, sunspots, and solar flares, followed by a second, a third!

The High Priest had comprehended how to create suns from Wang Chong.

As Wang Chong was able to create three suns, the High Priest, with his own peerless talent and abilities, was naturally able to as well.

As these three suns appeared, the Forbidden Art Sea clearly grew stronger. Moreover, these three blazing suns rapidly turned from golden to violet-black, as did their light, and they fused together with this violet-black and scarlet world.

With his tremendous abilities, the High Priest had altered the ancient Forbidden Art Sea, changing this technique which had been fixed for hundreds of years and fusing into it Wang Chong’s Blazing Sun to create a new technique. The ability this required could make countless Psychic Energy practitioners sigh in praise and wonder!
