Chapter 74: The ‘Happy’ Couple Translator: Antonia
Li family, in the east of the village, was embraced with cheering and laughing.
With the announcement “send the newlyweds into the bridal chamber”, Fang Taoer was taken into their room decorated all red.
After many rounds of wine and the horseplay in the bridal chamber, people all left, and Li Kaishi, drunk as a piper, entered the room.
In the room, by the light of red candles, there was couple alone.“Come here, you fool.”
Fang Taoer tried her best to look cute and sexy, but Li Kaishi didn’t make a response. He fell right into the bed since he had already lifted the bridal veil during the horseplay.
Seeing that he collapsed on the bed, Fang Taoer thought he was just drunk and didn’t mind, smiling seductively, “How many days it is since you last got on me? Don’t you miss my body?”
As she spoke, she also reached out to unbutton Li Kaishi’s shirt.
Li Kaishi trembled in cold, mumbling, “Yes…yes…I miss you…”, and then turned over, only to remain motionless as if he had fallen asleep.
For many days, he had tried every method, masturbating, sex fancy, and even stealing a glimpse of other women urinating…
In the midnight, he hid behind the window of other couples to hear the blood-boiling sound…However, his thing to be used on his wedding day just couldn’t get up. In the past, any of those actions would let him play with himself for half a day with full enthusiasm.
Now, when it was time to accomplish his due obligation, he had nothing to do except for pretending to have fallen asleep.
“Get up. You drunk slacker!”Fang Taoer shook Li Kaishi, a bit dissatisfied. This was her wedding day which she had been waiting for so long.
Li Kaishi had long been clear of sleepiness but didn’t dare to open his eyes, when he was shaken again and again. He decided to continue to be asleep!
“Come on. Talk with me…” She decided to continue to shake him up!
Li Kaishi was caught in a dilemma.
Continue to pretend? He could no more! Have a try. Maybe his thing worked when tried on his woman. Maybe it would get up.
Turning around and hugging Fang Taoer who was shaking him, Li Kaishi pressed her under his body, “You slut. I must teach you a lesson by your husband, or you don’t know who you are.”
“Come on! Make it hard.”
However, …
No matter how hard Li Kaishi tried and how Fang Taoer provoked him, there was no way for his thing to revive the former glory.
Fang Taoer was patient at first, but then as she was increasingly turned on, she couldn’t help cursing him, “You’re so useless.”
On hearing this, Li Kaishi sat at the corner of the bed and curled him up into a ball, wishing to die.
Fang Taoer lay down quietly for a while, still unwilling to give up. She remembered that last time in the dark room, this man worked well. Thinking of the fierce sex, her body began to burn again.
She approached Li Kaishi again.
And what had happened just now repeated one more time.
This time, Fang Taoer didn’t call him useless like just now but tried every foul word she knew and took them all out on him.
Li Kaishi fell silent again. As she cursed him, Fang Taoer could no longer bear the heat within her body.
She turned away, took off all her clothes, slipping her legs and beginning to masturbate and groan right in front of Li Kaishi.
Since last time they had done it in the dark room, she learned to enjoy it.
Later since then, she went to peek her parents doing it. And afterwards, her desire had nowhere to vent out, so she took off all her clothes, touched herself in the quilt and rubbed all over.
Once, twice…
Li Kaishi was kindled by the hot scene, his eyes reddened, desire surging and burnt, yet his thing just couldn’t have any reaction.
With a mixed feeling of eagerness and anger, he rushed over to slap Fang Taoer right in the face and blocked her mouth with his palm. Despite his irresponsive body, he put her down, used up all his strength to dash back and forth between her legs.
At first, Fang Taoer was a little irritated and struggled to push him away, but later she became cooperative.
The two bodies wrestled and continued the fake love-making.
…
As soon as it was dawn, Fang Taoer hit and threw things in their room, demanding a divorce. Aunt Li, now her mother-in-law, pushed the door open and smacked her right away.
A dirty bitch that had been slept by her son before the wedding. Who did she think she was? Once she entered the door of Li family, she was a wife of Li family and must obey to the mother-in-law’s discipline. How dared her to make troubles in the early morning!
“You beat me?” Fang Taoer was a spoiled child who was never beaten by her parents since birth. Now she had a reason to speak up, so certainly she wouldn’t fall subject to her mother-in-law. Raising her arm, Fang Taoer slapped back in the face of aunt Li too, “You old unreasonable bitch. It’s your son. Your useless son! Do you want me to be a widow with an husband?”
Aunt Li didn’t expect that this chick should dare to hit her. Immediately, she sprang up and went all out to attach Fang Taoer two-fistedly, cursing, “My son is useless? Who rode on you the other day? Who took your virgin? Or do you mean you weren’t a virgin before the wedding?”
“…” Fang Taoer turned dumb.
Seeing she said nothing, aunt Li believed that she had seized on her shortcomings and immediately gloated, “You’re such a shameless bitch. Dare you to mention it others that your husband doesn’t want to sleep with you! Shame on you! Don’t try to lose our faces as well as your own!”
At the sight of Fang Taoer’s outrageous behavior, Li Kaishi instantly grabbed her hair and knocked her down, ridding on her body and beginning to smack her again and again.
Since her son took her side, aunt Li didn’t stop him but added fuel to the fire, “Hit hard! What a woman that dares to beat her mother-in-law the first day after wedding! No matter what, she is the unreasonable one…”
Li Kaishi remembered his sad last night and how mean Fang Taoer had cursed him and how slutty she had masturbated right before him, so suddenly, he hit her harder and harder.
While beating her, he recalled what his mother said about virgin and instantly came up with a pretext of his incompetence before Fang Taoer.
“Mom, I’m wronged! This bitch wasn’t a virgin at all. She must have a man before we got married.” Thinking of her proficient way of entertaining herself, he became increasingly certain about his assertion and hated her more.
“Your ass Li Kaishi. You useless man. You’ll die a misery death if you wrong me!”
…
After breakfast, Mo Qianxue went to the workshop to inspect. Upon arriving, she heard sister Fang and other gossiping and laughing.
Women like gossips. She smiled and asked sister Fang, who was still in the high spirit of telling gossips, so sister Fang told the story again in detail from the beginning to the end.
Only afterwards did Mo Qianxue got to know that Li family had held the wedding yesterday and started a fight right away on this morning.
Fang Taoer’s face turned black and blue while elder Li stood on the side to enjoy the show with a sneer.
Later, it was the neighbors that heard the nose and got Fang Taoer’s brothers to pull away the crazy mother and son.
The mother claimed that an unchaste woman should be thrown into river while the daughter-in-law humiliated that a useless man shouldn’t be born and make a scene in the world.
All those trivial but shameful swear terms.
Finally, the village head showed up and mediated in between. The farce ended by Fang Taoer swearing to heaven that she was a virgin before marriage while Li Kaishi admitted that his incompetence was due of certain phycological discords.
Mo Qianxue only smiled at the story. It wasn’t beyond her expectation. It would be strange if these two disgusting didn’t start a fight. But she didn’t expect that it happened so soon and so spectacularly.
They deserved it!
After arranging the work at the tofu workshop, Wang Tiansong happened to take over four boys for Mo Qianxue to check out the result of his many days’ effort.
Yesterday afternoon, she had noticed Juniang and Xiaolei that in the future they could go to the restaurant together without waiting for her.
Yunyao herself was ingenious and knew a little about accounting, so after Mo Qianxue taught her a little more, she could flawlessly finish the account book as Mo Qianxue required and also made it lucid at one glance. Mo Qianxue was totally free from worrying about the accounting.
Mo Qianxue couldn’t help becoming curious about Yunyao’s origin. In this time, few women could read and even fewer could write and calculate. Such a woman must have been cultivated as a confidant servant.
However, no matter how Mo Qianxue tried to probe into the topic, Yunyao always turned grieved and shed tears as long as someone mentioned about her past. All in all, there was just no leak to get the cat out of the bag.
Mo Qianxue possessed a modern soul that knew respect for privacy, so she understood her and no longer asked since she was reluctant to confess.
Anyway, she believed that this ill-fated woman wouldn’t betray her.
At the restaurant, Yuniang worked in the kitchen; Yunyao behind the counter; Xiaolei waited table, and Xixi, a clever girl, helped with bits and pieces. Therefore, although the restaurant started operation for only a few days, everything worked on the right track. Basically, Mo Qianxue didn’t need to worry about anything.
Hence, she planned to stay at home and concentrated on the root sculpture business. Then in the afternoon, she would call a meeting to clarify each person’s tasks and obligations, so that in the future all she needed to do was checking around and ensuring correct accounting with Yunyao.
Wang Tiansong wasn’t a talent in understanding the art of root sculpture and got to know it at an old age, so Mo Qianxue hadn’t intended to let him learn the technique.
She only hoped that he could be a sales manager, mainly responsible for obtaining raw materials, selling finished products, after-sale service and student training.
One of the four children, Gao Qiwa got Mo Qianxue’s favor and appreciation.
Earlier, Mo Qianxue only let Wang Tiansong to teach the children about basic carving skills and let them practice on their own. Gao Qiwas had a pair of sharp eyes, steady hands and, as Mo Qianxue discovered in later talks, a clear and imaginative mind, all what it took to become a good sculptor.
She asked Wang Tiansong to keep a special eye on this child so that in the future, with one of them being sales manager and the other technique manager, the potential of market of root sculpture would be huge.
Mo Qianxue gave a lecture to these children, demonstrated how to actually complete a piece of work, encouraged them, assigned a few tasks, urged them to practice more and then called it a day.
At noon after lunch, Mo Qianxue, ignoring Ning Shaoqing, asked Awu to prepare the ox carriage and headed for the restaurant.
This was the first time, when she was home, that she didn’t prepare lunch for Ning Shaoqing, as a way to punish him for hitting her butts yesterday.
Awu wasn’t a proficient driver as Liu Laoshuan, but his gait was much more handsome. At least, his back was as straight as an arrow. At least, the ox was quite obedient.
Of course, Awu wouldn’t tell his lady that he had just learned how to drive an ox carriage from Fang Datang yesterday, and that he had spent all his last night showing friendliness to the ox.
He had no idea of why lord didn’t buy a horse carriage for lady.
He wondered while driving and when they just arrived at the village entrance, a horse carriage appeared oncoming. The driver was exactly Jian family’s old driver who had sent her back that day.
