Guan Jieying took a pair of white boots with gold edges from his backpack and said sadly, “Back then, your father was so fat that I had to prepare these level-five sonic boots. However, I never had the chance to fight him again. I’ll give these boots to you. I hope that you can honor your father.”

Then, he threw the level-five sonic boots to Wang Hao, which dumbfounded Xia Weiwei.

The level-five sonic boots were a treasure that cost tens of billions. One might not be able to buy them even if they had the money. They were a symbol of status.

However, Guan Jieying had given them away without any hesitation. He was truly generous.

Wang Hao quickly grabbed the level-five sonic boots, as if he was worried that someone would steal them. Then, he stared at the giant sword that Guan Jieying was carrying and said solemnly, “Legend has it that when Bo Ya lost his best friend, he broke his guqin1 because no one was worthy enough to listen to his performance. Uncle, why don’t you retire your sword like Bo Ya did? However, since your sword is rather excellent, I can take care of it for you, so that it will not turn dull and blunt.”

Scoundrel!

The greatest scoundrel in the world!

Everybody labeled Wang Hao as such. Not only did you show no gratitude after you were given a pair of level-five sonic boots, but you’re also trying to acquire the man’s giant sword. That was too outrageous!

“You are not like your father at all.” Guan Jieying shook his head in amusement. “This sword is named Sharp Light. It’s one of the ten level-six alloy weapons in the Universal Federation. I’ve already planned to pass it on to Yunyang. Besides, your father had his own sword. Why do you want mine?”

Everybody’s pupils constricted. The giant sword was Sharp Light?

Level-six alloy weapons were all marvelous. Only ten of them had been built in the Universal Federation at the cost of countless resources. It was not hard to imagine how powerful the owners of those swords were.

What surprised Le Xuan and Xia Weiwei was that Guan Jieying stated that Wang Hao’s father had one such sword. They wondered who Wang Hao’s father was exactly.

“Haha. What a lively place!” Su Mu chuckled and walked into the store with a smile, followed by Mo Li, Zhong Li, and Luo Yao.

“Senior Su, Senior Mo.”

Guan Jieying and Yun Chuyao hurried to pay tribute to them.

Looking at Su Mu in a daze, Wang Hao suddenly recalled many memories.

Back when he was on the Imperial Planet, many people broke into the Mighty Commander’s house trying to catch Wang Hao. Then, Su Mu showed up and killed everyone in his way until nobody dared to press forward, scaring all those present.

Then, after twists and turns, Su Mu took Wang Hao away from the Imperial Planet to Earth safely.

Wang Hao had never seen this grandpa since then. Actually, he knew that the lack of contact was meant to protect him and prevent his identity from being leaked.

After all, he had seen the worst of what those heinous nobles could do.

“Grandpa…”

Tears flowed out of Wang Hao’s eyes as he sobbed.

“Come here, child. Let me take a good look at you.” Su Mu was also in tears. He did not have any children and had devoted all his attention to Wang Tianyi. Wang Tianyi was the son he never had, and Wang Hao was his grandson.

“Wu… Wu…” Wang Hao rushed into Su Mu’s arms and cried, as if he were an orphan who had finally found his family.

Actually, in Wang Tianyi’s memories, Su Mu had been the dearest person to him since Wang Tianyi went missing.

However, Su Mu never showed up even once. Wang Hao became more and more indifferent and spent all his time on pharmaceutics.

Of course, Su Mu left his contact info, but Wang Hao believed that contacting Su Mu for no good reason would disturb him, so he never did.

“Good boy, you’ve suffered.” Su Mu rubbed Wang Hao’s head tearfully.

Xia Weiwei approached Le Xuan and asked in a low voice, “Do you know Wang Hao’s identity?”

Le Xuan shook her head. She was interested in the answer, too. According to Guan Jieying, Wang Hao’s father was a Martial Emperor like himself who had one of the ten level-six alloy weapons. So, Wang Hao’s father must be notable.

Even Guan Jieying and Yun Chuyao, two Martial Emperors, respected the old man who just arrived. So, the old man must be notable, too.

Thinking about that, Le Xuan and Xia Weiwei were stunned. There were two Martial Emperors in Wang Hao’s family? That was unbelievable!

Wiping his tears, Wang Hao pointed at Guan Jieying and cried, “Grandpa, he robbed me of my sword. You must make things right!”

Everybody sweated. Wang Hao was not only a scoundrel but also a great liar.

Guan Jieying couldn’t have regretted his actions more. He shouldn’t have given the sonic boots to Wang Hao. Wang Hao was now a thorn he could not get rid of.

Wang Hao blinked at Yun Chuyao, indicating that it was a good opportunity to add to Guan Jieying’s trouble.

Yun Chuyao nodded at Wang Hao and accused Guan Jieying solemnly, “That’s right, Senior Su. I saw that Guan Jieying robbed Wang Hao of his sword just now.”

Guan Jieying’s face was dark again. Yun Chuyao was already a Martial Emperor. Why was she horsing around like a little kid?

Looking at the big shots here, Zhuo Yu could only keep his head low and pray that nobody would ask him questions.

“Haha. Is that sword really something?” Mo Li laughed and came to Wang Hao. After his snap, Luo Yao quickly opened a metal chest that contained a set of brand new pharmaceutical tools.

However, different from the usual tools, the tools in the chest were all in bright gold, implying that they were not cheap.

“The Gold Crystal Kit!”

Everybody widened their eyes and breathed heavily.

Few people here knew how to make drugs, but they were all aware of the Gold Crystal Kit.

Level-six alloy weapons were the goal of all warriors, and the Gold Crystal Kit was the goal of all pharmacists.

It was said that the effect of drugs would be better if they were made with the Gold Crystal Kit, and the odds of success would be higher.

However, the Gold Crystal Kit was made of special materials and was rare even within the Guild of Pharmacists. Most people had no access to it at all…
