Wang Hao frowned. Wasn’t the screening test going to be too bloody?

“They don’t really have a choice.” Principal Zhong Li sighed and explained, “I’ve just received a message. The Glorious Sky Federation in the Andromeda Galaxy is making moves again. So, the headmasters of the Four Focused Colleges have decided to let the students see blood in advance, so that they won’t be too frightened of a battlefield.”

“Glorious Sky Federation in the Andromeda Galaxy…” Wang Hao murmured.

If he remembered correctly, the Glorious Sky Federation attacked the Milky Way Galaxy a dozen years ago, but it had to retreat when its commander was decapitated by his father.

“All right, stop thinking about that. You’d better make plans to deal with those prisoners!” Principal Zhong Li reminded him.

Wang Hao snorted. “It’s not like I’ve seen no blood. Am I really scared of them?”

Principal Zhong Li smiled. Have you forgotten how you collapsed on the ground after your first kill?

Black Dragon flew through the dark and quiet space for days, before it finally landed on a desolate level-one planet named Ganda.

Over the past days, five hundred thousand of the 5.3 million contestants had quit, unwilling to risk their lives.

The remaining 4.8 million contestants had all signed an agreement, stating that they were fully aware of the risks of the test.

However, the Four Focused Colleges had offered many safety measures to the contestants. For example, every student was given a teleportation wristband that could move them to safe areas.

Many safe areas had been established on Ganda. The contestants could sleep and receive supplies there under the protection of the army.

Hundreds of satellites had been focused on Ganda, too. When any accident happened, the soldiers would arrive as soon as possible.

Wang Hao looked around after he got off from Black Dragon, only to discover that he was inside an enormous cover made of light. There was also a high building. It must be one of the safe areas.

At this moment, the light cover was crowded with people. Spaceships were landing one after another, dropping off the contestants.

“Are you confident you’ll make it to the top 500?” asked Principal Zhong Li with a smile.

“Yes!” Everybody nodded heavily and determinedly.

Wang Hao said impatiently, “Enough trash talk, principal. Tell us the inside information that you know.”

Everybody’s eyes glowed as they looked at Principal Zhong Li. They’d been told that Zhong Li had been promoted as the dean of a secondary college of the Empyrean North University. He must have certain inside information.

“Where are your manners?” Zhong Li glared at Wang Hao and said in a low voice, “I’m told that students in Empyrean North University pay with contribution points instead of money, and you will receive the same number of contribution points as your points in this test if you are admitted.”

“Really?” Zhuo Chao exclaimed. “I was told that the students of the Four Focused Colleges had only 100 contribution points at the beginning!”

“There are 4.8 million contestants and only 500 thousand prisoners that equal to five million points in total. So, every student will earn one point on average. Besides, only five hundred contestants will be admitted, so most of the points won’t go to the Four Focused Colleges at all,” Principal Zhong Li reminded them.

“Okay!”

Everyone was disappointed. By estimation, some of the final five hundred students might not even be able to reap 100 points.

Of course, for the stronger students, it would definitely be a harvest.

At this moment, hundreds of students, led by a gentle young man, pressed toward them.

“What are they doing?” asked Xia Weiwei curiously.

“They seem to be coming at us.” Le Xuan’s body tightened, ready to deal with the emergency.

A yellow-haired young man shouted at Wang Hao’s group arrogantly, “Who’s the strongest high school student on Earth?”

Everybody looked at Wang Hao, as if they were asking Wang Hao if he knew them.

Puzzled, Wang Hao asked them, “Who are you?”

“Xin Cheng, our boss, is building a team. Since you are the strongest contestant from Earth, you can come with us!” The yellow-haired young man pointed at Xin Cheng, the gentle young man in the lead.

“Idiot!” Wang Hao rolled his eyes. He thought that it was something important!

“What did you say, boy?” The yellow-haired young man was infuriated and was about to attack him.

“Wait!” Xin Cheng stopped him and sized Wang Hao up. He shook his head and said, “What a poor lad. I’ll acquire you for three billion. Come with me!”

“Puchi!” Xia Weiwei couldn’t hold it back anymore and laughed aloud.

Wang Hao’s equipment had been kept in a separate safe because it was too expensive. As a result, Wang Hao hadn’t picked up his gear yet when all the other students had claimed theirs.

So, Wang Hao at this moment struck other people as a poor student who could not afford a weapon.

The yellow-haired guy stepped out again. “Boy, did you not hear what Boss Xin Cheng said? It’s time that you thank his kindness. If your performance is great, you will be given bonuses. I guarantee that you’ll live a carefree life after you’re back on Earth.”

Wang Hao’s lips twitched. Do I have “destitute” carved on my forehead?

“I can’t hold back anymore. Those people are too hilarious!” Xia Weiwei could barely stand straight as she laughed on Le Xuan’s shoulder.

“You do not seem satisfied with your pay, do you?” Xin Cheng looked angry. “Behind me are champions from the major planets. I’ll raise your salary if you take any of them down.”

Wang Hao was lost for words. Isn’t the man feeling too good about himself? He’s already regarding me as his employee?

At this moment, a team of soldiers escorted Wang Hao’s mecha wolf to him, attracting all the students’ attention.

“Whose mecha wolf is this?”

“It’s so awesome! A level-three mecha wolf can wipe out a Martial Grandmaster with its firepower.”

“So what? It remains to be seen if the mecha wolf can be properly used.”

“That’s right. AI control is forbidden in the test. If its owner can’t control it, the mecha wolf will only be a burden.”

“…”

Some students remarked jealously when they saw the mecha wolf.

“Are you Wang Hao?” the soldier in the lead asked.

Wang Hao nodded and presented his list of gear and identification documents.

The soldier in the lead checked them carefully and waved his hand. The soldiers behind him hurried to open the metal boxes…
