chapter-164
Isaac moved the camera further away after 'prooving' his gender. His face had an amused smile, and he finally got rid of his initial nervousness and decided to start doing something worthwhile.
With a swipe of his hand, the Help screen disappeared, only leaving behind the streaming screen and the camera.
''Excuse me, I am quite new, so I will fix this...'' He talked to his only viewer and started making the streamer screen smaller until only the smaller version of the chat was left. The big screen would have greatly limited his vision.
He moved the chat screen next to the camera and made the two items connected. The screen will now follow the movements of the camera, it was another thing mentioned in the help manual.
After he was done, he only needed to look at the camera to see the chat, and with his great eyesight, it was not a problem.[Divinity: What are you going to do?]
Seeing the message, he shrugged and asked, ''What do the streamers usually do?''
He stood up, and without waiting for the answer, he left the house through the front door and started walking in the streets.
There were once again neighbors talking with each other, and some were walking towards the gates of the neighborhood like him.
''Good morning, young man.'' Isaac slowly turned his head towards the voice and saw a middle-aged woman walking while holding the hand of a little girl, they were walking towards a three-floor building.
The little girl had black hair styled in a pigtail, and her tiny body had a summer dress with an ice cream cone in her left hand.
The middle-aged woman smiled gently as she greeted the young man who moved in just recently. His armory and unusual outfit at first intimidated many after he first moved, but talking with Bella, they knew that the young man was a good person. From far away, they couldn't properly see his face at first, and when he was wearing the armory, it didn't make him look that good.
But now, the little girl's eyes sparkled as she saw the young man's grey eyes turning towards her with a small smile painted on his face.
''Good morning,'' Isaac replied with a slight nod and received a gentle smile as a result from the middle-aged man, and when she was about to continue her walk, she saw her daughter not moving an inch as her gaze was locked at the retreating back of the young man.
''You are too young for boys!'' She said sternly and started carrying her daughter.
''Moooom!'' She pouted and couldn't do anything against her mother, who had a strength of thousand men when it comes to keeping her daughter away from boys.
During his walk, Isaac received several more greetings, which he returned with politeness, and soon he reached the gates.
The Guards didn't bat an eye as he left.
Isaac then remembered about his question towards his viewer and glanced at the chat.
Divinity had replied.
[Divinity: Usually they do Quests or Grind XP, usual stuff]
''Hmm, sounds boring.'' Isaac sighed and knew that he was behind others in terms of levels and should start catching up, but he doesn't feel like doing that for a whole day, and it will end up being snoozefest of a stream.
[Divinity: It is]
''Yeah... Fuck that.'' Isaac cursed out of habit and quickly covered his mouth as he asked, ''I didn't read rules beforehand, is cursing allowed? If not, then fuck... Oops.'' He facepalmed.
[Divinity: Rate your stream as R-18, then it is allowed]
''Right.'' He went through options again and saw the options, which let him rate his stream, and without further ado, he chose R-18.
''Thanks for the assistance,'' Isaac said with a smirk, which was caught by the camera.
[Divinity: No problem, make a mod as thank you]
Isaac rolled his eyes, ''Shameless.'' Even though it was an obvious joke, he pressed Divinity's name and gave him moderator privileges.
''Don't be dick head.'' He reminded his only viewer.
[Divinity (Mod): Aye!]
While talking back and forth, Isaac finally reached the more busy side of a City.
Streets were bustling, with NPCs and Players walking, making the place very crowded.
Isaac walked on the right side of the street and managed to move somewhat unhindered, but not wholly, as he had to walk past different kinds of stores, which had customers leaving and entering the building.
After walking past several stores, he came to a sight that intrigued him. There was a line of Players entering a store, which didn't look anything special.
The store had two floors with walls made of brick and windows that could barely let anyone see inside the building. It wasn't very well washed and it was like someone painted the windows with dirt.
[Divinity (Mod): That seems interesting]
''Indeed it does...'' Isaac looked back and forth in two different directions, and after making sure that he won't get run over a carriage, he ran past the road and entered another sidewalk, which led straight towards the crowded building.
He stopped at the final spot in the line and decided to ask a Player in front of him what was going on.
''Excuse me?'' Isaac leaned closer and whispered.
The Player in front of him turned his head and raised an eyebrow after an unknown person was calling out to him.
''What?'' At first, he looked annoyed at being talked at, but then he saw a camera floating, and his attitude had 180 turn as he smiled and asked, ''What is it? May I help you?''
He doesn't know if the white-haired young man is a famous streamer or not, but he doesn't want to risk it and gather hate around him.
Isaac raised an eyebrow after a surprising change of attitude.
[Divinity (Mod): Pfft]
''What is happening here?'' He asked as he heard sounds coming inside but didn't know what it meant.
''There is currently a competition going on.'' The Player replied and pointed at the sign at the top of the building, which said [The Game Lord's Mysteries]
''The Game Lord's Mysteries?'' Isaac repeated, and his brows furrowed as he wondered what kind of games there would be.
''Mm, there is a competition going, and every Player has only one chance, no second tries..'' The Player looked excited as he looked inside the building, towards the two doors that went past the front desk, each door had one line of Players, and always, two Players entered at the same time, and what happens inside is completely unknown.
