White Online
chapter-363

While the open valley was the center of the battlefield, it had also reached the pathway to Second Realm.

Currently, in front of the first test. Three silver-armored men wielded their swords as three Golden Crown members faced them.

The brown and white tiles were only several meters away from them. Neither side was making moves, and the battle had gone to a stalemate.

The sound of deadly battles entered their ears, which made the six men tense up. Their grips on their weapons tightened, and it was inevitable that the battle would soon resume.

''G-Golden Crown!'' One of the silver-armored men shouted, ''Back off, or you will die. You guys have no idea the power our Guild Master possesses!''

''S-Shut up!'' The Golden Crown members quipped back. Their voices shook alongside their legs. However, they weren't going to back off even though they were afraid of death.

''G-Grr!'' The silver-armored men took a step forward and were about to attack. However, then, their bodies turned stiff and their faces pale.

The Golden Crown members frowned. But then, they saw an enormous shadow looming over them. They turned around, and soon looks of horror filled their faces.

Behind them, a 2-meter tall monstrous-looking man appeared while wielding a one-handed axe. The silver armor hugged his body tightly, and it was a miracle that it didn't break apart just from sheer pressure.

Then, the one-handed axe moved across the room and cut straight through the Golden Crown members. They died without being able to comprehend how.

After they had died, the three silver-armored men bowed with sweat-drenched faces.

''V-Vice Guild Master, Colossus!''

Colossus, the man wielding the one-handed axe, snorted and said, ''Go on.''

''U-Umm, excuse me?'' They didn't understand what he meant, but they had a bad feeling about those words.

''Do the test,'' Colossus said while resting his one-handed axe on his shoulder. A sickening and sadistic grin appeared on his face.

''B-B-But, w-we might die!'' The silver-armored men cried out. None of them had yet found out how to successfully complete the tests.

Colossus's grin disappeared as he looked at them like they were a bunch of ants, ''Should I care?''

The silver-armored men paled even more. They shakily turned around and gulped simultaneously as they saw the first test. The brown and white tiles were only one step away.

They looked at each other, and soon, two of them looked at the player furthest to the left.

The one that was being looked at paled and looked toward Colossus, whose red eyes glared at him intensely. His lips trembled, and he wished he could log out, but he was in a combat state.

He was being pushed slightly forth by two other players, causing him to curse under his breath. The two players were his so-called friends, but now they were pushing him to the jaws of death.

He gritted his teeth and made a leap of faith. His feet landed on the white tiles, and he felt instantly something sharp going through his head. An arrow drilled through his skull, and he took one last breath before fading away from existence.

The two remaining players paled. They looked at each other and turned to look at Colossus, who looked at the player on the right.

The player on the right almost cried. His body trembled as he turned to look at the tiles. He remembered the previous player dying after stepping on the white tile.

He stepped on the brown tile and let out a sigh of relief after seeing that nothing had happened. Then, the next row was only white-colored tiles. He looked back and forth between them and decided to step on the right-sided white tile.

Then, the gears turned, and an arrow flew across the small room. Soon, the arrow pierced through his forehead, and he died with a look of regret.

After only the last player was left. He figured something out. Whenever the second player stepped on the brown tile, he was alright, but they died once they stepped on white.

His face soon had a smile as he figured it out. He was about to take his first step on the tiles, but then a sharp blade cut through his body, and the last thing he saw was Colossus stepping over him.

''W-W-Why?''

''You were too slow!'' Colossus said and stepped on the brown tile. Then, he jumped over the second row and landed on another brown tile. He looked relatively relaxed as he jumped on the brown tiles and soon reached the end.

''Easy.'' He said while continuing to move forth. Soon, he reached the second test and saw the destroyed Knights. He casually walked past the room and saw the Knight's hands moving, but their bodies were destroyed, so they couldn't do anything.

Shortly afterward, he reached the wide-open granite door. In the vast hall, he could see the portal. He grinned as he stepped inside the hall.

Then, he pulled out his interface and was about to send a message to King Michael. However, then, he turned around with a one-handed axe placed in front of him.

Clank!

An arrow cracked in half as it collided with the sturdy blade of the axe. Colossus narrowed his eyes and saw a figure draped in green robes appearing from the dimly lit path.

''Well, well…'' Colossus snorted and rested his axe on his broad shoulder, ''Core Member of Black Arrow, Tobi.''

Tobi stepped inside the hall and said with a slight smile, ''Colossus, famous Barbarian.''

''Hmph.'' Colossus snorted and tightened his grip on the axe. In the large City of Superfort, he was known as Barbarian and right-hand man of King Michael.

He became famous after receiving his Unique Class, Barbarian. With that class, he exterminated all the Guilds in Superfort, causing Silver Death to become the dominant power.

''Shouldn't you be helping your bitch Guild Master?'' He asked while scanning the dimly lit path, ensuring that Tobi was alone.

''She has a knack for survival.'' Tobi said, ''But they don't really want any of you to enter the Second Realm. That's why I am here, to stop you.''

''Hahahaha!'' Colossus roared with laughter, ''You can't stop me… Also, the portal will be soon gone from here.''

Tobi frowned, ''What do you mean?''

Colossus pulled out a pearl-like item from the inventory and grinned, ''Teleportation Pearl, do you now understand?''

Tobi looked utterly shocked.

While the Teleportation Pearl was commonly used to help players teleport from one place to another. It could also be used to teleport items away. Like the Realm Portal…
