She wanted a breakup because she was tired of his family, tired of the judgement. Tired of it all.

Tired of her relationship with him.

Right after that, she switched off her cell phone.

Gu Mohan dialed her number multiple times again, as though he hadn’t realized she had switched off her cell phone. He called her more than a dozen times before his handsome face darkened, the veins on his forehead were twitching and he lifted his hand, wanting to just smash his cell phone on the ground.

However, he controlled his anger and resisted the urge.

Containing his anger, Gu Mohan dialed another number. “Yan Dong, get me Tang Mo’er’s whereabouts. Now!”

He ended the phone call and Lin Shiyu frantically asked, “President Gu, what exactly is going on. Where’s Mo’er, did you two fight over something?”

Gu Mohan shoved his cell phone back in his pocket and didn’t utter a word before he left.

In the Rolls-Royce, Gu Mohan sat in the backseat with his face darkened to a pitch black. Yan Dong was in the driver’s seat while he reported, “President, the staff at Jinhua Palace reported that they saw Miss Tang being picked up by someone.”

“Who?” Gu Mohan asked.

“We don’t know yet, but I’ve checked and so far, Miss Tang is not in her apartment nor at the Tang family’s house. No one seems to know her whereabouts. Miss Tang must have hidden herself so that no one could find her.”

Hidden herself?

“Ha,” Gu Mohan laughed forcibly, “What’s Tang Hai up to these two days?”

“Nothing out of the ordinary. It seems that Tang Hai doesn’t know of Miss Tang’s whereabouts either.”

“What about Tang Chenyi?”

Tang Chenyi.

Yan Dong froze, he didn’t pay much attention to Tang Chenyi since he was only 15 years old. The boy was still a child.

Gu Mohan’s gaze became complicated. “Don’t look down on Tang Chenyi, he’s not that simple. He is extraordinarily agile and I’ve heard that he has an IQ of 280. He has an uncanny ability to remember everything he sees.”

Recalling Tang Chenyi’s cold, narrow eyes that were indifferent and emotionless, this youth was bound to be cold-blooded when he grows up.

Who did Tang Chenyi take after?

Tang Hai’s children were likely to have suffered from cell mutation.

Gu Mohan looked at the scenery outside through the glistening window, moving his thin lips, “Karghalik is only so big. Find her, even if it takes some digging underground.”

“Understood.”

Two days later.

In the presidential suite of a five-star hotel, Jun Chulin stood in front of the window with one hand placed in his trouser pocket. He lifted the curtains single-handedly and noticed a Rolls-Royce Phantom parked downstairs.

Gu Mohan had arrived.

Jun Chulin raised his brows. Almost at the same time, the bathroom door opened and a delicate figure appeared.

Tang Mo’er had just taken a shower and her wet hair draped over her shoulders. She wore a negligee and stepped on the carpet barefoot. Just like an angel that was left behind on Earth, she exuded an alluring aura despite being her innocent beauty.

But it was a pity, she didn’t have any color in her bright and clear eyes. They were dark and lifeless.

Two days had passed and she still hadn’t recovered her vision.

“Mo’er, Gu Mohan has arrived, do you really plan to do this?”

Gu Mohan had caused an upheaval in Karghalik searching for her these past two days. It wouldn’t be too long before he found her, so she gave Jun Chulin a phone call, wanting to end things quickly.

Tang Mo’er nodded her head. “I’ve made up my mind, however, Young Master Jun, I might burden you. If you’re not willing to help me, you can back out now.”

Jun Chulin smiled, he didn’t think much of it, it wasn’t a burden for him but rather, an interesting task. “Come on.”

Tang Mo’er took tiny footsteps before she lay on the soft bed.
