301 Barely Clothed Floridian Lady Officially Upgrades Lost Child Encounter to Son-Adoption Level

Chapter 301 – Barely Clothed Floridian Lady Officially Upgrades Lost Child Encounter to Son-Adoption Level.

Priscilla watched Sieg's half-destroyed soul burning in a rainbow flame until the last speck of dust disappeared from the void. After confirming Sieg's true death, she loudly screeched.

RUMBLE

The screech created a sound shockwave, which revealed hidden karma strings and traces of the dead transcendent being. The space rippled, causing several elusive fate crystals to be visible.

The phoenix smiled and pulled a thousand crystals to herself. She hummed and sorted them in a good mood.

"Hehehe. Four freaking true entity fate crystals, 44 true heavenly fate crystals, and a thousand expendable junks. You have been working very hard, Sieg. Thanks for the hard work. I'll be taking them."

Sieg had been collecting and plundering fate crystals from many fate bearers by attracting them to the Fate Stadium. He also exploited his true entity fate crystals' power by infecting other players with his superior systems, binding their system functions to the Fate Stadium.

With him gone and the Fate Stadium destroyed, the virus would cease being active, allowing the other system users to be freed from the restrictions. However, the true fate crystals in Priscilla's hands could easily reseal everything.

Fortunately, that was not Priscilla's intention. She had other aims and goals.

"Finally, that stupid Fate Stadium can no longer trick innocent fate bearers into that death trap. With this, only two transcendent beings exist in universe 13. With me in charge, the next singularity ascension gathering won't be chaotic anymore… unless Ellen or Kishin Douji accidentally reach the transcendent stage."

Priscilla clicked her tongue as she had some concerns. From her point of view, there were still two variables that could complicate things in the long run – Ellen and the patriarch of the Kishin Clan 'Kishin Douji'.

"If it wasn't for the oath, I would have unalived those two. Well, I can leave them to my NEW son, can't I? It's his business now, not mine. Hahahaha!"

After the laughter, Priscilla collected all fate crystals in the dimensional pockets in her wings, but she left one true entity fate crystal out. Her beak caught it and held it there.

That crystal was not for her. It was for someone else.

"Come to think of it, that bratty elf bragged that the boy just got married recently. Well, I should at least give my illegitimate son something."

WHOOSH

Priscilla vanished.

Meanwhile, Leo freely floated in the void. He pressed his left hand on his chest while hyperventilating. Even though no oxygen was present in the void, polluted Qi and gas were still useful. Leo inhaled some of them and filtered them into useful Qi, restoring his energy.

His stamina almost ran out of the tank in the previous fight. Most of the stars in his dantian universe were barren except for the habitable planets of alligators and lizardmen.

After staying in space for a day, Leo removed Mao Miaomiao's broken armor and checked his wounds. Most of his injuries were healed except for some internal damages. The domain-

breaking backlash did a number on Leo.

Leo gazed at the dark void in a daze. He no longer sensed the life signature of Sieg and other pursuers, but he couldn't get rid of a dreadful feeling.

The fight took a toll on his psyche. He felt like he had just woken up from a hellish nightmare.

"How did I survive?"

Confused and flustered, Leo sought help from others. He opened the system menu to see if Sieg had already erased his power.

DING

The X-mark layer on top of the system screens was gone. His lifespan shop, the quest menu, the inventory menu, and the shopping mall system resumed functioning.

On the other hand, the PVP tabs were removed. All gacha banners were erased from the screens and menus.

Leo scratched his head as he realized the gravity of his current situation. He hated this development. Without the PVP tabs, Leo had no other method to find the way home!

"Crap. Where am I? How do I get home?"

Leo looked around, but he couldn't recognize any star around his vicinity. Moreover, the closest galaxy was at least 10,000 light years away, and it was an unknown star cluster.

As being panicked wouldn't help, Leo let out a long sigh and paced his breaths. His wings produced rainbow flame, illuminating a beacon in the darkness.

After setting up an SOS beacon, Leo closed his eyes and searched for his familiars.

Then, he found hope.

It was vague, but Aslan's presence was close by. He was just 800 light-years from Leo's current location. Moreover, he could sense the faint energy of a dragon dreadnaught that he had seen in the asteroid belt.

"Ah, there you are."

A smile finally appeared on Leo's face. He began his journey toward his subordinate.

Flying through space was easy as no gravity influenced Leo's movements and speed. Even the heaviest stars in the area were too far away to affect Leo's flight course and speed.

After flying for a day, Leo arrived at the place where he last sensed Aslan. He landed on a continent of white clouds in space.

Upon arrival, Leo knelt and scooped the clouds. Instead of catching air, he got solid sparkling silver sand on his palm.

Interested in the sands, Leo opened his inventory system. The screen sucked everything into the designated inventory slot. He totally forgot about Aslan and the emergency.

Time passed. Leo forgot about time as the cloud continent was too massive. Meanwhile, his item slot had a long string of numbers as the mysterious silver sands stacked into one item slot.

Leo hummed, "How many pills or artifacts I can make with these sands? What are these sands, actually? But anyway, I'm rich! Hehehehe."

"You're greedy, I see."

"Well, yes. I'm a capitalist. I loot. I steal. I collect resources. Then, I turn them into something valuable to sell them. Then, I make a lot of money!"

"What are you collecting the money for?"

"Of course, increasing my lifespan!"

"For what? Living longer?"

"Well, that isn't wrong… but why am I talking to you? Who the hell are you exactly…?"

Leo pursed his lips as he couldn't sense the presence of the speaker behind him. He stood up and turned around calmly.

Behind Leo was a unique gorgeous lady with rainbow long hair and four flame wings. Her humongous height of 5 meters and pale white jade skin forced Leo to look up in awe. But when he looked up, his face distorted.

The woman was stark naked. He could see everything.

Leo frowned, "Miss. I understand that you and I have a different culture, but I would like to sincerely ask you something rude. Is it your tradition that your race travel in space naked?"

The mysterious giant woman laughed, "Only small beings and overly critical races wear clothes. I'm a phoenix. I don't wear clothes. Actually, I transform into this form to hide my presence and Qi. Do you have a problem?"

Leo found it strange, but he nodded in understanding. In space, every alien was entitled to their culture and opinions. He couldn't enforce his standards on the others, especially strangers.

"No, miss. I have no issue with that. I'm just surprised."

"I'm glad you are quick to understand. You're smarter than you look."

"More like, everybody calls me I'm stupider than I appear to be."

"It's good to be humble, but you shouldn't call yourself stupid. You're berating your ancestors and families."

"…That's a unique take, but thank you for your advice."

Leo smiled and took a few steps back. He then cupped his fist and stopped talking randomly.

"My name is Florida Man, an Earthling. Well, truth be told, I'm lost. I'm looking for the planet by the name "Yan Empire", "Orlando", or something similar. Do you know any?"

The woman wryly smiled. She slightly shook her head.

"I take it back. You're stupid."

"…Thanks for the reminder, miss."

As Leo took the conversation seriously, the woman also introduced herself.

"I'm Priscilla, the Overlord of the Jewel Phoenix. Nice to meet you… son."

"…Son?" Leo widened his eyes. He pointed his finger at his face then pointed at Priscilla.

"Yeah. I'm your mother."

"…Mother? Huh?"

Leo's complexion turned dark. He didn't know if he should take her words seriously.

Seeing Leo's reaction, Priscilla giggled. She opened her mouth and spat out a clear white crystal as big as an adult man. It landed next to Leo.

Leo glanced at the dripping wet giant crystal. He broke a sweat and covered his nose.

It was nauseously rotten. Combined with Leo's sensitive nose, the smell intensified by a hundred folds.

Leo's facial color changed from black to white, from white to green, and from green to purple. He covered his nose and mouth.

Priscilla laughed, "Long story short, I heard you're getting married, so I've brought you a dowry gift. Also, this is the first time we have met. As a senior, I should give you something worthwhile. That crystal is my gift to you. Take care of it… son."

Leo looked up while he covered his nose. As he couldn't physically speak, he sent a sound transmission instead.

"Thank you for the gift, miss. But could you explain why you are my mother? Did my stupid father have another secret family or something?"

"HAHAHAHAHA!! I bet he wishes he did! Sorry to break this to you, but I've been single for a million years! Rather, I don't need a partner since I can lay eggs on my own!"

Leo's face was still purple, but his eyebrows were raised.

Seeing Leo's funny expression, Priscilla scolded him, "I know what you're thinking. My eggs don't need fertilization or seeds from male phoenixes. Also, I don't copulate with myself."

Leo flinched as Priscilla read his thoughts. He feinted ignorance, "What are you even talking about?"

"Was the first thought you had was like 'Is she a FUTA?' or 'Did she inseminate herself with her secret dick?' or something?"

Leo resumed pokerface. His expression and face color hardened. "So, are you a FUTA?"

"Of course not! What the hell is FUTA anyway?!"

"Too bad. You would have been popular in my world if you were."

"…" Priscilla covered her face with her palm. She regretted everything. "You're a cringe, son."

"Embrace the cringe, mother. Once you do, your life will be 100 times happier. Why so serious? Just throw away all logic and let your intrusive thoughts dominate you."

Priscilla gave up on Leo. She turned and fluttered her wings, preparing to leave.

"Well, good luck out there, son."

"WAIT!"

Leo realized his mistake. He teleported and reappeared in front of Priscilla, floating in front of her face.

"What?" Priscilla opened her mouth and yawned. She also released a mouthful of bad breath all over Leo's body.

Leo calmly swallowed his vomit. He sent another voice transmission to her.

"Since you're proclaiming that you're my mother, can you take me home? I'm lost."

"…"

"Please?"

"…"

Priscilla rolled her eyes. Then, she pointed at the void behind her.

Following Priscilla's direction, Leo looked at the direction. Then, he found the dreadnaught dragon ship 100 light years away.

WHOOSH

Priscilla vanished, leaving the giant crystal behind.
