( Max's POV )

When Max finally woke up, he found himself within the make-shift house that he had built within the time chamber alongside Kremeth while learning wind manipulation.

" Brings back memories…. " he said as he struggled to sit upright.

The moment Max moved his head even a little, he felt like he had a severe case of vertigo as his mind revolted against the movement.

" Woah, woah…. " Max complained, clutching his head in pain as he had not felt this type of migraine ever since he had reincarnated.

" You look like a washed up sailor, boy, do I need to brew you a hangover cure? " Sir Jhonny asked as Max chuckled to see the master assassin in the room.

" Nah, I'll be fine " Max replied cheerfully as he decided to check on Drax.

' Grandpa Drax, I hope you are feeling better than I am ' Max said internally as he heard a voice almost as groggy as his own in response– ' No, I am definitely not feeling any better than you are ' Drax replied as Max rolled his eyes at the comment.

' Do Soul Devour he said..., get stronger fast he said ... 5000 warnings before usage he said….. yet when it came to telling the after-effects the soulmancer forgot to mention the headache ' Max sighed as he silently cursed Seraphiel.

" Your strength has increased significantly, you might be able to go toe to toe with even me now, boy, very impressive— " Sir Jhonny said as he politely gave two claps to Max.

Max was pleasantly surprised to hear this assessment as it wasn't everyday that Sir Jhonny praised him like this.

Although he did not understand how Sir Jhonny could see the improvement in his power level since he was practically impossible to inspect, he took the senior's word on it and felt gratified.

[ System Command - Show Status ]

Max requested to bring up the stat panel and was in complete disbelief looking at the increase in stats!

His health bar was now over 35 million points!

His mana bar was nearing 48 million!

And his stamina bar, which saw the biggest boost now sat at 38 million!

It was a monstrous increase from his previous state seeing close to 30-35% increase in all these criteria.

His attribute points had also skyrocketed from close to 40k to over 50k for all his strongest points with only dexterity and endurance now remaining in the mid 40's.

That was almost a 20-25% increase in attribute points and it could have probably been more if Max had not hit stat maximisation for all the criteria!

" Ho- Ho " Max grinned from ear to ear as he saw this massive increase.

If he got a 2X multiplier with these increased stats in the tier7 promotion, these increases would automatically double bringing his prowess way above any other newly ascended tier7 warrior.

To say that he had gotten a windfall from this deal was a grave understatement, he had probably gotten 500 years worth of work in a single day and the stat increase was only half of it-

After absorbing all of Angakok's memories, Drax also underwent a sort of chrysalis.

He had been created as the administrator of the Agni-Astra and only had access to information on how to gather mana from the atmosphere around him and use it to produce fire based attacks, however, after absorbing Angakok's memories, Drax felt like he could do much more!

The shaman god was a master of runes and understood how to manipulate them in an unprecedented fashion.

His knowledge dated back to the chaos war era and was similar to the construction methods used to create the Agni-Astra.

With his knowledge, Drax felt like if he repaired the existing runic channels within the Agni-Astra, he could evolve further from being just a fire A.I. to also bring the embodiment of the Blood Shaman God.

As it is, he was ready to be an information repository for Max and provide him with valuable insights from Angakok's memories including his peak attack move that he was about to launch at the end but failed.

Currently, he was holding onto 4 tier7 moves and 2 tier 8 move knowledge within his repository alongside countless tier6 attacks that Angakok had learnt over his lifetime.

Although Drax understood that no amount of upgrades could make him capable of withstanding the pressure of unleashing a tier7 attack, he realised that after the upgrade he could easily dispense a few tier6 attacks of Angakok, becoming even more valuable to Max as a weapon.

The new and upgraded shamanic Agni-Astra would be at least thrice as powerful as the old version and would help take Max's battle prowess to a whole another dimension!

Drax understood all this, however, he needed proper time to impart everything useful to Max and with Jhonny around, now was not the correct time.

The first order of business as Max woke up was to discuss the distribution of loot as Jhonny proposed using the time stone to power the time chamber and nurture future talents.

Max was not averse to the idea, however, he did not wish to give up the possibility of using the time stone as a weapon in the future and hence he negotiated a clause that allowed him to take the stone away for missions when he deemed it necessary.

Unfortunately for Max, he had to negotiate the nitty gritty with a severe headache, however, he knew he could not complain as he was technically the Lord Of Dombivli and this was a part of his duties.

Once the negotiation was over, Sir Jhonny and Sebastian departed the planet, leaving only Max behind who wished to rest up and head over for the tier7 promotion test before returning to Dombivli.

He had worked hard to reach the maximum level and stat maximisation at tier6 and he did not want to delay promotion any longer.
